Best 3 star Hotel In Cikarang I ever tried, other 3/4 star Hotel are not recomended. This hotel has good value. Room, Area are clean, staff also friendly and good services. Many restaurant at hotel area. Swimming pool is on the rooftop whic has good view and safe for children . All equipment and aminties running well. Recomended Hotel in Cikarang So far.

Do not hesitate to book the room. Because you might get the best experience ever, staying in Jababeka. The minus, only one. The receptionist (lady) is not smiling at all on us while we check in and out. Kinda dissapointed.. But the other staffs (the Security Man and Lady, also the housekeeper are really nice!) Me and my family is Indonesia reside in Japan. We had stayed in this hotel for a night because I had business here. The facilities and all manual is written in Japanese. The staff in front office was not so friendly to wife until she knew we are Japan residence. Breakfast also not interesting at all. Not recommended for hotel stay.

The breakfast can be improved by providing some muesli, yoghurt, better fruit selection, breakfast sausages, brown bread. It's nice if the karaoke room is really sound proofed so it doesn't bothering the people staying in the same floor with it. Because it's really annoying when you want to sleep at 2am but the music really loud outside the room. The rest of the things are OK.

To be honest i don't have many bad things to say, i enjoyed my time there, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They clean your room everyday and can do your washing and ironing for you. During my stay I felt like i was in a 5 star hotel to be honest. my stay was fully air conditioned. That's all i have to say. Enjoy your Holiday!

The staff is good, everything looks perfect and clear. The room actually a little bit narrow but we enjoy with this.

Easy find the hotel, good ambience, nice room, the breakfast completed enough, nice staff upon breakfast. Check out process quite long, may be next can do more faster.

Good price and Facilities

The hotel looks nice because it is in a bad surroundings. Sticks out like a sore thumb.

This hotel is quite new and well-designed. Compare to other hotels in the nearby area, Horison facility can and the room size can be considered 4 star rather than 3 stars. The price per night also extremely cheap. Breakfast is ok, room cleanliness no complain. Certainly I'll be back and recommend it to my colleagues

The area is getting more and more popular and hotels always fully booked. My first choice is usually Grand Sahid, second choice is Grand Zuri, third choice is President Club. The Hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious. Negative is that the rooms a very dark and no sufficient light available, carpets are black. Floors a bit smelly

My company from Singapore always sent us to Cikarang and this is the best hotel to stay with. Nice restaurant and foods. Best transport service. Near to Cikarang industrial park for all business matters. Besides hotel there are plenty of SPA and Massage place. Real man should stay on this hotel, you know what I mean.lol
