Love this staff, all rockstars. Helpful and super friendly. This was my general experience in France, but it was even more so at this hotel. The room was small, like most hotels, and besides the very stylish decor (which I love), the layout was so good that it felt twice as large as it looked. Meaning we were easily able to get stuff out of our way and relax. Great bathroom and amenities. Super good looking lobby and stairs. Also, it smells great there. They have a branded set of scents and they where very pleasing. (Of course that’s a matter of taste) Great coffee shops, Monop, and IKEA near by so some cheap necessities. Overall I was very happy with every aspect of the stay. I didn’t have breakfast, but it looked like it would be good. Even the 2 star hotels had the best croissants.

me and my wife had a recent short tour in paris and chose jules hotel for our stay. after a short stroll from the gallaries lafayette, we arrived at the hotel and entered in a small but delicate hotel lobby. we were greeted with very friendly staffs. there were some problem with the hotel booking (appeared to be generated from agoda) but the staff was quick to amend. the rooms are reasonable size for paris, and the house keeping did a great job in providing a very clean room. it was good enough for our relaxing purpose. the hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the le pelentier metro station, which then allow you easy access to other parts of paris. it is also only about 10-15 minutes walk from gallaries lafayette - a blessing if you planned to do heaps of shopping and a curse if you didnt. it is only a few stations away from notre dame, musee du louvre and champs elysees. as a non-french speaking tourist, it only took a couple of rides for us to figure out what to do and where to go, and it was all sweet right after as it was so convenient and so close to many places. free wifi is available, but you will have to request from the front desk. the friendly staffs will be more than happy to provide the information. we would highly recommend the hotel for any relaxation/business stays, and would be more than happy go back on our next paris visit.

20 years ago, my wife visited Paris for one day trip from London. She did not stay overnight. This year, we planned for our visit to this city for vacation & shopping. I was not interested in that but wanted to visit some iconic landmarks in Paris & spend some times in the Grand Mosquee of Paris. We also need to find halal food in Paris. So our itinerary coverage in Paris was large; from Belleville to Centre of Pompidou to Grand Mosquee to Champ Ellysee to Eiffle Tower, all within 4 days. Since we never experienced staying in Paris, our decision in choosing hotel is quite blur. After considering the coverage we need to do, we decided to stay as close to transport interchange station because we need to jump to Metro as fast as we can....and the hotel must be cheap but comfortable, sounds too good to be true. We came across Le Hotel de Normandie in Agoda, low price hotel, good location & the room looks good in the picture. So we booked. The moment we checked in, we knew that we made the right choice. The staff is friendly with english speaking, the Metro station is so closed that as if it's part of the hotel & the room is so carefully finished with good material (the sanitary fittings brand is Grohe) & the bed is so comfortable. What else can we say about this hotel....it's simply brilliant choice. I would highly recommended to all travelers. A few things though, you need to bring your own mug because the hotel does not provide, but they have kettle. Ask for room facing St Lazarre for some good view, but the window is not sound proof, so a bit noisy at night. Expect the room small but for moslem there are space for pray. No halal food around, you need to travel to Belleville to find one. All in all.....book this hotel while it's still cheap and have a nice day

Well when I arrived this hotel, my condition was horrible. SAS didn’t deliver my baggage properly and my boss was really angry with our business associates in Germany. Our plan was enjoying Paris before finish our one-month business trip in Europe, but from the very beginning it started with disaster, the baggage. Actually it arrived around two days later. But due to the hospitality of hotel crews, we could stay very well in Paris. We could use metro very well because there are several metro stations from this hotel (within 750m radius), and most important thing to Korean… There is quite good Korean restaurant within 15 minutes walk. If you want to visit Paris and want to stay good hotel, here will be one of the best choice what you can make in Paris. But if you want something else, like an enjoying swimming pool or something like that, I strongly recommend to go to Sri Lanka, Galle.

Very convenient location. Just 8 mins walk to galeries Lafayette. We stayed here on recommendation from our friends who came here on honeymoon last year! Loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. Not necessary to have breakfast at the hotel as the nearby Midore bakery is a better deal. From Paris CDG airport, take Roissy bus EUR10 per person to Opera stop and walk to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay particularly because of the convenient location and friendly staff! Good hotel for the price you pay to stay in central Paris!

a budget hotel in Paris but it's comfortable, I stayed in 3 different hotels during my stay in Paris but this one just top the chart! They provided a fan, they have an elevator access! (which most of the budget hotels don;t have) the staff are very nice and helpful, and they clean the room everyday. WIFI is fast too. Location is around Pigalle and just a short walk from the Pigalle metro. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe,plenty of food choices too. Only thing was during my last day, the elevator broke and we need to use the stairs up all the way to 7th floor, but no biggie, I enjoyed my stay!

I was told by front desk that this is just a 3 star hotel and there is no such item in their hotel. 6)Only one bottle of complimentary water for first day 7)Room is very small. There is no luggage rack. We got room 405 & 417. Aircon works in 405, but the aircon is busted in 417. We were told to open heater if cold and open windows if hot for 417. 8)If you like shopping, there is none near the hotel. Champs Elysees area is better as there are hundreds of shops. Champs Elysees shopping district is between Metro George V and Metro Franklin Roosevelt near Arche de Triomphe. Although this hotel is just 2 subway stops from Gallery Lafayette, the walk is dark at night and best to take Metro. Buy the 7 days unlimted NAVIGO Metro card (Euro27.80 only).

I was delighted we booked this hotel. The rooms were incredibly quiet, clean + beds were comfortable, perfect for my mum + sisters. Facilities in the hotel are very basic but that didn't make a difference to us. One touch I really liked was the provision of all kinds of water from a machine and hard sweets free of charge. The location is very good in the opera district bad beside the shops. Staff were helpful when needed. My mum and sister had breakfast there one morning. My mum was happy as it was simple and very basic as she wanted. My sister was less impressed and I was glad the two of had not wasted €15 each. We ate in a restaurant right beside the hotel recommended by the receptionist which was really lived and very casual. A few things they could improve on is their hotel booking system, in particular the very useless IM chat. Also I emailed for help beforehand and the response was unhelpful.The hotel is lacking a personal touch.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Antin Trinite last week while visiting Paris for our 40th wedding anniversary.I had requested a quiet room when booking and our room on the 5th floor was amazingly quiet. The room was not that big but that did not matter as we were out and about from early morning sightseeing until after evening dinner.The shower/wc was spotless and seemed to have been recently refurbished; toiletries were provided, towels changed daily and bathroom was equipped with a good hair-dryer. There are plenty of cafes and a few bars nearby so we didn't avail of the breakfast at the hotel. Our flight was not until late evening on the day of departure so we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel which meant we had a final day of sightseeing, luggage free. The staff were efficient,polite and helpful also. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Paris. The only thing that we would have liked was tea/coffee making facilities in the room.The cost seems a little steep as it was without breakfast but I guess Paris is expensive anyway and being so central made all the difference in terms of getting around and shopping of course; Galleries La Fayette is on the doorstep! When I was booking online our Triple room for 5 nights in this Hotel I asked in advance for the top floor and a non-smoking room. After our flight to Paris we were tired, so after we received keys to our room #535 we tried to menage our stuff quickly (with kids there are a lot of stuff), inspite the elevator was small, I've done our bags fast enough. In addition staff suggested to leave our stroller near the bar, that was very convenient. After we entered the room and opened our window we were killed by the view on Opera and Paris, as well as we had a balcony across all of our windows on the highest floor of the hotel. As for room it was normal Paris-size room, not the brand new, but tidy and convenient with the safe deposit and the mini-bar, which I used as a fridge. The location of the hotel is one of the best for tourist on the quite street with Italian restaurant and the glossary store on the ground floor. It took us only 1 minute to get to Galeries and the metro.

The hotel is warm and welcoming! The staff are incredibly helpful and personable, especially Claude and Fiona. Our room was of the highest standard for comfort and cleanliness, best night sleep in 10 years! Breakfast was plentiful and the staff lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, very accommodating, to a high standard, you will not be disappointed! Metro and train station a short walk away. We will return!

I went with my sister. Yes, the room wasn't very big but the staff are very friendly! We had problems with our luggage not arriving but the staff helped us from beginning to end. They even helped us print our museum admittance tickets. They speak very good English. The cleaning staff were super friendly as well. The location is very convenient too. It was very reasonably priced. I didn't regret my stay here one bit.

The location is great for the metro and there’s a big car park about 200m along the road. Though not cheap to park, it beats driving everywhere and worrying about the time limits on the nearby roads. We felt safe walking around in the evenings and walked to the sacre coer and sat on the steps watching the sun set and listening to a French man on his guitar, it was fab! Breakfast was served at the hotel but we were never up in time! The most special thing about this hotel is it’s roof terrace which gives you a great view of Paris. So much so, we didn’t bother going up the Eiffel Tower for the view! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. They provide towels and body wash and shampoo in one. We will definitely return, thank you.

I travelled to paris with my parents. Booked 2 deluxe rooms. Overall i'd say we had a very nice and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean, the pillows are nice to sleep in, the toilets are super clean, breakfast is okay. The only downside is the size of the room. It's pretty small. U can barely move about. Anyways, this staff who created an impact on our stay was Thamila. She is a very friendly girl who would go all out to make sure u have a pleasant stay. She helped me and my parents look for halal restaurants and even guided us around (giving us directions on the map). Paris has been amazing! Thank u thamila!

This place is a blast in the past! But the place is clean, location is perfect. 12mins walk to Opera where the Roissy bus & Big Bus stops. Near Gallery Lafayette department store. When we arrived and settled, we walked to Sacre Coer then buy some food on the way back. The staff are nice, special mention to Madame Bojeno. We didn't have breakfast but it seems a good selction of food. Water in the washroom is strong, no issue in our room except a sqeeky floor but it doesn't matter to me, no one complains from downstairs anyway. Aircon isn't that bad, but I prefer colder. Given that Paris hotels are expensive, this hotel overall is worth it. Book thru Agoda - they take care of their client, seriously!

We had no issues over anything and, in fact, the hotel staff, rooms and food available exceeded our expectations in very area. In the evenings, the breakfast/snack room allowed us to enjoy and evening wine (which we bought) chilled with ice which the staff provided for us on request. We were a large group (6 adults and two teenagers) but all requests - whether for local knowledge of restaurants (lots of good ones if you search a little or ask advice) or shows (The Lido proved exceptional) or for taxis (8-seaters are not easy to obtain) - was done with charm and ease. The hotel's location was in easy walking distance of Sacre Couer (10 minutes), Galleries Lafayette (15 minutes), L'Opera (15 minutes), the Louvre (25 minutes) - and there were 2 Metro stations very close - Liege and Saint George for access to the Eiffel Tour, Musee de Rodin, etc, and from Saint Georges the RER ran to Versailles in half an hour. So an excellent location.

What a fantastic hotel. After finding ourselves in a nightmare hotel prior to this one, we managed to get a last minute booking at Timhotel. What an absolute pleasure arriving there and having friendly faces greet and help us. We were allowed to leave our luggage behind until check-in time and offered a cup of coffee before we went in search of breakfast. Rooms are super spacious - a luxury in Paris. Very clean rooms, modern and luxurious furnishings, great bathroom, very professional and friendly staff and wonderful little touches. Appreciated the fact that there was a fridge in the room for my insulin and the kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked very substantial and interesting from what we saw. Will definitely be booking there again next time we're in Paris.

So me and my girlfriend stayed at Diva Opera for three nights a few weeks ago. The location of the hotel is great, just a few hundred meters from the nearest metro station that makes it easy and convenient to travel around the city. We had a terrific room on the top floor with not one, but two lovely french balconies. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, even though i was rather small. The bed was supercomfy and everything you need is included in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Fransesca, who helped us with practically everything. She speaks fluent english and gave us really good information on how to get from the hotel to different locations. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the layed back and down-to-earth, yet professional attitude, towards the customers. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its cheap and really offers a whole lot for your money. Would definitely go again. Br. Ville and Eve

Pros This hotel definitey deserved its 3 star rating as sheets, towels and coffee/tea are refilled and changed daily. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and had friendly service. Location-wise it was very convenient and close to central in the day but can be shady at night (It is Paris's red light district after all) if you choose to walk along the Boulevard de Clichy/Rue Fromentin but after the first night, we decided to walk along Rue Duperre from the Pigalle Metro station when we got back late at night as that road definitey felt much safer as there were many bars and restaurants open late, and we much rather walk next to bars than strip clubs. 10minutes walk to Sacre Coeur with a beautiful village up the hill with great views. Many supermarkets, bakeries, fast food chains, pharmacies etc nearby. Cons Location can be shady and unsafe depending on which streets you take and how comfortable you are with people staring intently at you.

This hotel has a good location because it is within walking distance of most attractions. Access to public transportation is convenient. Also trains and buses to CDG airport stop relatively nearby. The hotel is in excellent condition. Our standard room had a very nice design. We enjoyed the flat-screen TV with international programming as well as the complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. The room also had a mini-refrigerator and safety-deposit box. The size of the room was compact, but the bathroom had good size - and we did not have much luggage in any case. All staff members were friendly and eager to help. Because our room was not available for early check-in, we left our luggage without any problem. We would surely like to return and do recommend this hotel without any doubt because the pricing was very reasonable!

This is best ever accomodation after lots of sleepless night research! Silly me only found out the best way to get here from gare du nord,which I failed to see from website/blogs. We took the complicated way to avoid the notorious chatelet/les halles metro. It was hilariously back breaking pushing /tagging our huge luggage up down steep stairs. Paris station lacks facilities. One thing I learnt- parisian men aren't helpful-no one offered to help with luggage! compared to the English gentlemen! There were alays offering help at every tube stairs! So all of you vacationers, best way to get here is... Take st lazare haussmann from gare du nord! It takes you right there, no stairs to struggle with!Other sites only mentioned auber/opera/havre caumartin. I got room 303 a studio unit, facing pharmacie/C&A/street view. You can also opt for courtyard view which is quieter. But , hey ,it 's gay paree! You live in midst of everything. Location is great, everything is around you. Staffs were marvellous &helpful. Lucille was there most of the time during our stay. But they speak English well, no worries, though I tried to practise my french! Kitchen was well equipped, monoprix is round the corner. We cooked most meals, enjoyed ourselves. It was a gratifying &enjoyable stay for us. Will definitely be back!
