The hotel is nice and clean. We booked it after seeing amazing photos of Mountain View (paid more for Mountain View room) but unfortunately it rained and the whole area was foggy, we couldn’t see any view but fog during our visit. We had trouble adjusting temperature in the room. They claimed it’s their “winter season” so they fixed the temperature to warm every room, but they changed it so we could adjust and had cooler room eventually. Another unfortunate situations: we booked the room for 3 people and paid for extra bed, but when we checked in the room was too small for extra bed so we booked 2 rooms instead. We wish the hotel could refund us the money we paid for extra bed that they removed from the room after we booked the 2nd room. We’d had given it more stars. Despite our unfortunate situations, we’d still recommend this hotel to other people & give 5 stars to the receptionist Ms.Phuong Dung who is friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated her help during our stay!

I feel this is more a hotel than a boutique hotel, especially when comparing it to the Aira in Hoi An, but the stay was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is away from the main centre of SaPa (which I really enjoyed) and overlooks the mountains, so you could watch the clouds roll in and out. After being in Hanoi, it was refreshing breathing in clean air! We had booked a room with a window but were upgraded to a balcony room which was a delightful surprise. The balcony looked straight over to the mountains - so relaxing. Totally recommend this hotel to stay in while in SaPa. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been travelling in CLMV for work and holiday extensively during last 6 years. So I stay so many hotels. Silk Path is one of the best hotel that I have ever been compared with value for your money. Plus: - Hotel is well maintained. Clean room and smell very nice (rose smell) every where - Decoration is super beautiful like you are in Europe - Mountain view from dinning room is breathtaking. - Room is very nice even with the cheapest one. Come with bath tub and mountain view as well - Shuttle car to downtown every hour - Facilities is very good. Hot water pool, pool table, many place to seat and hang out - Breakfast have good varieties. Vietnamese iced coffee and Baguette are amazing combination to start your day Con - Location is around 5-10 mins from city center which consider far in Sapa, but manageable with shuttle car - Quality and freshness of breakfast can be improved All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who looking a great vacation in Sapa.

Our stay at Sapa Horizon was fuss-free & worry-free! We were pampered from when we arrived - there’s temporary room to shower and freshen up for free before check-in & after check-out - the hotel staff prepared a chicken sandwich for each for us to have on our long travel out of Sapa). The staff always greeted us warmly & were patient with our enquiries. They even went the extra distance to help us make a call on our behalf, to make arrangements for our transport out of Sapa to pick us at our hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite room. Beds were comfortable, room & shower were clean, amenities were replenished. The breakfast buffet was a large spread of delicious selections, and their fragrant sweet cinnamon tea was readily available at the lobby anytime. Location: few mins walk from the town center, with cafes, restaurants and shops. Behind the hotel are streets that offer food & night life activities. Ham Rong mountain & Sapa lake are about 10mim walk away.

Once in while a hotel surpasses your expectations. The hotel is brand new, everything works, plenty of electrical sockets, hot water and good shower, AC/Heat works well. The mattress is western style and very comfy. I had a lovely view of the mountain from the balcony. The room is immaculately clean. Service is exceptional. From the manager through to the cleaning staff i have not been met with such warmth and friendliness outside of 5 star hotels. It really is that good. The manager was asking if there was anything that could be done to make the rooms better, i mentioned a coat hook would be appreciated for the wet coats... within 30 minutes someone arrived at my room with a screwdriver and one was fitted. Speechless. Breakfast caters to local viet tastes. There was a number of fried items fries/potatoes etc that were left on plates to go cold. I wish these could be kept warm. There is ample selection and good coffee, im sure any westerner would find something to enjoy.

The exterior of the Sapa Highland may not be glitzy and jump at you, but the suite was something that I enjoyed very much especially on a cold cold day because there is a hot tub and jacuzzi within. The suite is quite a good size and while it was pitched as having a mountain view, the view wasn't quite what I was hoping for. Regardless, the rooms do feel quite a luxury after a day trotting along the hills of Sapa. Besides that, the rest of the facilities were satisfactory at best. Staff were trying their best, but don't expect 5 star services. Location wise, it is actually quite alright, just a short walk into town along some slippery roads and stairs.

We opted for the Mountain view room, and the view was breathtaking. It is as the picture shown. You get the mountain view and overlooking the valley below, could just stare at it for hours. The hotel is slightly off Sapa Town Centre but it wasn't a deal breaker. You can leisurely stroll to the town centre where the streets are lined with restaurants, shops, massage place and tour booking operators. The staff were friendly and flexible enough to allow us early check-in and late check-out, since we took the sleeper train and arrived in Sapa around 7+/8am and took the minivan back to Hanoi around 1530. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was mediocre but understandable for Sapa standards. The only problem I had with the hotel was that I went to Sapa during winter and the temperature was around 3°C - 5°C, the rooms were equipped with air conditioner/AC that had a heater option but it wasn't strong enough to heat up the room. The water heater also wasn't strong enough.

We just stayed here one night and it was good. Spacious room and location was really good and convient to many spots in Sapa. We booked this hotel because it was close to Sapa Express Bus to Hanoi and well it was literally on the opposite of the hotel!!! We had to check out around 5am as we were conquering the Fansipan mountain, this was not planned during the booking of the hotel. We booked the room with breakfast but breakfast didnt start untill 6am. We asked the staff during check in if we could have a packed breakfast and this was no problem. That morning they made our breakfast at the moment we were at the reception. The staff and the service went above and beyond our expectations as the breakfast was packed really well; breadroll, omelette, tomatoes, cucumber, ham, cheese and even fruits!!! The staff don’t master english very well, so it was a bit hard to communicate. But i worked out well with some patience and hand gesture 😉

My family (two young toddlers and my wife) and I spent two nights at Amazing Hotel in Sapa on 21st and 22nd of Sept 2018. I can only warmly recommend this hotel. Hotel is super clean (it is a 4 stars), good facilities (they have a swimming pool on the roof-top with an amazing view over the mountain), staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, location is very central (near Sapa square) etc... Excellent hotel from my point of view!

About nearly 2km far from the city center - the cathedral of sapa, but this hotel has surprised us a lot. Nothing different from the photos, it's even better in reality. With Helpful staff, beautiful and clean room with mountain view, this might be one of the best 3-star hotels in town, awesome quality with the price. Also, nice breakfast! We had absolutely enjoyed 3 days 2 nights over there, in a room for 2 whịch was nice and cozy with a wonderful foggy mountain view. We love Sapa and Praha hotel as well. Will come back since we have other occasions to visit the city.

From our arrival at this hotel until the final steps out of it, the staff at Sapa Unique provided some of the finest service we have received in SE Asia. The only thing I can think of to describe our experience at Sapa Unique is that there staff seemed intent on giving random acts of kindness to their customers. The views from the rooms were reason enough to stay at the hotel, looking off to the right at forested mountains appearing and disappearing in the clouds. If that's not enough, walk into a room where rose petals are scattered across the beds and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and clean, and have a cultural feel to them.There is a balcony off the rooms with a small table and two chairs to enjoy tea or coffee, made from the hot water heater included in the room, and stare off into the morphing clouds hanging between mountains. A breakfast menu of your choice, not a buffet style, is given for free, along with delicious ginger honey tea to warm your insides on cool foggy mornings. But the real reason to stay here are the guys who work at the reception, who are some of the nicest people you'll come across on your travels. Their hospitality is genuine and authentic, not done in the name of getting something in return. Don't be surprised if you are offered juice and tea each time you walk in, or gifted bananas for a little snack. Also, if someone knocks on your door during the evening to drop off some fruit or dessert, even though you didn't ask for it, don't be alarmed; it's just how they roll. If they send you off with a free sandwich and water for your long night train journey even though you didn't put in an order, you probably will shake your head in disbelief at first with yet another random act of kindness. Then, you'll quickly laugh at yourself for expecting something different from the staff at Sapa Unique Hotel. Hands down, 100% recommendation!

1) Good location, the hotel just located near by the church and Ham Rong mountain , walking distance to the shops and restaurants. 2) Good staffs - front desk staffs are nice, provided a lot of recommendations, advices and travel option to us. 3) Good facilities- rest room located in 2nd floor provided us the opportunity to have shower and rest before the check in and after check out. Towel and storage services also provided. This is special arrangement and we never had this kind of service in other hotels. 4) Good tour guide - tour guide offered / arranged by hotel is nice and friendly. We had a very enjoyable and wonderful village trekking moment with her.

I stayed in the junior suite Room 801. It's the top floor and will get you the best view. Sapa is a cloudy place so if you do a short stay that view might be nothing but cloud but on a clear day you will see the mountain range and can even spot the building structures on top of Mount Fansipan. I'm working while travelling so the junior suite suited me well and couldn't complain about anything, very spacious, good views and fun. People complaining about stairs? I was on the top floor and loved the good exercise. Just watch the main stairs leading down to the road when they are wet and make sure you don't slip. Very fun stay in Sapa, thanks Hahn ;)

Sapa is a quirky, unique place. It mixes the quiet culture of the people in the mountains around it with the kitsch styling of SEA. This hotel, unassuming at best, is remarkably clean, well appointed (fluffy pillows, soft blankets, smart LCD screens) while still retaining local charm (friendly, personal service, old-school taps and bath, traditional local decor). As someone who has been in the fanciest and most basic types pf accommodation, I can say that for the price point you are getting your money's worth and then some.

Our family of 4 booked 2 connecting rooms on Christmas Day. But due to the power breakdown of Fansipan cable car, we decided to stay 2 nights, so that we can come again the next day. Luckily the rooms are available. The hotel reception & their staffs greeted us, friendly and provided taxi arrangements and also cable car tickets purchased. On one occasion, due to missed communication, the taxi driver supposed to pick us in Fansipan cable car station but we took the wrong one. The hotel didn’t blamed us and willing to absorb the cost. The room deco & cleanliness are super!! It is equivalent to 5 star hotel standard for sure!!! The location is near town centre, but quieter and less dusty. I strongly recommend whoever wish to come Sa Pa to stay at this hotel.

I'm at a loss for words at how amazing my stay was at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The hotel is relatively new and my girlfriend and I took a bit of a risk booking a room here. We were not disappointed! The accommodations were very clean, beautiful, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (not mediocre like many other hotels in Vietnam). The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us with great warmth. We felt as though we were more than just regular hotel guests. Anything we needed, they provided--including recommendations on activities to do around town. We were able to get massages right in the hotel and left the spa feeling like a million bucks. The view of the terraced mountains from our bedroom balcony was breathtaking. I only wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! This is the gold standard for hotels in Vietnam, and VERY reasonably priced!! Do yourself a favor and book your stay here when you are in Sapa. I definitely will again whenever I am back in town.

What i like the most about this hotel is the room with mountain view. The view was indeed so beautiful. The other parts were general, no complaints for that. The receptionist couldn't speak English really well, but she was nice and tried her best to assist and to introduced us some places to visit in Sapa. The breakfast wasn't so good, but it was okay to fill your belly in the morning. The price was reasonable as well. So, overall this hotel is great. But one thing to remember, never ask them to call a taxi for you. The price is higher three times from the taxi you stop on street.

Our room is on fourth floor with private balcony so we can clearly see Muong Hoa valley and Fansipan mountain, The room is big with twin bed .. that is very comfortable.. . the bathroom is modern and convenient for using with bathstub... The lunch on restaurant SAPA SKY VIEW is so tasty .. We love to sit on this nice restaurant that may be the best place in Sapa to enjoy fresh air and outdoor table is the best choice to enjoy the amazing view of Sapa .. We really love this hotel !!!

Booked from 21st to 24th Jan'19 and absolutely enjoyed the stay at Hotel. Nice and clean room, professional and friendly staff. Gave pretty good advice on saving money and suggesting convonient tours suitable to enjoy with a 3 yr toddler. Located quite well. Booked mountain view room but as weather was all foggy couldnt say how was the view (not a fault of hotel). Only things could have beeb better are Wifi and shower. Wifi was very weak in tje room could be room to room basis and shower was fluctuating between cold and hot water. Best part was the room inverters which kept the room cozy warm when outside temp was 4 degree. Thumps up for the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, the rooms were large clean and comfortable, the hot water was very reliable too. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a triple room, however due to some confusion, we were given a single and a double room. Very good service! The location of the hotel is the best, with a short walk (5-10min) from the central shopping/dining area in Sapa. It is close enough, but not such that it's noisy. Very peaceful and an amazing view of the mountains from the outdoor dining area. There is also laundry services available opposite the hotel.

Absolutely loved our time at Sapa Memory. The hotel was clean, great rooms in a quiet central location. One of the best aspects was Ngo on the front desk. He went out of his way to help us arrange transport and then gave us his number so that when we were out and about we could contact him if we had any difficulties. Thank you Ngo your hotel is fortunate to have you representing it. We recommended this hotel to everyone we met.

This hotel has definitely got the best value for money,They have been a great help in our trip, upgrading us to a mountain view room, allowing us to check in way before the check in time because we arrived early in the morning.The areas are nicely equipped, magnificent, with views that are great, beds and showers, TV, towels provided, blankets and sheets. We'd highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone planning to invest some time in Sapa.

Firstly, I must say the mountain view outside my room was spectacularly amazing! During the wet weather period the view wasn't that good cause it'll be foggy and the mountain view will be zero visibility, I was lucky to experience it during my check in. Secondly, the staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was rather simple where you are only allowed to select 1 from their menu, not buffet style. I ordered their Beef Noodle Soup, to my surprise it tasted good and I could go for a few more rounds but sadly I can't. Haha. Thirdly, the room is simple, it has that in the woods feeling. It has a fire place to burn logs of woods to keep the room warm, I don't know whether sre we allowed to burn the woods. No aircon, just a wall fan. One thing they should add in to the room is a telephone, so that we can communicate with the reception easier rather than we go up and down to request/clarify something. Lastly, there's many places to eat and drink, massage and hiking gears shop nearby, everything is just a walking distance. All in all, I will definitely come back here for the beautiful mountain view!

We asked the receptionist, Hang, to upgrade our room to mountain view, Hang mentioned because it's not occupied he will not take extra for that :-). So nice of him. • we forget our staff in a texi, and the texi driver had procrastinated, looked like we never see the staff again, I asked another receptionist, (Minh) he helped in coordination between us to texi driver. Finally, Successfully brought our staff to the hotel:) • On the way back from hotel to bus station, back to Hanoi, another texi driver has dropped us in wrong place, we tried to speak with the locals but they wouldn't help/understand, so we called Minh and Hang, they came in 4 minutes with a bike to show us where is the bus station 700 a head.just before we missed it.
