Stayed for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment, very spacious with full kitchen facilities if needed. really comfortable lounge area, and great beds. separate air conditioning throughout unit which kept if nice and cool. Good breakfast plenty to choose from. Location was just out of the main part of ho chi minh but still within walking distance to some restaurants etc and taxi's were easy to get and very cheap. Nice pool and great wifi. Overall decor is very fancy, and everywhere is very clean. Best part of hotel was the staff, they all spoke very good english and were very helpful. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

We were attracted to the hotel pictures we saw in the internet and it didn't disappointed us indeed. Easy for taxi or Grab to find, conveniently located in the road intersection and facing the Ho Con Ruy (Turtle Lake). Local people like gathering around there and buy some local food from the lady at food stall. Easy access to places like Post office, cathedral, etc Room is very spacious and mattress is wonderful too ! Front desk staff were very helpful, always ask us if we need anything. Will definitely stay again in future.

Our stay at the Hotel Des Arts Saigon was wonderful - upon arrival the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean with modern-French style décor. The location of the hotel is very good and is walking distance to the main attractions and to a number of good restaurants. The rooftop pool was excellent, with a view over all of the city. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ho Chi Minh city!

This hotel will definitely be remembered for the service and the location. truly loctated within the heart of Ho Chi Minh, away from all the typical tourist driven business were the local street vendors and side store. This hotel is really a hidden gem in Vietnam. a short stroll down the street on both sides brought one to bakeries, patisseries, noodle bars and clothing outlets. everything that made the stay even more rememberable. the staff on hand were extremely helpful and welcoming, and attempted to fulfill all our request. the hotel itself, although quite basic in style and features, only proved itself worthy ten fold through its location, staff and service. at the end of the day, all we really needed was a bed to sleep in. we definitely receieved more than that and more. The Ramana Saigon is a secret well kept in Ho Chi Minh and will definitely be a hotel i revisit again.

We (with my friend) really enjoyed it very much. Always looking forward to breakfast and hot bath at the tub..lol. Staffs are very friendly and always ready to assist us. Room is always clean. Although they limit the bath gel unless we request it. Food is nice, and there's a lot to choose from. Overall, I would say I will definitely stay here again if I happen to visit Ho Chi Minh City again in the future. This hotel deserves more than 3 stars, I guess.

Absolut amazing a 4 star hotel with all the services for an 3 star price. Absolutely amazing was the location. there is no better place to stay in Ho chi minh city. perfect. everything is in working distance. Its not cruddy like other places in Ho chi minh city. It’s more elegant and quiet. The Hotel itself is western standard 3-4 star. Even a nice pool on the roof top. OK everything need a bit paint to be perfect but I didn’t care. That’s asia. The breakfast was a Asian European mix. Nothing was missed except the orange juice wasn’t nice, cheap from the can or bottle. This Hotel is absolutely to recommend I will be back for sure I like it

I stayed twice in Sonnet Saigon Hotel, first when my airplane landed in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was such a nice place that I booked it again for the days that I had in the city before leaving the country by plane again. I felt like home, it's clean, comfortable, it's great to have a place like that where you can really rest and relax after traveling so much around the city. The people there are really helpful for anything you need, I needed to print important documents and they did it quickly, always ready to help you with any necessities. Breakfast is great, many different dishes to choose. I really recommend it!!

I wanted to stay for 3 days at this hotel but was only able to book 2 days through Agoda. Upon arriving, the staff was nice enough to upgrade my room and let me stay for another day with matching price as listed on Agoda. The room was spacious, new and clean. A/C was cold, bed is soft and comfort to sleep on. Excellence location as it is located in city center. Breakfast was so-so. There weren't many items on menu; I would recommend to skip it and go to nearby restaurants for better choices. I have stayed at many hotels in Ho Chi Minh during my biz trips but this hotel sofar offers the best value for money. Definitely would come back here again in the future

The hotel is a nice modern hotel, only 5 minutes from the war museum. The breakfast had a good range and the rooms were nice and clean. However, the walls sounded like they were being hammered on when it rained. So if you sleep lightly, it may not be the best for your stay. The biggest negative was at the end of our stay, when the hotel tried to con us with a taxi to the airport. They tried to charge us double the rate of a metred taxi and provide us with a small car which was driven by a friend or relative of the hotel staff. This was not acceptable and I had to argue for my money back and got a separate taxi as a result.

We had a very good experience at Minh Khang Hotel. The location is good and we can easily access to the major tourist spots. The rooms are neat and clean. Comfortable beds, good air-conditioner, stable supply of hot water (though Vietnam is too hot in June that you do not need any hot water for shower) and free WIFI access in rooms. Nice breakfast (though when we were there, they serve non-Vietnamese breakfast including sandwiches, bacon and egg and Chinese soup noodles). The staff are particularly helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a big smile. It makes you feel like you are at home. If you are looking for a hotel with a good location, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and very reasonably priced, Minh Khang Hotel must be the place to go to. The price is very, very cheap and worthwhile given the location, services, the quality of rooms it offers. We will definitely stay in Minh Khang Hotel again when we go to Ho Chi Minh!

Very nice place. If you don't mind a short taxi ride from the party atmosphere of District 1, and you prefer quiet, this is a good choice. In 20 min. you can actually walk to the District 1 area frequented by foreigners. Walking here is a nightmare - motorcycle traffic the biggest issue. The hotel is off the "beaten-track, but in an area with all the amenities you need. Get a larger room - well worth the extra money. Breakfast is acceptable, but not "grand." The staff at the desk and in the restaurant are considerate and helpful. They even gave me a plate of fresh fruit on day #2. Television is good, hot water on demand, strong air-con. They say the hotel is 5 years old. So many options for lodging in Ho Chin Minh. This is a good one.

i made use of the sauna steam rooms and foot massage whilst at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed. the service and the staff are all fantastic, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard each day. the location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to the centre of ho chi minh to be easily accessible. vet impressed overall and will certainly stay again when i visit next time

I should say this is the best value for money hotel in Ho Chi Min City! Rated no 9 on TripAdvisor, at first I was surprised why a 2 1/2 star hotel is rated top! After 3Ns at Thien Thao Hotel, I know the exact reasons! Service was excellent! I booked for 3 Adults, came with 4 because of the last min decision of my youngest son, and was given complimentary upgrade to a suite + daily breakfast for 3 nights at no extra cost! Excellent service, clean rooms, easy to get a cab, free wireless, what more do a traveller wants? Perfect holiday at a perfect hotel. My sons and I vowed to return..:)

i booked this hotel for a little bit of paris in saigon for my mothers 60th birthday. she was a little nervous when we were driving out there as it is a little bit out of the main hub and tourist areas of ho chi minh. however when we arrived we were all blown away but it's charm. a little jewel in nestled in a local neighbourhood. the moment we walked in door we were greeted, seated and given a delicious welcome drink. the staff were unbelievably accommodating and generous. the even ordered a cake and sang happy birthday to my mum! the hotel it self is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. i just wish we could of stayed longer! highly recommend ma maison, it is a little out of town however taxi rides are cheap and it's a great opportunity to see another district of saigon.

This hotel was well situated and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and although being next to a main road they were also quiet. The receptionists were extremely helpful and tried their best to help you with booking taxis and for giving sightseeing advice or directions. You could exchange currency within the hotel. The breakfast was disappointing and there was a very limited choice. However, for the cost of the rooms what do you expect. There was a good choice of English TV. There was a massage parlour and Karaoke bar within the hotel which at night seemed to be busy with wealthy clientele from outside of the hotel. Overall, it was a fairly good hotel and fit for purpose. I probably would stay there again when I go back to HCMC.

Big hotel with a lot of privacy. Stayed at level 2 in the suite room. There is a kitchen area with all the plates and utensils that you can use too. Clean and cosy, water in the bathroom was also really strong and nice. Bathroom clean, bed very comfortable! Although we can still hear some sound from the road outside, it is still acceptable to us. No problem sleeping at all. Staff were really helpful and nice, and the security guard was always so sweet and helpful too. Gives a feeling that they are all so down to earth and want to give their best. Location is not bad, and there is a push cArt store selling. Banh mi (French loaf sandwich) and fried noodles. Also v delicious and clean. 4storey highland coffee is just opposite the hotel, nice place to chill and have nice coffee and cake. Would definitely come back to this hotel! Grab transport in Vietnam is really simple and affordable! Weather was hot so we took grab everywhere.

We had a very good stay in Citadines during our holiday in Ho Chi Minh City, the hotel is new and pretty, spacious room, good facilities, very welcoming and friendly staffs. The location is also great, walking distance to many main attractions or a very short ride with taxi or grab. the breakfast is ok, I'd prefer to go out for some good Pho or Bahn mi nearby (Must try 'Pho Hoa Pasteur' i think they got the best beef Pho in town). Also, the hotel allowed us to check out late which is very helpful! overall recommended this hotel to everybody!

Loved my stay at LeBlanc hotel. The location is great for those who don't want to be stuck in the touristy backpacker area of District 1 - this is where real locals live, and you can get an authentic sense of Ho Chi Minh just walking along the narrow alleyways around this hotel. By far my favorite part of this hotel was the breakfast. Do NOT get the American breakfast - get the Vietnamese breakfast. All three breakfasts were authentic, fantastic, and the coffee and was incredible! There's also a convenience store around th corner. And, weirdly enough - a Dunkin' Donuts!! The only American thing I saw while I was there haha. Room was very nice and clean. There was no toilet paper though the first 2 days so I used tissues. I would suggest their very reasonable and affordable shuttle service- I grabbed a taxi from airport and they way overcharged me!

we were given our rooms very fast, we were not charged for an early check in as we arrived at around 1am, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, they would go the extra mile to help us. the hotel was near a market so we were able to buy fruits at a much lower price, there was also a coop food mart near the hotel so were able to buy toiletries and food for a lower price also. there was a police station near the hotel so we felt safe. there was a church nearby and local restaurants, kfc, and dominos nearby also.

Pushed back in a small hem, (alley way) not scary at all! this posh hotel is everything I needed for a quiet rest. You don’t hear the noise from the hundreds of motorbike. Yet it’s just about 50 ft from the Main Street, “Cao Thang” the room is small yet posh and cozy. No restaurant, no bellman ... nothing fancy yet it felt like a place you want to come back to after a full day of touristing. Would be staying here again whenever I come back to this part of Vietnam.
