the room is big and the twin beds are big like two queen beds.very convenient and comfortable.the breakfast is nice and this hotel offered lunch buffet at rm10.90 and really convenient for us who has small baby.however,lots of eateries can be found within walking distance.the shopping mall Metro Kajang is near,about 10-15 mins walk.In case of emergency,Pusrawi Hospital is just behind the hotel.

The hotel is nice clean and very much comfortable..but one issue happen when the staff ask me to pay rm10 just because my husband get a visitor visiting us...but the issue was settle when i explain the visitor was just visiting my husband and both of them was waitin for me so we go out for dinner..am quiet upset coz its not make sense for us to not allowed having a visitor not that as my visitor stay over...but the misunderstanding was settle end of it ...but i hope the hotel would at least investigate first coz as a customer its not making sense for the hotel to stop us from having visitor ...over all hotel was nice place to stay..

I have been staying in this hotel numerous times. Considered as the best hotel in Kajang city centre. Staff, especially the house keeping team, are friendly. Can see the best view of Kajang from the high floor of this hotel. However the hotel is getting outdated and in my memory, almost every safe box is out of order. Also there is no ramp for the luggage going up to the hotel lobby from the drop off area. I like the wifi in every room. Connection is strong most of the time. Breakfast is average but cheap, worth to include with room.

This stay, I booked for a Budget Single room but due to system error, Agoda cancelled it and when I want to book again, I found Budget Twin room at the same price, RM50, so I booked that one. I used to stay in the Single Budget Room and it was decent, with a single bed, large CRT TV (lol), air-cond, toilet. Just a decent room. But this time, with the same price, I got a Budget Twin Room, a far better room from the former room. This room has two clean single bed (only lack of blanket), flat LCD TV, air-cond, water heater with 3 in 1 drink provided, great toilet. Worth every RM I spent here. On top of that, the location is very good. Below the hotel, there is a Mamak shop (typical Malaysian food shop), KFC, 7 Elevan, Kajang Metropoint (a small mall) with plenty of place to shop and eat. I loved to stay here again. Only cons, is the staff need to be a little helpful if guest is facing problem.

I want to make a compliment to all staff and the management of this hotel for provided me with such sweet memorable ecperience. On that day I just finish working at 1am and I planned to check in the hotel on that time around 2.40am and successfully made the online booking via Agoda mobile app in my Iphone7 until I realized that I booked wrong check in date. I was so sad for the silly mistake done by myself and at the same time I feel as if I am a victim in the situation. But thankfully, the front office guy who wearing the eyeglasses successfully erased my worries by providing me superb customer Service he even volunteered himself to contact Agoda in order to amend the wrong date of my hotel booking. I was impressed by that front office guy that he is soft spoken person, furthermore I can feel the sincerity when this guy served me. To summarize it all I had wonderful memories during my stay at Hamilton Hotel, Kajang. Keep up the superb excellent service to guest ! Thanks.

I had booked 4 x Family Deluxe Triple Rooms. All my traveling companions, including myself, are very pleased with Uptown Imperial Hotel. 1. Room Very spacious and clean. 2. Furnishings The furnishings in the rooms are very well maintained and in good conditions. 3. Staff The reception staff on duty was very helpful and friendly. 4. Pricing Great value for money! Only a couple of issues that I have with this hotel. 1. Parking lots The hotel actually has a good number of parking lots. However, on nights where there is wedding dinner (the night that we were there), there will be a serious shortage of parking lots. Will be good if the management can reserve lots for hotel guests, instead of the current "free-for-all" system. 2. Location No eating place within walking distance, except for the in-house Shark's Fin restaurant. Not a big problem though, as just a short drive away, food is aplenty. And shopping too.

I booked the room super cheap. It's easy to notice the hotel too as it could be seen from main road. There's a public toilet in the hotel, good on that point. Other than the corridors being dim, the rooms are pretty decent, with working TV, aircon, heater, lights. There's also a water dispenser right outside the room. But when you check in, you'll need to pay a deposit, without the assurance of a receipt. I was told that when I return the key card, the deposit would be returned. However, as I was in a hurry to check out(it was 8am), the lady at the counter took her time to slowly request cleaners to double-check room, before handing me my deposit. Moral of this: If you're in a hurry, give about extra 10 mins while checking out at counter. If 8am already so idle, I can't imagine the mess and chaos when nearing check-out time around noon.

We stayed here for just 2 nights when we arrived in Malaysia as we wanted to see KL for a couple days before heading off to Singapore. The hotel is very cheap compared to KL hotels which was the main attraction for us, however you need to bear in mind that it takes around 40 minutes to get to KL... You have to take a taxi from the hotel area to one of the KTM stations (either UKM or Kajang, UKM is the closest) and then hop onto the KTM train into KL. The standard rooms also have no windows but with very good air-con and nice lighting this wa not a concern for us. Bed linen was crisp white cotton and the bed was very comfortable! Lovely en-suite bathroom with possibly the hottest shower I have ever experienced in SE Asia which was fantastic!!

Room is spacious (I stayed in a double room with window). Comfortable to sleep for a night. Not so fun if you're staying with family since it's very basic. Tv small & not functioning 😅 No kettle whatsoever. Please, door safety must be improved. There's just a basic knob (I was worried if someone entered the room while I was sleeping). Overall, the room price was not value for money to me. There are better hotels nearby with same price but better facilities. Good thing it's very close to shops, restaurants & night market.

my room at this time is very cheap, the room is okay. suitable with the price. Just a few i dislike. The bedsheet is not cleaned well. The toilet lighting is lacking and almost like want to drop in any moment. The smell is good. The bed arrangement is bad. It does not fit to the wall entirely. Please fix that a.s.a.p. Its kinda annoying when you knock that end of bed every time moving around it. And im talking about room 612 standard room, if you get it, just check through this comment if they improve it or not. Oh and by the way, you can smell bed odour through the toilet floor hole as if it come direct from the sewers. Please Improve it OYO hotel. im just being honest. Cheap is cheap. But comfort is another story. You can do better than this. Thanks for the stay.

I love this hotel.. Cause its value for money.. The room price was affordable for everyone.. And the cleanliness of this hotel room is are good.. It's clean and I feel really comfortable and enjoy when stay at b'hotel.. Their hotel staff are friendly and they always smile, laugh and give their full attention to customer. Only one things that I think need to improve.. Their facilities in the hotel room.. But only TV.. Others okay.. Cause when I want to watch TV.. They don't have any channel to be watch cause the TV must connected to pendrive or USB If we want to watch film.. Huhu.
