Nothing I can’t complain about this Hotel. If you really want a relaxing Hotel with an A list Service, you can never be wrong with Ferra Hotel. The Hotel is situated on the Sitio Bulabog Beach near D Mall Station 2. To sum up my very satisfied and happy experience in Ferra are below: The ambiance of the Hotel is really superb. The exterior and interior are very minimalist and modern in style. It’s really cozy and comfortable. The rooms are really well designed like most of the luxury condominium interior. Everything is in detailed, the lightning, the flooring, the furniture and the lavatory is really awesoooomest. We can consider it is a small hotel that gives you a 5 start feels; this Hotel is really an A-lister. There is a small pool around 4 meters deep which is just right with the architecture of the Hotel. There is a roof deck bar offers food and drinks during night just in case you don’t want to join the crowded bars near beach front. The stay is really worthwhile. The staffs are really well trained, friendly, accommodating (If I can list of good adjective). Donna and Julie is really accommodating even before our arrival on the island. They offer free pick up on the port. The smiles of the staffs are really the best; it will make you feel home. Sorry I forgot kuya who picked up us on the Port, he is really mabait and friendly. All staffs are really helpful. I Hope Ferra Hotel will maintain this kind of service all throughout. Overall it will really give you a five start VIP experience. The Hotel is really highly recommended and I will surely go back soon maybe next Laboracay! I would like to thank again Ferra Hotel and its staff for a very memorable summer this 2015. I can say that they offer a world class accommodation, service, food, facilities and smile. This is one of the best Hotel in Boracay.

Peace mind environment, perfect service provided..Room is very clean..fridge full with food and drinks.. The owner of the hotel is very friendly, helpful and full of information. You can just book your THINGS TO DO IN BORACAY with the owner , trust me you will get the best price....Breakfast delicious.. very convenient to walk to the white beach near to station 2 , Hangin.. and Dmall.. trust me you will enjoy max..!

Perfect spot/location. The deluxe appartments are fully equiped, very clean, bright and sunny, with seaview. Very close to the beach, perfect for kitesurfers, from the room you can see if there is enough wind to go kiting or to go out for something else. People of the hotel are very friendly, they clean the room everyday, also the towels. Location is a short walk to the mall and restaurants. Very good price for the quality you get! If you look for something on Bulabog beach, I think this is one of the best for a good price.

This place wasn't in the beachfront but it's accessible enough to anywhere. You can choose to walk from White Beach through DMall to get to the hotel but all bikes, tricycles pass by the street where it resides so you won't have that much of a problem going around. It's also walking distance from Bulabog beach. Room was very clean, well-maintained. Lots of natural light coming in to keep the room looking alive. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Their manager personally went to check up on me in my room when I had some slight problems with the wifi. She was nice and the issues were easily fixed. The hotel didn't offer airport transfers during my stay but the SouthWest Tours office is just a few steps away so you can book it yourself there. Although the place is limited in other facilities (no pool, gym, common eating area), it was enjoyable enough to warrant another visit. Will definitely be back at Jeffrey S on my next visit.

We are totally satisfied with our stay at the hotel with our 2 years old son, but before the hotel compliments I'd like to mention the most amazing hotel staff I've ever met, her name is Charlot Viray. I suggest you to keep this name noted, if you want your stay pleasant. She does everything she's responsible for perfectly and she does may be 10 times more than that for the things that totally she doesn't have to do. She helps any problem that you are having about your stay, your holiday arrangements etc. before and during your stay. I would like to tell them one by one but it will take a looonng time to write. Thank you Charlot!!! The hotel was brand new and well furnished. Very suitable for family stay. The hotel staff also new and may be a little inexperienced(except Charlot) but all were lovely and giving their best and that's what it counts for us. All rooms has great beach view. There is no elevator but it didn't disturb us at all. As the hotel's slogan we burned calories. The hotel is a little far from White beach and D'Mall but they have shuttle to drive you there. It takes 5 minutes by drive and 15 minutes by walk to reach to White Beach. If you are interested about water sports, this hotel well located for you. Because the water sports arranged at Bulabog beach which is in front of the hotel and you wake up towards to it every morning. We love the hotel and definitely will come back, also recommend to our friend. The only possibility we change this hotel at our next stay; if Charlot move to another hotel and asks us to come there. That's the only way, otherwise we are yours Luxeview. Budget friendly, Strongly recommended!!!

It is really a new hotel with ten rooms but half rooms are under decoration. It is big 350 sq ft with free wifi. soft opening now. Good service but some facilities are need to improve. No phone, no shower jel and shampoo, no tea pot for tea, no toothbrush and toothplate, no 24hr reception. 1 hr 6-7.am electricity shortage in the morning everyday. It is good if you want to play water sport. 100m to the balabag beach( the other side of white beach.)It is quite far away from D'mall. 20 mins walk. Little restaurants around there. The area is too busy and noisy. Very noisy in the morning. Actually with the price around php. it is the best hotel within this price range. It is good for traveller in budget. Waiting for hotel real opening and improvement.

although the hotel only has less than ten rooms, you will never regret your stay there if you manage to reserve a room. the hotel receptionist (lyla)is very cheerful and very accommodating, you will really feel that you are welcome there. the comfort room was small but who cares, you will just sleep and rest there right? you'll be out enjoying boracay sun in the first place, so i don't really mind the hotel. overall, my wife and i found the place very affordable, cozy, quite and convenient for honeymooners like us.

My husband and I went to Boracay for my birthday celebration and we both enjoyed our stay in Ferra. It’s just about 7mins walk going to the beach and alot of establishments are just within the vicinity of the hotel which is very convenient. Dmall is just about 5 mins walk and there are banks/ATM and fastfoods and other restaurants. All their staff are polite, very accomodating and responds to our queries right away. We arrived in the hotel around 12:30pm and they offered us a refreshing complementary drinks. But, we had to wait until 2pm for check in time since our room is not yet ready. All of them greets their guests with a big smile even their guard. Upon checking in I was suprised that the room they provided us with bigger one, cause I booked for deluxe queen and fortunately we have the king size room equipped with bathtub. In terms of cleanliness, everything is clean and they change the linens when we requested for it. Clean towels are provided everyday as well. One problem we encountered is the wifi connection. We had to call the reception just so we can connect everytime, I dunno what’s wrong, but ones we’re connected the internet speed is okay. The breakfast buffet is also great, i loved their beef tapas. 😊 Our flight going back is 8:20am so we had to leave early and they provided us with packed sandwich and a bottle of water. Thank you ferra! We will be back definitely!
