Hotels near Imbi Monorail Station

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located close all the shopping centers of Bukit Bintang. It is right next to Pavillion. It was very easy to get good food around the hotel. At the back of Farenheit shopping complex, you can find a hawker center selling local favourites like satay, curry, laksa and ba kut teh ("pork rib soup"). The famous food street of Jalan Alor is also very near the hotel. The hotel has a good gym as well as outdoor swimming pool. The daily breakfast was sumptious serving a good balance of eastern and western food. The hotel is also 10 minutes walk to the Bukit Bintang KL monorail station. I will definitely stay in this hotel again on future visits to Kuala Lumpur.

Very nice hotel at prime location of Bukit Bintang, the heart of tourists. Hotel is very nice with good facilities. Large comfortable beds, well working air -con and up to mark cleanliness of hotel. Breakfast of the hotel is simply best making it a remarkable stay. Would love to stay here in future. offcourse recommended. Monorail station is just one minute walk away. Only bad part of the hotel is the tourist-guide at the entrance of hotel (Probably Indian) who is annoying and instead of responding to your queries regarding directions of different destinations, will start selling you his expensive trip deals (in which he definitely gets commission). over all its one of the best hotel to stay in KL.

The hotel is conveniently located and is just a few minutes walk away from the Imbi Monorail Station. The check in was smooth and staff was professional and efficient without prompting for wifi services, he provided for it. The hotel though old in age is well kept in the common area. Breakfast at the Verandah is a good mix of local and western and has variety to choose from. There is a small but challenging swimming pool The room I had should be recently renovated (as I have heard of old rooms in previous reviews), and clean. It is a little small for a queen double bed. King size beds are available but in windowless rooms.... Overall the stay exceeds my expectation and is good value.

We loved our stay in the hotel! the location is really a walking distance to most sights in the city; it's right across Pavilion Mall which starts the Jalan Bukit Bintang shopping district, about 10 mins walk to Imbi where you can find all sorts of Chocolate Outlets like Beryl's and Chocolate Gallery, and about 15 mins walk to Petronas Towers! The hotel is about 400m from the nearest monorail station (Raja Chulan) which could take you to KL Sentral and to other tourist sights nearby like Batu Caves (from the hotel, you'd be spending only RM6 per person roundtrip to see Batu Caves) The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable! The only downside we could think of is the WIFI charges which we think is too expensive for RM50 per day (LAN internet is free in-room) but WIFI is free on common areas like the lobby or the 10th floor (but we were having a hard time trying to connect to it) Overall, the experience was great and we'll definitely stay here when we come back to KL :)

Good location! Next to Imbi Monorail Station. Easy to get around to other parts of KL. The building itself is a shopping centre so you will be spoilt for food choices. Upon arrival was given an upgrade to our premier room at no extra charge. The room and the toilet itself was big and spacious. Toilet include a bathtub and shower area. The staff from the hotel was excellent. Service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting KL.

This is the best location for Kuala Lumpur. Location in Bukit Bintang is steps away from all the big shopping malls like Lot 10, Pavillion, Sungei Wang, and more. The Bukit Bintang monorail station is just around the corner. Next door to the hotel is the Lot 10 basement eateries and supermarket. Plus, restaurants are all around. Rooms are beautifully modern (and large) with an open floor plan, so the sink is located in an open area beside the shower and toilet enclosure. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with hotpot/coffee/tea, flat screen TV, toiletries, free in-room wifi, mini-fridge, and 2 bottles of water are provided daily. AC works great. No pool or fitness center but there is a nice little spa on the 2nd floor that offers specials like 30 min fish spa free with any 1 hour treatment purchase (reasonable prices). There's a bit of noise at night from the bar in the front of the hotel so you might ask for a room farthest away. Avoid the restaurants attached directly to the front of the hotel. There's a street full of popular outdoor eateries if you exit hotel and head to the monorail street, turn right on monorail street and make your first left. It's overwhelming but something to see even if you dont eat there. Otherwise try Lot 10's basement eateries.

We were from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). Stayed there for seven nights .Booked through Agoda and Standarded Charterd bank with a little discount. Or bhoy , I was not embarassed in front of my wife for my selection. I landed in a five star hotel in its size. I was ready with my gadgets to plug my electronics but they had multi type power sockets on wall panel! Were in a superior twin room on 8th floor .feel of a brand new clean and homy environ will welcome you there again for sure. Remember no cigarette smell ,noise of busy roads or people talking. (Weekends were getting busy though.) Staff members were very helpful and polite24 hour front desk was a ++ for us.No knocking doors or sleepy security guys with heavy faces at times we get back after eating all Do-Das at night bazars at close proximity. Grab Taxis within 3 minutes RM 4 to Hanifa. Very close to Air Asia Buckit Bintan Monorail station. Go there and enjoy . I will give 10/10 but to be honest 9 +++ Thank you InnB Park

Loved staying here. Location opposite the Pavillion is perfect. Bus 50m from the hotel. Bukit Bintang Underground Train station 2 minutes away. Monorail station 3 minutes walk. Great options for breakfast with fantastic staff. Check in and check out were easy and fast. Concierge went above and beyond for me and I forgot to get the guys name (tall guy) but I wish I did as he was just awesome. Pool staff also offer great service and always happy. My ONLY issues is (a) the lighting in the room is not bright enough at night and (b) as the bathrooms are slowly ageing I think they need a bit of a scrub - perhaps some bleach here and there but this is an issue throughout Malaysia but the rooms are very nice and clean and great quality linen on comfy beds. We would stay again.

I loved the extra help the staff gave me before arrival on 4 detailed methods of transp to get to hotel. I decided to use the KL EKSPRES train bought online for 40 MR each way if bought online using MC. 28 min non-stop from KLIA airport to KL SENTRAL train station. Hotel is very clean, loved the view from my 27 floor room. Glass wrap around windows on large living room and lg window in bedroom also. Great bath with separate bath/shower. Great kitchen & fridge. Cable tv in bedroom AND larger one in living room connected to stereo system w/DVD player with free loaner dvds at front desk. Enjoyed very good buffet breakfast. Good egg station. Help went to room on arrival and explained everything in detail and connected my wi-fi with codes etc on each device. All in all great service and very clean. Fairly short walk to Pavilion Mall and overhead walkways and nearby monorail station (2 blocks). Also LOT 10 mall. Movies at Pavilion and online ticketing -- pick seats online. Loved my stay and extremely kind and wonderful staff. I felt prices very fair for what you receive. I liked the 69 sq mtr Premier 1 bedroom room on high floor. The 65 room has bathroom in worse placement. with bathroom out of room and across apt. Mine was ensuite with separate shower and tub. GREAT PLACE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the third time i have stayed in this hotel and i think this is the best value 4 star hotel in the area. Its about 10m from the Imbi monorail station (convenient if catching KL express to KL sentral as you can catch monorail straight to hotel) much cheaper and quicker than catching taxi. Time square shopping centre is opposite, Sungei Wang Plaza (IT plaza) is behind and BB plaza and Lot 10 are about 5 mins walk away. Plenty of food options on the street as well as in the shopping centres, 7/11 next door (other side of driveway - right hand side when you walk out). We booked a triple room (2 single beds + 1 roll out) and the room fitted 3 adults + 3 large suitcases with ease. Our room on the 6th floor had a little view of the Petronas Twin Towers but if you get upper floor the view would be better. Staff were friendly and helpful and every staff that we spoke to could understand english.

I really don't know what to write.. Ummm ..but anyway, the hotel is very nice and clean. The most impressive thing this hotel left me is that the staff are really friendly there. Every morning, when we go out, they will smile to us and say good morning, how are you ? The room is very big and clean. Toilet is also quite nice : ) we didn't expected this hotel can be so nice! It is far more than what we expected before!!! From the room can directly see twin tower shinning at night ; & And for the location, this hotel is located just by the monorail station. Within 1 min walk u can reach the Raja Chulan station. Very convenient. The monorail station is just opposite the hotel. And KLCC is also within walking distance. Walking from hotel to KLCC only takes around 10 mins. And it has a special walk-way in the bridge which brings u directly from the hotel to the twin tower and also bukit bintang. And there are air cons inside as well. It was actually very comfortable to walk by the walk-way.

Fantastic few days at Invito. Great location with Changkat Bukit Bintang in the next road, Jalan Alor a few minutes away and Monorail stations very nearby, as is Pavilion, Lot10 and KLCC all within walking distance. We were made very welcome by all the staff. Checking in and out were so quick and efficient. We also really liked the security feature of the hotel, whereby only hotel guests with keycards can access the hotel after midnight. A must mention is the fabulous airconditioning, which was one of the best we have ever experienced - the room was never too cold, something which usually happens in hotels. The pool area was so breathtaking & pretty that we regret not having the time to have a dip in it :( We will be back :))

Sky Hotel is strategically located in Bukit Bintang. If your aim of coming to KL is to do some pure shopping and want a plain hotel with no extra trimmings, then Sky Hotel fits the bill.Large room with large bathrooms, working wifi, mini fridge, flat screen tv with cable, safe deposit box and shower, its a just plain hotel that gives you just what you need. It's near Imbi monorail station, Berjaya Times Square, Low Yat plaza.and eateries just outide your doorstep. Just one gripe though, the air-con in the room is not 'cold enough'. Even at 17 degrees. I had to slot my own card into the keycard slot so that the aircon will keep on running when I'm out. PS: There is a shortcut to get to the hotel:From Imbi monorail station, turn right into the lane beside Melia Hotel and 7-11, End of lane is a staircase.walk down the stairs and turn left. You will see Outback Steakhouse ahead. Walk towards it, pass by the Nikon shop and then turn towards federal Hotel. Sky Hotel is just ahead. You can't miss it.

It was a very nice stay for us in Kuala Lumpur as first timers in the country. It is a nice hotel that is very affordable. Few minutes walk to Pavilion mall, Bukit Bintang monorail station, Lot 10, Isetan the Japan Store and there is a connection to Fahrenheit mall. The whole trip to Kuala Lumpur was rainy but it didn’t stop us from going out as it was easy. It doesn’t offer you any free breakfast option but it is not necessary because Hutong food court is within reach where you can enjoy the local Malaysian foods. Please note that the rooms are not soundproof. It will soon open a mini camera museum which is very interesting for any one who loves photography. Definitely coming back and will recommend to our friends who plans to go to Kuala Lumpur. Thumbs up to the whole team of Gold 3 Boutique Hotel!

We had two rooms. One was a Premier Executive. The other was part of their "E-package." The first room was basic, almost drab. The "E-package" room was on a floor where all the rooms had updated interior design (bathroom, lighting, floors, ceiling, walls, and furniture). Strangely, the room was about 2/3 the size of the first room even though it was about 20% more expensive. The 2nd room had complimentary access to the "E-lounge" which is an airport lounge-style business center with free unlimited Internet computers, printers, snacks, TV, and outdoor patio. If you don't get E-lounge access with your room, then Internet access was relatively expensive. Overall, both rooms were a great value for the money. Both rooms have a terrific all-you-can eat breakfast buffet featuring both Asian and Western selections. The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang. It is walking distance from 3 monorail stations: Hang Tuah, Imbi, and Bukit Bintang. Hang Tuah is the closest and easiest to walk to (5 mins). Hang Tuah is also next to the Putra line of the KTM subway. The best part is its proximity to Jalan Alor (2 mins away right out the front door) which is about 4-5 blocks of food hawkers/food stalls. This was the highlight of our trip. We went there for dinner every night and had outstanding Chinese food and beer for about $5USD each.

my family together with my parents and brother (total of 5 adults & 2 children) planned to explore Bukit Bintang area + few KL attraction area. we decided to stay @ Fahrenheit after browse few hotels and found rate offered for 2 bedroom deluxe suite generally is very affordable and for me it is CHEAP! fahrenheit is in the middle of bukit bintang hot spot.. near to Fahrenheit 88, Pavillion, lot 10, starhill, BB Plaza, Sg Wang Plaza, Low Yatt Plaza and also Berjaya Time Square. Easy to find food. a lot of convinience store. besides that, we also decided to bring my daughter to Aquaria KLCC. we took Monorail at Bukit Bintang and change to LRT at KL Central straight to KLCC. we had fun at KLCC. return, we decided to change monorail at dang wangi station. we stay there for 3 days 2 nite. parking share with fahrenheit88 shopping mall. rate about rm25 perday for weekdays, rm5 perday for weekend. anyhow fahrenheit suite will give parking rebate rm10 for weekdays only.

this is my 4th stay at this hotel and it was as pleasing as ever. so handy for all activities from eating, drinking, clubbing and shopping to site seeing. easy walk from imbi monorail station and all facilities. best shopping malls and twin towers all walkable. night life is buzzing but hotel rooms nice and quiet. ask for higher up just in case though. i was on 9th this time whereas be4 i was higher up. still very peaceful. very attentive, smiley staff. i had cause to call security after an unfortunate incident, which was of no fault of the hotel, and the security manger was 'on the case' in no time at all, confirming suspect had left premises having been captured on cctv. access to rooms is only allowed by your room's electronic card operating the lifts. the breakfast is now several degrees of magnitude better! superb buffet style with wide choices of western and eastern foods. coffee or tea served at your table by ever-attentive staff. refills no problem. nice cafe / bar serving substantial western and malay meals with beer on draught and happy hours operating. check in and out were both speedy and efficient. i would stay there again any time. great value for money in such a good location. enjoy!

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (Double Bed + Single Bed). It was pretty small and the beds took up most of the space but we were out all day everyday and only needed it to sleep and to keep our luggage + shopping securely so it was perfect in that sense. There was a leak in the water tank of the water closet (no, not the toilet pipe!) and even though they weren't able to fix it during our stay we didn't mind it as much because they cleaned and put new bath mats everyday. The bathroom also had glass walls with thick frosted stickers, which we thought was a bit weird but you couldn't see through. Best of all, this is CENTRALLY LOCATED!!! 10 min walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, 10 mins to Lot 10 Hutong Food Court, 15 mins to Pavilion Mall, 20 mins to Berjaya Times Square, and just 5 mins away from one of KL's best night life destinations - Changkat Bukit Bintang! All in all, this is a pretty decent hotel, considering what you pay! Would definitely stay again 👍

The Mercure hotel is easily a 9.5 star hotel. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and pillows, Bathroom is great. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone, Air conditioning and TV are very good. The rooftop pool is a great place to escape the heat and have some drinks. All staff are excellent! My wife was very impressed with the recycle bins adjacent to the elevators. It is in an excellent location just behind the Bejaya Times Square shopping complex. Less than ten minutes easy walking to hundreds of restaurants food courts and shopping. The Imbi Monorail station in front of Times square gives you great access to the rest of KL. We will return in November!

I love this hotel! 5 walk out from bukit bintang monorail station! So very easy to find this ( near kfc bukit bintang ) and around with shopping mall like “ Farenheit 88 , Isetan , Pavillion kl , Starhills , Guardian phamacy shop ) and 5 walk to Jalan alor street food! So good location , clean , everything here is good! Please know that you will be charged 10 myr per night , and 50 myr for keycard ( return 50 myr when u checkout ) and this hotel is near Gokl bus stop!!!! Love xx will come back here again so soon

traveling solo i stayed for 4 nights. the single room was small but very clean with a very comfortable bed with two fluffy pillows (single bed); soft sheets and nice duvet. a/c worked very good. bathroom was large and spotless. hot shower worked great and nice towels. as is usual in this part of the world - no shower curtain so everything gets wet if not careful. staff was nice. cable tv could have been better - no cnn or bbc. had 1 espn channel and only 1 english language movie station and natgeo. the hotel is in a great shopping area minutes from large malls and stores/restaurants. about a 5 minute walk to the monorail station. wise to ask hotel for directions as its a bit tricky to find if your not familiar with the area as its down the end of a soi. hotel is very modern design; and is quiet considering there is a bar and restaurant across the soi. its a new property i beleive opened in dec 2011 so it is still fresh and new. overall if your looking for a good price in a good area its a very good choice.

Reception staff were very friendly. Strategic location; accessible to Berjaya Times Square / IMBI monorail station / Bukit Bintang malls / buses drop-off & pick-up point to & fro Singapore / famous chicken rice stall in Bt Bintang, everything is walking distance. 24hrs provision store nearby as well. Fair spread of buffet for breakfast, Roti Canai with Dalcha & Sambal was THE BOMB! Nevertheless, WIFI connection from room #1225 was bad, could hardly browse anything & need to improve on the maintenance/cleanliness of rooms, #1226 in particular had mushrooms sprouting at the back of the door. And the bathtubs need thorough scrubbing. Overall, good stay... recommended for short trips.

This would be the 2nd time we stayed at Dor Hotel, first time was last year. We wanted an affordable hotel near Jalan Alor and other attractions, but still in a quiet area away from all the party noise. The hotel is right next to Jalan Alor, about 10 min walk to Pavilion, 20 min walk to Chinatown. If you want to check out the nightlife, just walk 5 mins towards Jalan Changkat and the party strip is right there. Also about a 10 min walk from Imbi monorail station where we got off from KL Sentral. Our queen room deluxe was quite small but it was clean, has cold/warm water, and complimentary toiletries and bottled water everyday. The walls are quite thin, so it's easy to overhear people next door, just as we did last year. Luckily, people next door were quiet during our previous stay. Great value for money, will stay again in the future.

JW Marriott has always been my most favourite hotel to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially in Bukit Bintang area. It has the best location, connected directly to the StarHill Gallery and the big luxurious Pavillion Shopping Mall is just across the street, and monorail station is only a couple of minutes of walking distance. The staffs are very friendly and the services are excellent. It is the best hotel in the area and will always be my first choice in mind when coming to KL.

The staffs are great. We dont know about the breakfast since we didnt booked the room with breakfast. You can easily find foods. At the next door you can find Feeka coffee shop & other restaurants. Mostly it's Indian Food. In weekdays, many of workers taking lunch at that area. At night, you can go to Changkat area (behind the hotel) and choose the bar or pub you want. This hotel is near to monorail station Raja Chulan. Just walk around 5-7 minutes. The facilities was ok. Hot shower, amenities. But no hair dryer in the room. Surely will go back.
