"This is my new favorite hotel, it is flawless. The room was perfect with an amazing bed, view, and terrific tub. The breakfast is....oh my god, unbelievable. There is so much variety, everything you coujld ever think of for many different tastes and culture, prepare to need to use a gym after. The gym is huge and all state of the art, with internet on the tredmills and machines. They also offer yoga classes. There are so many restaurants and bars scattered through the hotel, but quite pricey. The hotel is also bascially attached to the train station so it is the easiest place in the city to get to from the air port. And it is so easy to get around town from there too. And the pool is one of the best I have ever seen, 8 floors up, totally beautiful and serene and surrounded by tall buildings. Highly recommend"

"we just stayed here for 1 night coz we have to go back to singapore for our flight back to Phils. we had hard time finding the hotel coz when we asked the locals there, they dont know where it is located. but we soon found out that it was located at the street just behind the monorail station. the hotel was for budget travellers/backpackers, nothing fancy. but it was clean as it is still new. the staff were nice. they also offer city tour, etc. we booked a room with king size bed. the room size is okay, the toilet and bath is spacious and they have bidet, not common to budget hotels. bed, mattress & pillows are comfy. the only downside was that the thin walls. you can hear people talking at the corridor. so if you're a light sleeper, it would be inconvenient. but i guess all budget hotels are like that. overall, we enjoyed our stay, it is accessible to monorail (to avoid traffic) and kl sentral terminal for kommuter train and bus to&from the airport.just a short walking distance to the station. will definitely stay here again if i go back to malaysia."

"I was way early for check in but they were able to provide me a room. Plus, I was upgraded! After a tiring flight, to immediately get a room is a relief. They gave me a room with a view of the lovely lake. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Room service was the best. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet selection was enough for me. It had all that I needed for morning fuel. Interior was modern and calming. After a stressful week, staying here was relaxing and I got exactly the rejuvenating stay that I needed. Nu Sentral mall is near enough for my munchies, shopping, haircut and massage. KL Sentral is just opposite so no worries about Airport transfers. The hip Bangsar area is close by, and my favourite art museum is just a few minutes away. This is my second time and I will come again. "

"We had a wonderful night at The Majestic and were upgraded to the heritage wing of the hotel, so I can't review the Tower Wing, but we checked in there and the lobby looked great! Our room in the colonial-style portion was beautiful and extremely luxurious and we appreciated the upgrade on a quiet Monday night. We had a lovely tea in the lounge area and drinks while listening to live music in the same area after dinner and enjoyed the atmosphere and charm. They are really doing colonial style over the top, but it's well done and charming and the personal and friendly service from the staff is outstanding. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Islamic Arts museum, etc. just down the road. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of the wonderful sounding spa options! We will definitely stay here again on future trips to KL. "

"This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Upon checking in, I have noticed that the hotel is very clean and most of the stuff being used in the hotel are quite new. There are no spots of dirt or any gross insects. The hotel staff was most friendly often accommodating our requests and helping us with directions around the city. The location was the best part because it was super near to all the train stations and even the bus station coming from the airport is located here. We did not have a hard time going to the places in our itinerary, and best part of all we saved so much money because we did not have to take the taxis. This hotel even had strong wifi connection per floor which I liked best because I could use it to research on where to go around Malaysia, and it helped me to stay connected to my friends and family back home. Lastly, the breakfast was really delicious, and the restaurant Old Town White Coffee is just beside the hotel. We were able to save on breakfast money for really good meals, and it helped us save time looking for restaurants for breakfast."
