In First I wan to say many many Thanks To Grand Hyatt Hotel make my this stay at this hotel alot of memories and best hotel in my life..i going to celebrate my birthday with my wife..at first we book grand deluxe king..after i reach hotel at check in counter there let us check in early about 11am plus..after check in the hotel stay name kenny to me he wan give me some special to my stay to celebratemy birthday..and he say grand hyatt upgrade my room to grand executive suites to me..is a super nice room..so enjoy when we stay and the staff is so friendly and helpfull..thanks grand hyatt..i will come back again for next trip..

concorde hotel is located near the bukit nanas monorail station. it's a good comfortable base to enjoy kl and getting around was easy. it takes maybe 10 minutes to walk to dang wangi lrt station. good views of kl tower and the petronas twin towers. the streets are busy and lively around this part of town. if you enjoy nightlife, the hotel is near zouk at jln ampang or the stretch of bars at jln p ramlee. breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. we were a family of three and paid for an additional roll-in bed, which was equally comfortable as the regular beds. we drove up from singapore so complimentary parking was appreciated too. however, the one thing i hated about the hotel was each room only entitles you to complimentary wireless internet for one device. we were not told this when we checked in. so once you logged in with one device, you couldn't use the same log-in for any other device. we complained about this to the front desk and they gave us another log-in id since they had failed to inform us of this set up when we checked in. so be prepared that if you have multiple laptops or smartphones that need to connect to wifi, you'll need to pay per password. other than that, we enjoyed our stay here. it was a quality four and a half star hotel (not quite five star) and we wouldn't mind returning.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of KL, and the best part being situated across the street to KLCC. It is a convenient walk to F&B and shopping, which I found to be a huge bonus. I had business at KLCC, and I really saved on time and money. I didn't have to waste my time looking for parking space at KLCC, and I saved a lot on transport because the hotel is near to the LRT station and the hotel is even a stopover station for this awesome bus service called Aerobus. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and courteous, even the housekeeping personnel were great. My friend and I particularly loved the Eat-All0-U-Can Japanese buffet at Komura restaurant as the food was fresh and tasty. There's even this shuttle service from the hotel to other famous spots in KL. The next time I need a room at KL, I'll definitely consider Corus as my first choice.

having stayed here only one night, i still found that the recent refurbishments served it well. it gave the hotel a fresh new modern feel whilst still being luxurious. location was good since it was smack dab in the middle of town within walking distance of so many places to see. staff were friendly and accomodating to my requests. the room itself was rather well appointed with a cushy bed, adjustable (and working) a/c controls and a brightly lit sizeable bathroom because there's nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night shivering because the a/c went on the blink or bumping elbows against walls in a tiny bathroom (i really liked that the shower and bathtub were separate). because i drove, i found the access to the parking basement somewhat inconvenient because i had to exit the hotel and go down via an external lift. but this shouldn't bother non-drivers since the lrt station is so close and taxis are aplenty. lastly, i do wish there were more electrical outlets near the bedside tables so that i didn't have to keep getting up to check my phone while it was charging.

i stayed at this hotel with my friend and stayed for three nights. we had a very pleasant stay here and found the rooms very spacious. the bathroom was particularly spacious, bright, and pretty, with a separate shower and bath. since i'm a workout addict, i was looking forward to a good workout in their gym. the gym was very well equipped (incline bench, flat bench, 20kg barbell, a good range of dumbbells, treadmills, elipticals, lat pulldown machine, cable machine, etc.) i had absolutely no problem maintaining my regular workout routine while here. very satisfied with the gym! the pool was really great. i particularly liked the mini booths by the large windows that provide a stunning view of kl. while i didn't get to visit the bar at night, it seems like it was packed on friday and saturday nights when they had a 50 ringit cover charge (all other days, there is no cover). i appreciated how they had two laundry machines and a dryer as i wanted to do laundry before leaving the hotel. you simply need to go to the reception to buy tokens for the machines and laundry detergent. the one downside might be that the hotel is a little far from metro stations. the hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the center of bukit bintang which wasn't a big deal for us since we love to walk, but it might be a bit far for folks planning to travel with older relatives. there's a short hill that you have to climb to get to the hotel. the closest lrt station is dang wangi (which is also about a 15-20 minute walk), and the closest monorail station is bukit namas (about a 15 minute walk). the area also lacks a lot of local food joints as it caters to tourists. better head to masjid jamet and kampung baru if you're looking for affordable local fare. overall a very pleasant stay and great value!

this hotel is the best service we've visited so far. there is also a kitchen area and dining table in a hotel room. guests are also allowed to cook for food and kitchen equipment are also available and just have to go the cold storage for cooking. in addition, this hotel near to the petronas twin towers and only 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. furthermore, the position of the hotel adjacent to the ampang park lrt station. hotel employees are also very friendly and will always help you at any time. parking is also available at this hotel. the level of cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and we are very satisfied and happy throughout our stay in this hotel.

A very good property located very centrally. It is walkable to Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, KL Towers and other attractions. It is also close to Mono Rail and LRT stations for easy and fast commute. The property itself is well appointed with good rooms and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is pretty huge with both a bath tub and a shower area with good toiletries. The kitchenette is adequate. Overall, a good place to stay!

All of their staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have booked a club room for my husband’s birthday and apart from the nice view of the twin towers, they booked us in their highest floor. The club lounge is very nice especially when we had our breakfast there with the view of the city. All the best to Mandarin Oriental. Thank you Akiko of reception for assisting our stay.

One night short stay. Location etc are fine and can be easily located from KLCC LRT station, next to Avenue K (AK). This is our second stay. The first stay it was closer to the main road so can be quite noisy at night with the traffic noise. But we find the location and price good, so booked again. For our second stay we stayed further away from the main road. One thing we noticed this time is there isn't any door bell. Hence somehow you can hear people knocking door (I assume next door or 2 doors away) in the early hours and that woke us up. Our colleagues who slept at another floor also heard the door was knocked several times and that also woken them up. Yes, you are right, the hotel only issues one key card. Perhaps for girls/ladies they might find the place quite dark at the corridor/reception so if you are travelling alone you might feel a bit worried. My wife did say she will be concerned if she was travelling alone. There are securities outside and a mobile police booth, for reassurance. But the dark interiors of the hotel might put some, especially ladies off.

Hotel Maya is absolutely unique and charming with Malaysian hospitalities, since the hotel interior designed is very attractive. Room is very big and functional for itself like bathroom is really wonderful, comfy bed and pillow also the atmosphere inside the room. Cleanliness is one of advantage point of this hotel not only room inside but almost everywhere in this hotel. Swimming pool (they called 'hydrotherapy pool') and Spa are very sanctuary, it's nice to pampers it for the relaxing time. Breakfast is awesome, varied choices and tasty! Hotel staff are OK for me. The location is really at the centre of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) but around 10-15 minutes to KLCC LRT Station and also Bukit Nanas monorail station. One thing that I think many people would concern is hotel location is beside by Islamic Cemetery BUT if you don't mind for that.,, Go ahead,, try HOTEL MAYA for once .,, and you would impress with this charming 5-star boutique hotel and I'm sure that HOTEL MAYA is one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur (that i have been to Kuala Lumpur many times) :)

this hotel is situated at jalan tun razak, very near to ampang park lrt station. however, it may take a while to look for this hotel as outside the station there is no signboard mentioning direction of this hotel. i took the wrong turn towards klcc and have to turn back after calling the hotel. check in was a bit slow as the computer system is slow, unlike in hilton kl sentral. given their signature cookies which is so nice during check in. the lift were fast and u dun have to slot in ur card to go up (which i found quiet a hassle if the lift is full). as for the rooms, it is VERY COMFY! the beds are nice so does the pillow. not too high and not too low. amenties from crabtree n evelyn. the best thing is the bathroom has a see thru window. taking a shower feels like taking it openly in KL. however, if u dun like it, it will closed with a touch of a button.

Excellent price/quality ratio : I chose this hotel for its central location allowing for easy access to 2 major shopping malls and restaurants (Pavilion KL and Suria KLCC). Easy access to the Monorail system which is a cheap and efficient way to move around the city; access to the LRT is a little more complicated (KLCC) but doable. Beware of taxi drivers who do not want to turn on the meter. The rooms are spacious on modern, bathroom is fully equipped and excellent toiletry products are offered every day. I had a minor incident involving a leaking pipe which was quickly dealt with by the friendly hotel employees. Kudos !

Ideal place to stay for those having business at Thai embassy in KL. Only 5-10 minute walk to embassy. The standard room we reserved turned out to be a one-bedroom suite with a small kitchenette. Several good restaurants in the area. The hotel is convenient to a main road, but set back far enough that we did not notice road noise any time. Furnishings in the room were comfortable and provided everything we needed. The inclusive breakfast offered a large range of food options including both western and Asian food choices. In addition to the restaurant in the hotel, there are several other good restaurants & coffee shops in the area. Only downside is that hotel is not close to any of the LRT, Monorail, or MRT stations.

arrived around 2am, greeted by the night receptionist and told our room had been upgraded to a suite. room was lovely, large lounge area, linked to an impressively large bedroom, and a decent size bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. waking in the morning i ventured down to breakfast. this was a bit of a strange affair, a mix of table service and buffet style. the western style breakfast was a bit limited, sausages, tomato, beans, and either hash browns or another potato dish. the indian breakfast was very nice, although the actual indians seemed to horde all the bread. very good fruit selection, and omelette station. hotel is a walk of about 10 minutes from the petronas towers, and its surrounding park. i would suggest getting the blue taxi's you pay 2 myr booking fee for, as these are the luxury kind, and always take you on the meter. the red taxi's will want to charge you stupid amounts from the twin towers, or even worse, the traders hotel on the other side of the twin towers park. once quoted 15 ringgit for a 5 minute walk, something that would of been 4 ringgit on the meter. hotel its self has ample supply of blue cabs. don't use the hotel transfer, from the airport taxi counter it is about 110 ringgit, including the tolls from the pre-pay counter (red taxi), and on the return it is 140 ringgit on the meter, or we got it for 120 including tolls in a blue cab. like all of the malaysian service sector the english is fantastic by all staff. free maps, trust worthy staff (didn't worry about leaving anything out), and 100% lovely hotel. i would think twice about drinking here, but i thought that about the whole of malaysia after spending so much time in thailand.

Rooms are located from levels 41-53 of the building. Didn't have the time to check out the pool and gym as I stayed only for a night. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. Bottled water is not provided as the taps in the rooms are filtered by 3M technology so it's safe for drinking. The hotel is a one-minute walk from Ampang Park LRT station and within walking distance to KLCC. Overall, a great hotel with reasonable prices.

i insist in staying at renaissance hotel whenever i visited kl. my last stay (prior to this was in year 2008). thought that the hotel would be very run down after so many years (the 1st time i stayed in the hotel was in year 1998) but surprisingly, it was very well maintained! the cafe still serves the best breakfast with very good spread of foods. my parents like the foods and choices offered. kids enjoyed the nice landscape and poolside. i love taking a cat nap whenever i visit the hotel. not forgetting to mention is the fitness center which is opened free of charge to hotel guests (most hotels would charge guests for using it). love the jacuzzi that is very powerful and yet relaxing. the hotel is located diagonally opposite klcc, hard rock cafe and a lrt station that connects to bukit bintang. rooms with either poolview or klcc view would definitely add on to your good experience with the hotel.

We stayed in a premier room which was very roomy and very modern. All the facilities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff and friendly and helpful. Very prompt service at the front desk on all occasions. Although the hotel is not located right in the heart of the CBD it is next to Ampang Park LRT station - 1 train stop to KLCC (Petronas towers/Suria shopping mall). Breakfast buffet was included in our package. Great selection of western and asian cuisine each morning.

Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. I came to Malaysia with my family consisting of my father, mother, and my younger sister. I booked a room that consist of 4 beds room which is good for my family and it has good value the location is near to the ampang park LRT station, but you have to walk around 10-15 minutes to reach that place, but you can use a public bus from D villa residence to take you a 5 minutes drive to KLCC, a big mall and also have a LRT station in there. morning breakfast are so-so, need more variation, but I like the facilities and hygiene in this hotel

Pros - location, room minimalist style, cafe is awesome, a few steps to the lrt station and few minutes to the golden triangle hotspot bukit bintang and all malls. Food at the pool side cafe is nice and ambience is awesome. Overall great staff in the cafe and reception however this one chinese staff is ridiculously rude . Requested for the iron, she said she just gave it to someone and dont know when it will come back and cannot confirm it and maybe will never get it for me. I mean common, thats not how you address an issue or request from a 4 night guest. Her tone is seriously horrible and she is always sitting at the reception side table (not the main reception who was awesome - philipine staff). I suggest her to get some manners classes before being the one handling customers. other than that, place is good for value

This is a good place to stay, around 5 minutes drive from Damai LRT station and about RM5 Grab fees. The condition of the room is good, and clean. The view from the room is very nice where you can see clearly the KLCC tower (and very close too). There are plenty of restaurants with tasty food at the ground level since the hotel is basically integrated with Gurney Mall. However, there are still rooms for improvement. Although it is a non smoking room, but somehow when someone stayed next to your room smoked in the bathroom, the smoke and very strong smell can get into your room too.This is very unacceptable since it is unhealthy to be a passive smokers. So hotel management please do something to ensure that the no smoking policy is really implemented.

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Flamingo By The Lake Hotel. Checking in and out was easy. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, with a good view of the lake. Internet is free, and connection is excellent from the room. The hotel is located near the city and access to public transport is easy, just across the street at Ampang Point you can get a bus to the city or the LRT station. The hotel has restaurants and if you want to eat out, plenty of restaurants across the street at Ampang Point area.

the hotel met and exceeded my expectations on many levels. the rooms have a nice contemporary look, are clean, comfortable, fully furnished (including a washer/dryer, oven, stovetops and cutleries) the bathrooms are in pristine condition with all necessary amenities. the wifi is free and is accessible throughout the hotel. the staff were all efficient, friendly and always has a smile for the guests. an added bonus was the free shuttle van service to klcc and pavilion at scheduled times in the morning and evening. the one slight drawback might be its location. its around a 10 minutes walk to the nearest lrt station with the entire distance in the open; this is not considered far, but with kuala lumpur's weather, where it could be very hot and humid or raining, this might present a slight inconvenience. a shuttle service to and from the lrt station on a on-request basis for free or a nominal charge, would be great. of course, if one utilizes taxis, this would not be a problem. breakfast, served at souled out, which is located right next to the hotel, within the same building is fair.

very friendly staff and helpful. hotel is located right next to klcc and that means very near the lrt station. it's also walking distance to the pavilion and bukit bintang area. the food at their breakfast hall was good. unlike some hotels, the selection is diverse - western and local selections. as for the local selection, they cater for chinese, indian and even malay cuisines. internet in the rooms are free. you can hook up both your mobile device and notebook even in your room. speed is great. value for money.

This co-living style homestay is located at TOWER B of the Marc Residence. The rooms are relatively compact but comfortable. A large living area with library, Kitchen and a smoking balcony. Guests could use the Condo-facilities : 3 swimming pools and a large gym. Max Homestay do provide car park but need to check with Ms. Bethel, the very courteous and helpful caretaker of the homestay. The walk to KLCC shopping mall, KLCC convention centre, LRT station is just across the street.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
