"My best friend and I travelled from California to now Dallas, TX. As soon as we arrived, there were shady folks hanging out in front of the hotel and even a car accident. Despite how tired we were and how hectic it was, the staff were very kind to us. The staff are very careful about who to let in and out of the hotel. There are all the signs and postings to wear masks and have a very clean hotel given the circumstances. My best friend and I got the Studio King Suite with the kitchenette - it has everything we need and anything we were missing, the hotel was accommodating. They also are serving breakfast to go (coffee, tea, muffins, and fruit) without any additional costs. I don't have much to complain except for the shower plumbing - in moments, you can smell a very slight smell of sewage but admittedly, I am very sensitive. Also, parking each night is $20 but given the busy downtown area, it is worth the safety and nice cool car but it could be more affordable. I definitely recommend this for an affordable hotel, amazing staff, and great amenities given the current circumstances."
