Friendly and polite staff. We nice restaurant inside the Hotel. Food was good. Overall very good hotel.

Hotel is good but this time We were to be there at 9th of August 2019. Because of flood, Airport closed. So we were there at 12th to 16th we have paid early via by VISA card. so they did not refund me the 3 days we lost due to flood. This is the only reason that this hotel management is not very much fair.

Blooms Cochin Hotel was a pleasant surprise. We chose it because of its proximity to a residential complex in which we had some matters to attend. Our past experience with 3 and 4 star hotels in Kochi weren't very pleasant. But what we saw at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The stay at the Olive was very comfortable for me. I had gone to Cochin for a business visit and the hotel located right next to the Kakkanad Infopark was ideal for me. Excellent kerala traditional food was the highlight of the stay. Nadan Sadya for Lunch and variety of kerala non-veg for dinner was absolute treat for the taste buds. Very cordial staff and prompt service. Definitely a place to stay next time also.

No restaurant facilities other than breakfast.

It was cheap and comfortable. The hotel is very near to the Infopark area so it was good. There is greenery all around. The afternoon meals were good. Overall within budget.

We stayed for one night here while waiting for a flight out the next day. The place is currently being renovated but the rooms seemed sparkling new and clean and the bed was the best we've had in India. The bathroom was also lovely with a rain shower. Room is very clean, all the staffs are very friendly specially manager near the hotels there are many local food restaurant s and supermarkets. So this is perfect choice.
