"I just cannot give it anything less than 5 stars...this resort totally deserves it !
First things first, the staff here were so nice, courteous and helpful, I think they really epitomise what hospitality stands for.
The hotel seems pretty new, the room was very clean, spacious, well decorated and with all the amenities you can ask for. There were several small things in the room that indicate a lot of thought and meticulous work has gone into it, which ensured a very comfortable stay.
The pool area is fabulous, great for adults and even better for families with kids. There is a nice concept of creating bubbles in the pool at the press of a button which the kids love ! There is a water slide as well which adults and kids can enjoy alike. The gym was modern and well equipped. There is a separate kids room near the pool which is great.
The breakfast was delicious with several Veg and Non Veg options, good we took the room with breakfast.
There is something about the location of the hotel that there is always a nice breeze, which was pleasantly surprising.
Location wise it was a very good choice..as it was at a walking distance from convenience stores, restaurants and nice bars ! Just a 10 minute walk to Ao nang beach, which saved us the hassle of taking tuk tuks or taxis.
All in all a great hotel to stay in Ao nang, highly recommended.

"Stayed for 5 days here at room 2104. The view was awesome. Got the best view of the cliff and resort from the balcony. Location of this 4* resort is great. Just a few minutes walk to the main road where you can find all you need. Booked the Deluxe outdoor whirlpool room. Everything was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. In-room dining service was fast too. There were some issues with the toilet drainage and flushing system but the staffs tend to them almost immediately upon informing. The only setback for us is the pool water temperature. It was freezing cold (atleast for us). Such as waste as we cant enjoy playing in the pool that long. Variety of food choices for breakfast (non-halal kitchen). There's also an activity room for kids and 24hr mini gym available for guests. It could be a perfect stay for us, but otherwise we are still happy. "

"THE best place I have ever had the pleasure of staying.
We stayed in the treehouse villa.
Yes this is a bit of a walk, however the hotel staff offer a tuk tuk which was always there when we needed a ride and takes you immediately.
The villa exceeded my expectations with amazing views of the landscapes and some wildlife (mostly squirrels) playing in the treetop.
The grounds are stunning and well thought out, so much thought, planning and maintenance would be required to keep it looking so lovely.
There is an Asean garden where they grow their own fruit and vegetables for their amazing restaurant De’fish.
They even have their own Zipline adventure park, which we tried and was so much fun.
The staff are the best, from arrival we knew it would be next level hospitality. So helpful and very good English. 24/7 they are available anything you need. We booked lots of excursions with the hotel and got better deals.
If you are going to Krabi, this is the place to be!"

I stayed here for 3nights booked through agoda got a very reasonable price. We had a spa suite which is with outstanding interior and totally new and of course Ecological. The views are amazing and the couche on the balcony is very comfy. The minibar is free for first day coke, beer, soda, water, tea & coffee. This hotel is not really a 5 star but when you enter, from the start to the end you will feel the royalty and luxury. I have made a good choice on my trip. The spa is something very unique and different concept. The salt room is one my favourite part where I had a 1 hour meditation session and it was something life changing experience. They also Swimming pool is a good place to relax and enjoy the happy hour cocktails and organic juices and smoothy. They have vegan food restaurant just next to the Ecological farms use their fresh vegetables and herbs, real organic food 100%. All of the staff members are asset of the hotel. Attentive, smiling faces and all day greetings. Here we encounter the Gm JJ he is the very friendly and helpful person who ensures that we will have good stay and yes we had it. Thank you ANANA Ecological staff and JJ keep up the good work. We will see you next time soon. "

"We stayed 6 nights in that hotel. It is well located in Ao Nang mid range between the beach and the mosque.
Rooms and bed are large. We changed our room (from 2410 to 4306) after first night because the road is very noisy. Any way the 2nd room in the rear building was just perfect.
The breakfast is huge and tasty. They have a deterrent price for the laundry but you can go to the Ao Nang Village Resort (20m down to the beach). The hotel can book you a join van to the airport for 150THB/pax. The personnel is very friendly.
If you book by Agoda they may want you to pay at the hotel even if it was not mentioned on either the voucher nor the site. Anyway I bet it's an issue with Agoda and Booking.
To the manager: please upgrade your WIFI. The connection is awful. You are disconnected all the time and the bandwidth is damn slow (0.3Mbps vs 35 Mbps in 4G). Come on it's almost 2018 and all facilities around got better connectivity. If you do so you'd got a 5-star rate."

"Stayed one night last weekend. Arrived and was quickly, kindly, and seamlessly checked-in. Hotel easy to find with Google Maps riding my bike.
Management efficiently checked for any special needs I might have and I was kindly escorted with my bags carried for me to my room by a kind Concierge. Room big spacious and airy with a nice view of the pool and some view of the ocean (see photos).
The quality of this fairly new DusitD2 was up to a high standard.
The bed was very comfortable and soft. Bathroom spacious and the shower with a seat was a nice touch. Nice toiletries and soft thick towels.
Breakfast was tasty with a reasonable selection. Staff were efficient and kind. I was given my eggs exactly the way I asked for, and piping hot from the kitchen.
The pool was nice, good size and very clean, with comfortable shaded lounges.
Parking was easy and close to my room. There's a small gym, and a nice looking Spa. Cable TV too.
I won't hesitate to stay again on my next Krabi visit."

"i truly enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel far from the tourist crowds of ao nang beach area. i booked a simple fan bungalow for four nights and thought it was well worth the money. my bungalow was nice, clean and cool during the night. the walls are very thin, so it's nice to have some quiet neighbours at the next bungalow... during my stay this wasn't a problem. there is a travel agency in the reception and a four islands day trip was included in the price of my room, that was a nice surprise.
i enjoyed staying away from the masses of tourists at ao nang beach but for some the hotel might be a little far off from everything (5 min drive by car, 30 min walk to ao nang beach). the hotel offers a free ride to the beach and back every hour until 10pm.
this hotel is located right next door to emerald gym, where you can train muay thai. receptionist at the hotel was very helpful with contacting emerald gym and arranging a possibility to participate muay thai practices."

"I booked this hotel at a last min notice as my partner and I decided to make an impromptu trip (5D4N) to Krabi. For the price that we paid we would say that BlueSotel definitely exceeded our expectations !
Pros
- The staffs here are really polite and helpful. Plus, they could speak decent English !
- Location was spot on as it’s just a few mins walk to the beach. Also, there were many nice restaurants and convenience stores located a stones throw away
- Room was really fantastic, as all of them comes with a balcony. There was a rack that allowed us to dry our clothes too. This really came in handy throughout our trip ! I would appreciate if most hotels had the rack so that people wouldn’t encounter issues when they want to hang their laundry out to dry. Basically, we had nothing much to pick on about the room given to us for our stay.
- Room service was really efficient as we didn’t have to wait long when we request for things. They cleaned up our room really well too.
- Price wise, for a last min booking I would have expected to pay a higher cost for this hotel but no ! In our opinion we felt that the deal we got was really really cheap. For a hotel like this we definitely felt that it was super value for money and we got a steal.
- Facilities wise we didn’t really get to check out much of it as most of our times were spent out of the hotel. But I must say the pool area looked quite fancy and the public washroom was really clean too.
Cons
- The only issue we had with our stay was that the water heater wasn’t really consistent. There were times when the water would transition from really hot to cold and it’s definitely not enjoyable to shower in conditions like that.
Overall, we would definitely recommend people to give this hotel a go as it checks all the box in which a traveller is looking for. It’s definitely value for money and I would advise to book this place if you’re looking for somewhere nice yet cheap to stay. Cheers ! "
