"I heard about honest taxi men return money passengers. Nice to see honey people despite their unfortunate circumstances. I had my first own experience with hotel staff who are so courteous and efficient, and professional at K.C Hotel. I am very pleased with the performance of the frontline staff that the Management must be very proud of. 1. 08:10 am - Informed the receptionist about the misplaced and lost of my envelope which contained Australian dollars and Myanmar Kyats worth about U$900. (Not expected to get it back as I have to catch a flight at 10:30) 2. 08:30 am - Left for the Yangon Airport International Terminal by Taxi 3. 08:50 am - Checking in at the flight counter, surprisingly the receptionist appeared with my lost envelope in her hand. She came in a taxi to deliver my lost envelope with money nothing was lost. What a great customer service. I will definitely give 10 out of 10 stars for staff. "

"Surprisingly very good. I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight to Naypyitaw and noticed on AGODA it had a swimming pool. If I were in Yangon for other purposes I would not stay here but as a hotel close to the airport it very good. The best thing of course is the attentiveness of the staff. I have reached the conclusion no matter how good or bad a hotel is if the hotel has good staff that is its most important attribute."

"Brand new hotel - opened on Jan 1st 2017. Room is extremely clean, and well furnished. Shower Area / Toilets spacious. Staff are very friendly. Lobby is uniquely-designed. Good food - though the menu was slightly limited as I was one of the first guests and the full menu wasn't on offer at that time. Beside the hotel, there is a good thai restaurant, a very popular hot-pot restaurant, and a bar. There is a gym with the basic necessities, perfect for business travellors who just want to do a little bit of exercise to keep fit. Nothing negative really. Very good price-value ratio - actually the best value to price hotel you can book that is relatively near to the Airport. Will recommend and stay again. "

"Cheap hotel with comfortable beds .nothing fancy but a grate option for someone who needs a good night sleep before flying out. It is only 3minuts drive from Airport"

"Good the room was older style and the ac was a little loud but that didn't bother me at all. The room was clean and towels are nice that's important for me. The bed Sheets feel clean and blankets too had good sleep there. Breakfast just alright suit a 3 star hotel. Price a little to high would like to see around 70USD to be most fair. Location great at junction 8 mile"

"Hotel rooms were big. Breakfast was good but suits an Asian pallet. Good English service. Couple of breif power outages but not longer than 10 minutes. Need to keep windows closed to keep mosquitos out. "

"Close to airport. Clean, good sized, comfortable rooms. Good views from floors 3 upwards. Nice helpful staff. Close 5 min ealk to Ocean shopping centre. Close 5 min walk to good restaurants. Good Massage nearby at 9th Hotel and across Pyay Rd from Ocean Centre. Cons: long way from downtown so need to go off peak. Nearest new large modern shopping centre is 5 or 6 km"

"This was the perfect hotel for us as we were arriving late in the evening and needed to leave around 5am the following morning for a flight. Check-in was quick and simple. We explained we would be leaving before breakfast, and were immediately offered for a snack box to take when we left, which was kind. Our room was on a high floor and spacious. There was no lift but two members of staff swiftly took our suitcases upstairs without issue. There were thoughtfully packaged sachets of coffee etc, as well as tea leaves. The bathroom was a wet room which was not of any bother. We had no issues with noise. The room looked clean, although just before we went to bed we noticed there were a few dusty smudges on our bed sheets. It was not enough of a problem that we wanted the sheets changed (especially as we were tired), but if we were staying longer we would have mentioned it. Getting a taxi via Grab was easy at 5am, and our breakfast box was ready, making check-out quick and stress free."
