"Clean place, breakfast is ok, no free parking lots and to park overnight for public place is so expensive. Onsen is free and private. There is washing machine, hotel is clean and new condition. There are 7-11 and Lawson close by. The place is close to Kyoto tower and Isetan and Kyoto station. Totally is ok for spending money here."

"This hotel is fantastic for the price. It is right next to a metro station and only 5 minutes walk to Kyoto train station. The hotel is not located in downtown Kyoto but it is really quick and easy to get there by metro. The bedroom and bathroom were larger than I expected. The room was very clean and pleasant. The hotel was modern and the bar located on the ground floor had a really nice feeling to it. The bar was really relaxed and wasn't noisy or smokey. They give a free welcome drink in the evening and it seems to encourage many people to enjoy the bar area whilst planning their travels. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Kyoto."

"The hotel is right on top of the Kyoto train station, and is brand new. It made getting around to all the sites very easy. The facilities were very nice, and the rooms were large comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kyoto. Although the metro system in Kyoto is not that great, the bus lines are good. At te front of the hotel is the bus station and there are seeral lines which go past all of the tourist attractions. All signs were in English and it was very easy to get around. The hotel breakfast was also very good value for a hotel buffet. The main downtown shopping district had oter hotel choices, but did not look as nice as this hotel (at least from the street)."
