Great hotel and great view especially on the lake/garden view side. Great location though not in the heart of town but good to get around as its next to KL central station as such a train ride away from the heart of the city, airport and cabs are easy to get too. Close to places such as Bangsar too. The hotel is well maintained and has gret facilities. The downside is that a lot of buidlings are coming up in the vicinity. Worth a stay. Close to some tourist attractions too.

An oasis with a huge amount of old world charm in the midst of bustling KL. The Lake Gardens which is a 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away is a must see . Buffet dinner and breakfast at The Contago was so so and the management acknowledged that there is a lot of room for improvement to bring it up to a truly 5 star experience . Very responsive , courteous and helpful check in staff . Mei Yin and Diana were particularly outstanding . Tony the manager of Contango was very friendly too and thanked me for my feedback on the minor training issues and also the variety of offering for the buffets that could be improved on. I spent one night in this lovely hotel in the busy city of Kuala Lumpur. It is very convenient as it is directly connected to the KL Sentral. I would think it is slightly better than the Hilton or Le Meridien, as both these hotels are connected to the busier Sentral terminal, hence more crowded and messy during peak hours; while Aloft is connected to the Nu Sentral shopping mall and monorail station, which gives it an overall less crowded appearance, and yet still a stone throw's away from the central terminal. Overall, I think the hotel is great, being new and friendly staff are the two main features of Aloft. We stayed in the Suite at 27th floor, and it was very beautiful and with stunning view. They even provided a camp (yes! a camp!) in the room for FREE, for my kids to play with, and another 2 air-mattresses to accompany that tent! Very innovative! All the mini bar drinks are FREE too, and they generously provided 4 bottles of mineral water. The room was very spacious, probably because it is a suite. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was so great that I could take my kids to travel in the LRT and monorail trains, and they absolutely loved it. And we could even end our day by catching a movie at the cinema (so brand new!) in Nu Sentral Mall. However two things I quite dislike about this hotel - the signboards leading towards the hotel parking, if you drive to Sentral KL, are not very clear, and that made me turn a few rounds before getting in; and still I thought I have gone into an office block car parks (actually they shared the car park premises). Secondly the water pressure in my room was considered awful, very weak, and I didn't quite enjoy the bath; furthermore, there is only a rain shower and does not have any handheld shower head, hence it was quite difficult to bathe my 5 year old kiddo. But if anyone of you thinking to stay in Sentral KL, I think this is the hotel you will not regret staying in.,

Relatively new, the hotel is really clean though the room is smaller compare to some of the budget hotel in the area. Location is perfect, just across Nu Sentral and to all the public transport. Staff is friendly. There is even a Lebanese restaurant downstair, guest get 10% discount. The only drawback is the lack of parking place. Forget about public parking because only limited public parking space and some people tend to double park. If spending nights during weekend, parking in Nu Sentral is not bad, given the current parking rate is flat rate per entry (at the time of writing, RM5 per entry on Sat, Sun)

This hotel is in a great location. 5 min walk from AirAsia airport bus dropoff at KL Sentral. 1 min to Monorail station, a few stops on the Monorail to Bukit Bintang with great food. If you want to explore the area on foot don't be scared off by the uninviting road layout. You can walk across to the Museum Negara and to the Lake Gardens in about 20 Minutes - if you know where to go. Don't trust the reception who tells you you need a taxi, don't trust the information counter at KL Sentral who sends you in the wrong direction (which gets you there but is a big annoying detour). Directions: walk from the hotel back to KL Sentral, take the escalator up and follow the same direction to the end of the station, turn left, when you reach the road with the dropoff points look to your right and you will find signs pointing you in the right direction. Once you get to the museum there is a pedestrian underpass to the Lake Gardens under the major highway.

So my friends and I booked a Deluxe Family Room. Regular rate is approximately USD45 (we were able to book it for $42 something) a night and everything was worth every penny! The location itself is great. There are two 24-hour convenience stores right outside the hotel . It's also right in front of a mall connected to KL Sentral (KL's transit hub, so easy access to trains, buses, taxis, etc.). The mall has a lot of food choices and shops, it's a great stroll during the night. The room itself is very spacious. I'm not sure if all of the rooms are since we were given the end-most room on the floor (room 210), but the space between the two double beds could still accommodate another double. The room is actually more spacious than the pictures in the ads. There were no closets but there was a decent-sized mirror with mounted hanger on the far corner of the wall so it doesn't look crowded. The best part was that there were outlets and light switches right beside the two beds so you can charge your gadgets even without getting out of the bed. The desk came with four complimentary water bottles and an electric water heater. The bathroom is quite small, but efficient and very clean. It came with a small sink, a decent-sized mirror, a bidet and a shower area; also came with complimentary toiletries, extra tissue rolls and a pair of bathroom slippers. The only drawback was that the shower area didn't have a curtain so there's a tendency for the shower water to splash everywhere and the bathroom door of our room was creaking loudly, we were afraid it would get unhinged. The WiFi connectivity is also good, especially since the router is mounted right outside our room. The LCD plasma we had in the room comes with a USB port so you can charge other gadgets there. The view outside the window is not very picturesque as it's technically right in front of a multi-story motorcycle parking lot but it wasn't a big deal since the curtains were big enough to obstruct the view. The apartment are clean and neat. Apartment view are great~Check in are fast. Staff are friendly. The place got swimming pool & gym, also a bridge link to Bangsar Station. The building have carpark but need to pay for RM5/hrs. As the apartment don't provide free parking. We have to park the car along the hotel road side, is safe. Apartment located at center of the city. To klcc, mid valley, jalan alor, the garden need about 10-15min drive.

my husband and I stayed 2 nights in this hotel: first we're confused on the name of the hotel co'z there's another "my hotel" in the same place but it's not far from the hotel we booked,, if ur already familiar to this hotel it's so easy to find..there's a nice, cheap price restaurant near this hotel that you can try..it's near to mrt, nice receptionists,, you can ask anything and tried to help you..they clean your room even not ask for it, it's a nice location too, not crowded people and establishment around,, you can sleep well, it's so quiet place...i'll definetely comeback to this hotel..

great value for money so to speak and as most travelers are looking for, my hotel is most appropriate. some considerations personally are: 1) location -topped the list in terms of getting access on all modes of transportation - train, bus, monorail, kl express - since it is walking distance to kl sentral station. when you want to include jogging/running in the itinerary (being a practicing marathoner myself)- bird park, lake garden, etc. are very near the hotel as well. since it is a budget hotel (when i forgot to buy stuffs like soap, shampoo, other toiletries for that matter), there are a small grocery and 7-eleven stores nearby. 2)affordability - very reasonable price for two or a family. no rooms available for single since all the rooms are priced for two or more. try booking online to get best discounts. if you don't pre-book, you can still manage to get discounts since the hotel offers low rates most of the time, although higher by around 10-15% than the online booking. 3)cleanliness - for my stay out of the country, white bed sheet attracts me translating to cleanliness, so if you feel the same way, this is good for you. 4)employees - can communicate in english and are very considerate.try to talk to them about your needs and they will be eager to help you out. 5)tour package availability - there is a separate desk inside the hotel which offers tours. this made it easy for me to go and learn about kl right on my arrival date. you have the option to do solo or group tour as well, just ask for the schedule. :)

Suitable to those who love travelling around kl using public transport..walking distance to public transport hub (kl central).. Breakfast very cheap (worth paying too).. Eventho their parking space quite not many and pack with car luckily there r good personnel of the hotel help me to park mine 4x4 right infront of the hotel!!..service i rated it excellent! Environment also good n not recommended to those cant stay in a loisy place ( as right infrontb of the hotel) u can see LRT trail and also highway) but im use to this kind of environment..not a problem for me to sleep well! 4 star!

Cons- rooms we had was small, me and my husband bumped each other and got limited space to put our bags and things. Anyway it was hari raya so most of the big room was occupied.Tv has few channels and we hear noise along hallway but that was noisy guest that the hotel cant controll PROS. Room was clean and comfy. Has the necessary amenities. Towel changed every day. We leave the bed messed up and came back with beddings neatly done. Shower and toilet is clean, functioning hot and cold shower. Soap smell nice! Not the typical soap scent in hotel, wifi connection is fast and signal is excellent. Staff are warm and helpful specially the guy who is doing room service, he cleaned our room everyday during our 1 week stay and none of our things gone missing. Honest staff. We will stay again in this hotel and will book a bigger room.

LOCATION: The hotel is just a few minutes walk from KL Central and different train systems. Just outside the hotel are a series of local restaurants offering Indian, Chinese, and some Malay cuisine. We did not have difficulty walking to the train and bus stations despite having multiple luggages because of the accessibility of the hotel. STAFF: The staff speaks perfect english, are very accomodating, and knowledgeable. All the staff are very helpful but Zamira, the beautiful Somalian student-staff particularly stood out because she is all smiles every time we talk to her. VALUE FOR MONEY: The hotel is very affordable, tidy, and provides free breakfast. Our group flew to Langkawi and stayed there for 2 nights, luckily we were allowed to store our luggages in My Hotrl for free after we checked out the first time which gave us additional convenience for free. When we arrived back from Langkawi, our luggages were in the same condition when we left which proves that My Hotel staff are trustworthy. I had been to Kuala Lumpur several times and stayed in different budget hotels but My Hotel is by far the best I stayed in.

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

I selected this hotel based on the agoda filtered result. It fulfils my first requirement which is NEW HOTEL, but fails the second that is FREE PARKING. I made the payment and check in midnight due to flight delayed, and only realised it has no hotel parking facility on my arrival. I had to park at the public parking space with the fear that I could be fined early in the morning by the authority. Lastly, I was assigned a dirty room. I made a complaint and the staff is helpful enough to allow me to change. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

The cafe for breakfast is a bit far. RM5 parking per entry, and must validate parking ticket at the counter or else you will end up paying more. Mine was initially RM220, because I forgot to validate. Later, I came back for validation, the price reduced to RM15. Still affordable, but some hotels give free parking. HOWEVER, I shall make no complaint, because mine was fully compensated by Agoda due to delay of 3 hours check-in at previous hotel, Royce Hotel. It's a good bargain from Agoda, though with defects, the compensation balanced out everything, and I shall leave the service with nothing to regret. Thanks

I had booked hotel for 2 days there checkin time is 2pm and checkout as 12 noon. I arrived next day at 9 am from my booking date as the flight was late , the staff explained me well about the timings as they were expecting earlier timing, then I have my flight next day beyond the checkout timing so they accommodate my stay well as the checkin was late and they were helpful and understanding. It is located just 10 minutes walk form KL Sentral (thats how central is spelled in Malysia) station and I had lots of luggage since the public taxi do not want to go as it such a shot distance the staff helped me to carry the luggage. Also its a good value for money.

This is our 2nd stay here, A good value for money! Very cheap, but still rooms are always clean! And Aircon is excellent That's why this places is almost always fully booked. I will surely stay here on my 3rd visit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Very near to Buses, Trains, Taxis, Because it is located just beside KL Sentral. Security is very good! 2 guards always roam the lobby, Hallway and Parking Area. And they always greet you ^^ And most specially, Never sleeps in their duty ^^ 24hr Front Desk is always helpful and attentive. Food is good but service is a bit slow. My Rating for this is 9/10

I was checked in for 3 nights and it was great. I don't have any complains. There's free drinking water, free shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping everyday. One thing I noticed before booking this hotel is that people complained about the noise, sure. The walls are definitely thin, I could hear my neighbors fighting in the next room but, its fair for the price they offer. I have had my fair share of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars hotels so don't look for luxury when you're paying for a budget hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was imagining that I saw on the pictures, they gave me something better. It was spacious. Security-wise it is pretty safe. They have the key card that specifically takes you to your floor and no where else. So if say, you want to go to another floor, you can't. It's gonna be your floor then the lobby. That's pretty safe to avoid anyone breaking in. Location-wise, it's right in front of NU sentral mall which is also connected to the KL Sentral station. We took a train from JB to KL Sentral and walked to the hotel. 10 minutes. Or maybe less. I went to Petronas Tower thru KL Sentral so it's pretty convenient when you're a solo traveller because the mrt is right there. Going to the airport is no problem as well. The bus that will take you directly to KLIA/KLIA2 is right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street via the skywalk then walk in front, 5 minutes. I guess that's where you will drop off as well if you enter KL via plane. One thing, I'd like to have though is food service. At least have chips or microwavable food available. There's a 7/11 down the street but at 3am when you get hungry, it would be much better if you can just call and order from them. So that's it, loved my stay there, I don't know yet if KL is on my travel plans in the next years but i will definitely recommend Hotel Westree to friends and family and if ever I come back, will definitely stay here.

The Sun Inns is the best 2-star hotel you can find in KL Sentral for under 100 ringgit. The queen size bed is the most comfortable for any around, the shower is fair, the rooms are clean, and, unlike most places around, the WiFi is fantastic! To me, that is just about all I need. So I'll continue to return to Sun Inns like I've been doing for a long time now. (Tip: take a train or bus from KLIA to KL Sentral, and use uber to get from the station to the Hotel. It's only a half-kilometer or so, but Uber doesn't charge a minimum fare, so the trip will only cost you 3-4 ringgit, and save you a sweaty walk with luggage. :) )

This was a pleasant surprise. I read some reviews about the internet not being that good and the food choices being limited. However, I've concluded they are just too picky. I was quite shocked to see how nice the rooms were; at least my room. Totally remodeled. Friendly staff. Food in the area was great (to me). I like eating local culture foods. This hotel is in Little India meaning most of the restaurants cater to Indian tastes. I thought the food was great. There's only one Chinese restaurant two blocks away that opens only at night. I'm planning to return next year if my schedule permits.

Actually, this is a good hotel.. why i think its location could have been better is that it is slightly further away from the kl sentral.. u need to walk a little more compared to other hotels there. so if it rains, then its difficult to get back to the hotel on foot from kl sentral.. this is a relative comparison. The other thing is the parking. In comparison with other hotels, some hotels do provide its own parking spaces. But for royce hotels u might get the parking around the hotel if you are early. Other than than, its clean, its pleasant and its not expensive. And the staff there are nice.

We really love this hotel. we had nice rooms, very new furniture, bathroom is so wonderful, clean and new. location is excellent. just walk 7min you will get to sentral station. less than 3km to bird park. hotel is in heart of little india. hotel staff are so friendly and service 24/7. we arrived so early in morning (2am) but they also provide us hair dryer and adaptor free of charge. If I go back to kUL, definately I will stay in this hotel again. Next to hotel (just 500m to sentral station), there is a chinese restaurant which is very nice and cheap. hotel is less than 1km from china town.

The moment i saw this hotel at the heart of the indian street, i was quite sure if i could sleep soundly. but thankfully i could! the room and the hotel is cute and comfortable. the bathroom is cute, they even provide some premix coffee and two bottles of drinking water inside, with a small compact refrigerator under the table, hairdryer inside the bathroom and safe box in the open storage. the only thing i hope is that i could adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, as it is very cold at night and in the morning. i had trouble to find a parking space at first, when i tried to park somewhere beside the road but inside the parking spot. however i didn’t put my car at the parking space on the side of the road. instead, i asked the receptionist and he said that i could park my cat at the side of the hotel which will only requires you to apply the parking apps to activate your parking coupon.. overall it was splendid ! would recommend my friends and family to go for this hotel if the
