i and my family (with our 3 generation-members) had 3 times of stay in da lat palace hotel with my family. we like its classical architecture with system and building method of french in xix century. the palace have graced the landscape for the past 90 years. i and my family were impressed by a very large and beautiful lawn surrounding the building and melodious sounds of classical music when comming in the hotel lobby in the first minures, thought that we were now in an acient 'palace' as it was named! things inside the palace are being set for romantic, but comfortable stays. my family members visited its xq boutique with its fine selection of embroideries and bought some items. we much enjoyed very peaceful and quiet space of a 'dalat miniature' at the cafe de la post, dating from 1928, as the first colonical shops in dalat. my family had very memorable moments with these stays, and hope to come back one day.

Our intended stay of 1 day, became 3 days as we enjoyed the excellent responsive service of the staff, particularly our special thanks to the Front Manager, Mr. Vo Quoah and bell boy Minh, who made us feel at home and want to come back to the hospitable hotel again. The hotel is service oriented and we feel well looked after, especially when staffs go out of their way to help us in our trip and many of inquiries. Besides its comfort and aesthetic charm, the hotel staff from the bell boy, guards up to the reception, restaurant staff to the Front Manager all made special efforts to make our stay memorable and that guest are important to them. We will give it a rating of over 8.0 but having said that, the hotel could still make improvement to gain higher rating by stationing a lift attendant in its old french style lift and installing a water jet-spray to the toilet bowl/closet. Dalat Hotel Du Parc comes with our recommendation and it will definitely be our automatic choice of accommodation in our next visit to Dalat.

This hotel was beautiful and had an excellent view of the lake/city from our room. The hotel staff generally were helpful, but the people at reception we're difficult to communicate with. Once they understood what we were after, everything was fine. The room was excellent and had a very relaxed french villa style to it. The hotel breakfasts were nice, our tour guides booked through the hotel were both excellent and would recommend to use the Hotel tours. The hotel is in a great location, just enough away from the hussle and bussle, but still close enough to be within a short walk of everything. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and made our Honeymoon very enjoyable in Dalat!

Hotel is located walking distance to night market (5 mins). It has an antique design throughout the hotel. It comes with free hot breakfast buffet style mostly Vietnamese dishes. They have airport/hotel pick up service with only 400,000 dong which is around $20 USD for up to 9 peoples. You may also rent their van up to 7 passengers for only $40 USD/day for 1 day tour. Everything here is one stop shop. Staffs are very nice and professional. We will definitely come back again!

Good location and convenience ,there's many food and bakery around the location . 10 mins walk to night market . Night market things are expensive . Accommodation is good and staff is helpful and smiling face ,greatly appreciate their help to guide me to the night market and around the surrounding . i need to feed back is i book a Taxi from Hotel to airport and was advice from Hotel staff the amount is 300 thousand Dong but when i reach airport the taxi driver collected from me 460 thousand dong .i feel am i cheated and i waited the Taxi 45 mins in the Hotel and rushing to airport due to check in .

This is our second stay at the Saigon Dalat Hotel. It's very clean and located just outside the downtown area (not too close - not too far). The room are a nice size and the beds are very comfortable (huge plus). There's free in-room wi-fi which is excellent. Here are the only negative things I would say about this hotel. 1. During our stay, the hotel was booked with an office party. Many of these guest were non 4-star guests. Meaning, there was drunk yelling in the hallways, banging on the doors in the middle of the night, slamming of the doors all day/night. I understand that this does not directly reflect the hotel - but they made no effort to curb this activity either. Like I said, these people are not 4-star qualified as they're not mindfull of others around them. I paid for a nice and quite hotel - but what I got a lot of noisy drunk people. 2. The food was just okay and was boring. Very little change up in the day-to-day offering. Some items are not fresh, and are put away only to be presented the next day. The omlette station and fresh soup station on the other hand are great. The fruit is freshly prepared every day. 3. The servers seems unhappy. When I was there 2 years ago, I recall the servers and restaurant personnel being much friendlier. I don't think a single person cracked a smile. It would be nice to feel as if you're welcome. 4. Out bathtub drained slowly - leaving us to shower in ankle deep in water every morning. I reported it several times - no action was taken. Again, not on par of a 4-star hotel. 5. Out room key became deactivated every couple of days. They had no answer as to why this happened, only that there was a "glitch." We were only inconvienced a few times - but again - not on par with a 4-star hotel. All-in-all we like this hotel. The front staff are nice. We would consider staying here again - but may check out another 4-star hotel to just to compare.

The staff are very helpful, especially a female staff called Lam Viem who speaks good english and gave us her handphone number in the event that we get lost so that we can call her to let her talk to the cab driver. The wifi connection is fast, and the swimming pool/steam room/sauna are well maintained as well. Hotel stayers also get 40% off any spa package, and I got a relatively good full body massage at only 162,000 dong! The lake that was meant to be the city attraction was dried up! The locals told us that the lake was undergoing some construction, therefore they had to remove all the water. It was a great pity!

Pros: Room Huge, comfortable, clean bed. Huge bathroom with a rainfall shower with constant hot water. Huge balcony with an unbelievable view. Fridge was brand new. WiFi was perfect. The cleaning staff are great. Location So close to everything. There's an amazing cafe across the street. A burger restaurant 2 doors down (Oz burgers) that has cheap and great quality Western food and cheap beers. Cons: (not many) The electronic door lock is loud and the sound of other people's locks is loud enough to wake you. The elevator is a little slow. That's it... The hotel is great. Try get a room on the 6th floor. The room was little overpriced but still worth the money all things considered I suppose. We stayed in 602 and from what I can tell it was the best room in the place.

I stayed in Tulip I for 2 nights and it was better than I expected. First of all, I was looking for a budget hotel so I didn't expect much. The room was clean and nice, not big BUT enough for 2 ppl moving around. Room had fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle and 2 free water bottles (everyday). The staff are supper friendly, they responded every questions that I had about where to eat, to shop or to go. They are so nice that I feel like they always do their best so I can feel comfortable during the stay. 5 stars for the service!! Tip: there is bus from hotel to airport 40.000vnd (less than 2$) each, which is really cheap compare to taking taxi and you can ask receptionist to contact the bus for you! When I left it was so rush I didn't have a chance to say thank so THANK YOU very very much. Oh and their wifi was pretty fast too so, 1 more plus!

Be sure to have a print out of your agoda voucher handy! Huge 39 sm room with very comfortable bed, seating area, work desk... all nice and clean. They will have in room safe soon. They went out of their way to provide us with one in the meantime. Excellent service from management and staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding!!! Unlimited coffee as well. Lots of restaurants and Easy Rider across the street. Truly enjoyed our day tour with Bang and Tu. Go see the Crazy House, take the cable car up to Truc Lam monastery, ride the bobsled down to the Datanla Waterfall and see the mosaic Linh Phuoc Pagoda - all fantastic!

Walking distance frm bus stop(hanh cafe bus) to tulip hotel 2. Opposite the hotel is the market and walking distance to lake view. Many nice food around the area. Good location! Good hospitality and support provided in this hotel. Provide motorbike rental (120k - 150k dong) with full fuel tank. However, the bike condition is nt satisfy and performance is weak. Anywhr it is still ok. Shld improve the bed sheet cleanest. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for short period of time. I love Da lat ! Beautiful scenery, nice ppl, nice food and many tourists place. 😊

I was planning to go to Dalat with another 2 friends (a guy and a girl). Thats why i was looking for a suite with seperate living room and bedroom areas. Sammy's deluxe suite offers a very nice roomy bathroom (with bathstub and stand). Its living room also has complementary drinks and teabag. The hotel locates very closed to downtown Dalat and Con Ga Church. It took only 7 minhtes to walk to Dalat market. The staffs are very nice. We asked for an extra bed and they charged only 17 dollars for it ( fairly cheap price in my opinion). In general im very pleased with thus hotel during my stay.

The hotel is slightly off the beaten track allowing for a quiet and peaceful stay yet within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are extremely helpful and have tried their hardest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We met many locals who were extremely friendly and offered us many local food and drinks, so much I ended up pretty drunk. The rooms are even higher quality than more expensive local hotels so the value for money is unbeatable. I have stopped in several places in Da Lat from budget to high end and this was as cheap as the budget hostels and higher quality than the high end hotels. I cannot recommend highly enough we have already decided to stop another night on our way back through Da Lat

I booked a VIP room and really satisfied with all facilities here, bedroom, bathroom, classic closet, cupboard, except the mat with horrible smell, like someone pissed on that. Staff is nice and 1 of the 2 receptionists is super cute, she smiled all the time. Price is reasonable, VIP room is just like the screen-shots, I came at 7 AM and requested an early-booking but the extra fee just cost 120k VND. Motorbikes for hire belong to the hotel, pretty handy. Just 1 complaint is there's no breakfast option when booking since the hotel has no kitchen, luckily there're a few roadside restaurants and Lien Hoa bakery nearby.

Pros: The hotel is clean and well decorated. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The first night when I arrived Dalat, it was raining and cold. I was craving for a hot drink but there was only instant coffee available in the room. So I asked the reception for a hot cup of soya milk. They brought me my drink within a few minutes, and it was free of charge. Such a nice gesture. Cons: The hotel is not far away from Night Market and Xuan Huong lake, but location is little bit off street. Well hey, if you do not mind, I think there is no problem with taking a taxi. And FYI, Standard Room is on the lower floor. It would be nicer if they provide guest a pair of slippers because the floor is cold. Even though the room was a bit cold, they provided a very comfy bed and super warm blanket and also a mosquito net for extra protection at night. P.s. I’d definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Dalat, but perhaps I’d prefer a Superior Room on the higher floor with a balcony.

We booked 3 rooms with windows views but the hotel were not able to put us all on the same floor. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay. The view from the window is good. But people in Dalat starts their day very early so it can be a little noisy in the morning from the traffic but it didn't bother us as we think it part of the charms of Dalat. There's no restaurant in the hotel but getting food isn't a problem as there are many good eateries around the hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Communication wasn't a problem.

This place was good, clean, and cozy. No air conditioning in our room but given the outside highs(23-24 Celcius) the fan was sufficient. Elevator for if a guys got heavy bags. Scooter rentals were available for pretty cheap , though we were able to walk to most places we desired to go . The room was clean. At this point we still only knew how to say "hello, goodbye, and thank you," so you will need Google translate to communicate w/staff if you're ill prepared like us. Not getting free meals for advertising, but there is a fantastic restaurant by the sinh tourist station close by (address: 26 Bui Thi Xuan , Da Lat) . The morning pho and shrimp fried rice were staples on our stay. Bed was made / bathroom tidied daily. All in all , great place for the value.

Our family spent 2 nights at this hotel. We were 4 adults and a 2-year old daughter. I booked 1 deluxe room with double bed and 1 deluxe room with twin bed. But this hotel provided us both 2 rooms with single bed. The bed was 1.4 x 2 m So It was rather small for 2 adult. Regarding anything else, It was good and valued for your money. And pleases note that this hotel does not have car park with roof. When I checked out, I paid the extra fee for mini bar uses. I gave the recipient the 50,000 VND bill. And she supposed to give me the 10,000 VND change. But she did not. She said that she had not have the 10,000 VND bill. So she deny to give me the change. It was a small fee. But I was not comfortable with her answer. Next time I would not stay at this hotel.

While I booked it I didn’t check whether it’s the real BEST WESTERN. Though back in my mind I was wondering how come it’s so cheap while I assume DaLat is less touristic. The latter was true. It brought me a smile while I saw a sign at the hotel saying “Best Western – independently owned and operated”. Despite it’s a copy, it’s a very nice place to stay. Centered location. Spacious rooms. Comfortable. Were worried while we saw there’s no A/C in the room as it was 24 degrees in the pm. However temperature went down after sunset and it’s very comfortable indeed. Very friendly and quick action staff. There’s a superb local style restaurant (30 steps on the right if you are facing the hotel entrance). Excellent seafood which is ridiculous tasty, fresh and nicely prepared. More, the price indeed made you feel bad. You feel bad that you’re ripping off the local. It’s that cheap. Highly recommen -- both the hotel and the restaurant next door!!

Our stay was absolutely great! The hotel staff was ready to help with everything since the moment we arrived, including recommendations as to where to eat, and explaining where the main sights are. We learnt about the secret tour and booked it and it was so much worth it! Beware that it is not organized every day but 2-3 times a week so it is worth spending a few days - there are options for other trips and activities. I am sure this was the best organized tour I ever did, thanks to Rot who has been really funny but also the dynamics of our group was excellent. The room was neat, spacious and sunny, with a balcony and a great view of Dalat. I know some people complained that their rooms were cold at night but it was not our case: probably as our room was facing the south there was enough sun during the whole day and thus did not cool down so much at night - so try to get a room facing the gardento be on a safe side. The breakfast was weak but that is something we were prepared for as we read previous reviews. Anyway, it's good enough for getting stg into your stomach in the morning, but there are plenty of places where you can eat nearby, including a bakery next door. All in all, we had wonderful time. If I ever come back, I would definitely chose Pink House villa again.

i arrived dalat late in the afternoon after almost 10hours of bis travel fromsaigon.when i rwached the hotel i immediately noticed that it was located with a greay view of the ale just opppsite where it was located.it has a old european style and decoration, i was at the 1st level of the hotel(only two floors), the room was bigand spacious with an old asian european style and decortion,it was clean,bathroom was big and clean, with a separte shower room.the only thing that i believed they need to impirove was the hotel aintenance,when i used the flush was not working properly and 2 ligth were busted,i reporeted to the receptionist and they immediately fixed the problem. if you want to make up theroom mke sure you will do it before 12noon because make-up services was not 24hiurs.i believed that water heater must be available at the rooms,since the cold weather of dalat mkes you have a hot coffe and noodles,but they werefriendlu to givee me hot wqter evertime i asked them.during my check out the receptionist named hoańg anh was very helpful, because i was short of vnd for my travel back to saigon but he gave me an extra vnd tellonh me iys okei necause i have no tome to go to the ank sinve iys early morning.he was reallu awesome, and sure i will be back in this hotel.

Dreams Hotel is excellent value: the bed was comfortable like a 5-star hotel’s, great hot water and good pressure, clean and well-appointed. Our room was streetside but the windows were very good at blocking street noise. The breakfasts were the best we had in Vietnam, an incredible spread of choices, and there’s a jacuzzi on the top floor available to guests in the late afternoon. Best of all was the lovely woman who manages/owns the hotel — when we checked in on Jan. 2nd I showed her a photo of a Vietnamese dish I’d found online that is made with black-eyed peas. It’s one of my family’s traditions to eat black-eyed peas in the new year, for good luck, and I was hoping to find the dish somewhere. The manager (Yum? Dung?) looked in her regular shop for it but no luck. She sent someone to the market to find it — no luck. Finally she called her sister, who somehow located it and got it to us at Dreams.... all unknown to me until I asked! And she wouldn’t accept any money. ❤️

My fiance and I stayed at Pho Nui hotel for 1 night. When we arrived in Dalat, it was still early for check in, so we left our luggages with the receptionists and took a walk around the area. The hotel was very close to DaLat market and Xuan Huong lake, where we could find many local restaurants and coffee shops. We got a room on the 5th floor of Pho Nui hotel. Overall, the room was clean and had all the basic amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, hot/cold water.... What we liked the most about this hotel was the receptionists and bell men. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to our room and offered us cheap local tours. We did book a city tour with the hotel for $150,000vnd/person. The tour was guided by a local tour guy, not by hotel staffs. The tour started from 8:30-4 everyday. They took us to several famous places around the city such as Dinh Bao Dai, Nha tho Con Ga, Thien Vien Truc Lam, Thung Lung Tinh Yeu, Datanla fall. Overall the tour was decent, not good but worth the money since it would cost us more than $150,000vnd to go on taxi to visit those places on our own.

We stayed in the deluxe twin room (which I recommend over their standard rooms) for 5 nights. Ms. Hang, the manager was very professional and organized, she arranged our super early check-in at 4:30am and let us stay in a different room until our room become available for free...really appreciated! She also quickly provided us with some things we asked for in the room such as an electronic kettle. The twin room we stayed had a fridge but no table and chairs like the pictures showed, personally I would have liked them instead of a big closet. The breakfast was almost the same everyday but had an amazing variety so we enjoyed it every morning. Ms. Hang also arranged a taxi for us at a reasonable price to the airport (160k dong which seemed much better than metered one). The hotel was very clean and we had a pleasant stay.
