I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

We travel to Vietnam often, but this is our first stay at this hotel. I picked it for the location, but was very pleased with all that was offered. The check in staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. All staff spoke some english and others were fluent which made everything very easy. Breakfast was very tasty and offered both asian and western options. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough for two. I am disabled and was quickly accommodated with a room with walk in shower which was very modern and stunning. The rooftop pool was small but good for a cool down and some sunning We would definitely return.

This hotel was newly remodeled and is very clean. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh, stay at this hotel. The location is a bit far from Ben Thanh market and is not walking distance but you can take the taxi there which is only 10 mins away. However, there are many good restaurants within couple blocks of the hotel. There is also a convenient store right across the street that opens 24 hours. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Whenever I need service to the room, they are very prompt to bring them to your room. Excellent service. The facilities are very clean and very well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It also has the safe box to lock up your personal things. I stayed at this place for 3 nights and I had a great experience. One of the best place I have been. They offer breakfast in the morning as well but i didn't eat there since there are so many around the hotel. But I am sure it is good too. Three thumbs up!!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights for his birthday . I would like to admit that by far this has been my best hospitality experience. I love to travel and have been to some luxury five star chains but hotel nikko experience is unparallel. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room . The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room( for example keeping shoes in one line) , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes ( including the local ones) on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new. Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge( situated on 23 floor) where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special. I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service. They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh! It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street ( bui vien) is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks( cathedral, post office etc) are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate. After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

My friend and I had been booked into a '4 star' hotel on the other side of town when we didn't realise how old that rating was and how we didn't want to be in that kind of area. A desperate search online led me to The Myst and I've made only a few better decisions in my life! Such understated luxury and class - far superior to any anonymous chain hotel. Amazing staff, funky building and the hot tub on the balcony was a suprise! Gutted I didn't have time to use it. I'll definitely stay there any time I'm in Saigon and tell anyone who asks to do the same

The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very, very good with lots of Western and Eastern options. The quality of the food is exceptional. The location is right in the center of District 1. The A/C works great. The staff speak English and are very nice. I make note of the following issue with Caravelle. 1. The water pressure and hot water availability was exceptional. However, in our room, the shower head was kind of cheap and didn't allow for a nice spray pattern. The shower head really only had a narrow stream. It would be nice if they upgraded their shower heads to a higher-quality that allowed a better spray pattern/more spray pattern options. After all, we are talking about a 5-star hotel here - right. 2. My wife and I attempted to enter the Gambling area on the second floor. It should be noted that this area is restricted to foreign passport holders only. While I was able to freely walk in (as I'm Caucasian and clearly not a local), my wife, who is of Vietnamese descent, but is a US citizen, was restricted from entry. While we advised the manger of the gambling facility (inside the Caravalle) that she was a US citizen, she was still not allowed to enter. I can understand their foreign policy for admittance (as gambling is not legal for local residents), this experience came across as discriminatory. We submitted a copy of our Passports to the Front Desk. The manager of Gambling facility could made an effort to contact the Front Desk to cross-check our background - but - was unwilling to do so. This reflects negatively on the Caravelle Hotel. I complained about this to Caravelle management. We received what we feel was an unsympathetic apology. Our stay here was brief. If I had more time I would have escalated or taken more action on this. 3. The staff were nice, friendly and spoke English well. However, I think they fall a little short of 5-star. 4. All this aside, I would definitely stay at the Caravelle again.

We got to the hotel quite late, so weren’t so keen on traipsing around at that point for a drink. Thankfully, after a smooth check-in, we found that the rooftop bar was open till about 2am so we managed to get a couple of drinks before bed. The room is clean and quite comfortable with all the amenities you would find in a good 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet, was a decent spread of asian and western options which will keep you going till late afternoon. There is wifi through out the hotel, but it worked best at the roof top bar so you can put off your roaming and still be connected to the rest of the world. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the service at the bar/restaurants was pretty decent. When you do go out, you might need local currency and if you haven’t had the chance to exchange it, worry not because you can do so at the reception at a very good rate. The best aspect of the hotel for me was the location. The hotel is situated in the heart of District 1 and everything is walking distance from the hotel. You can find a city map in your room or at the reception and hold onto this for your trip, it’s very useful. Ranging from 5 to 20 minutes you can reach, the Ho Chi Minh city museum, War Reunification Palace, the War Remnant Museum, Notre Dam Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Opera House, Ben Thanh market and even the riverside for a nice evening walk. You don’t feel like eating in the hotel, there are plenty of nice restaurants spread around the hotel ranging from local vietnamese pho to exotic french cuisines. There are quite a few bars around if you do take the effort to locate them if you want a good mix of the locals and expats. I however enjoyed drinking at the rooftop bar for nothing else but the fact that I was just knackered by the end of each day and didn’t have the energy to go out drinking. Everything is reasonably priced within the hotel as well. PS: Carry a bottle of water while you're out.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. We had bad luck with the rug in the room, really smelly but the staff tried their best to help us with this problem. The bed was really comfy and bathtub was awesome. Due to the weather, we couldn't swim so our child used the tub as mini pool. We ordered some snacks at the pool and it was surprised excellent . We ordered Com dep (shrimp with green rice), squid, frites . They were just perfect . After a joyful time with this hotel, I can say it's much better than other 5 stars hotel we have stayed. Wish the room could be bigger . I booked this hotel for my mom after we got home and she loved it too

Super clean and modern hotel, convenient walking distance to all major sites. Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Awesome breakfast buffet and wonderful rooftop pool to relax by after a hard day of shopping and sightseeing. Best value for the money! Why go cheaper or spend more unnecessarily? I originally booked for two nights but ended up staying a week because it was such a pleasant hotel experience. Very nice and quiet room, listed as “no window” but it had a long rectangular valance window that flooded the room with sunshine everyday. I was expecting a dark and dreary room, but it was the total opposite; bright and pleasant. Modern room design, with ice cold A/C and plenty of hot water for showers. Staff was always there for advice, help booking tours or giving directions. The one or two blocks surrounding the hotel are under construction and are being developed so at night it’s a little desolate but safe. Don’t let that deter you, people are always around. A+ honest reviewer!

First impression is very important in my option especially a 5 Stars establishment like yours! This is what I had found in Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon when I’d entered in their front door step Monday 2nd July, 2018. 1 . Staff at door entry greeted us and made us very welcome. 2. Then we were greeted by Ms Mia ( Guest Relation Officer) she was really wonderful and friendly settling us in and made us feel really welcome and she had organised a day trip tour to Chu Chi tunnels at a fraction of a cost the very next day. She is a great value. The whole few days stay experience was just perfect and every staff members there were all very friendly and helpful!! Thank you 3. Executive Lounge Restaurant was fantastic with great service staff and great window view of Saigon River. 4. Pool and Gym facilities was fantastic! Very clean and maintained. 5 Very close proximity to locals and shops/ entertainments . Thank you Mia for patience and your Great Service to my Family during our stay there. My Family had really enjoyed their stay at your 5 stars hotel. I will highly recommend to anyone thinking booking this hotel. Thank you Agoda app management team for making this happen for us. As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience in HCMC. Eden Saigon is new and there are a few minor teething problems as can be expected. The location is good but certainly not the best compared to the up market opera tourist area. But none of these matters. The management and staff has to be congratulated for the best service I have ever received in any HCMC hotels bar none beating out much better known and much more expensive high end 5 stars establishments. The architecture and design is elegantly understated by Vietnamese standards with an impressive grand lobby and 12th floor pool and bar not to be missed for the incredible views. Most importantly, the room is elegant, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs with a few extra touches that makes the difference between good and excellent....and I stayed in the lowest end room. I have no doubt Eden Saigon will flourish if they continue their impeccable service and maintain their facilities, and do not look forward to the day when their rates catch up with their reputation. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy not staying in a different hotel everytime, now that I have found the one perfect for me.

We were concerned about the location,but we soon found out it was only a 15 minutes walk to City Hall first , and then to the famous day and eve market. We were surprised by the look of the reception, high celing and marble, more 4 stars! Staff polite like all the Viet population. Big room ( we booked the queen +single bed), very clean like the new bathrooom; slept weel thanks to good mattresses and zero noise.as we arrived we received coupon for free beee and tea/coffee at the tearoom ( sunday there was live piano and violin music!)and our tired bodies appreciated the new pool on the last floor with pool lounge chairs and bar. Mini market next to hotel.

Strictly speaking in terms of the hotel conditions, it was great. Centrally located, walks away from the shopping areas and dining areas. A very wide breakfast spread. The room was very very good. Definitely rated 5 stars for the room and bathroom. However, we were a little disappointed in the staff perfomance of this 5 star hotel. We requested to change our bedsheets because the flower petals caused my boyfriend to have an allergy. The receptionist doesnt seem to understand our simple english. Thus, language skills could be improved. Although it was a grand and nice hotel, we werent felt warmly welcome. (Because we were backpacking throughout Vietnam from Hanoi, all the way down to HCM). We just had a feeling that we do not suit into the hotel. Which was not a good feeling. Although we were carrying backpacks and does not look wealthy does not mean that we are not. This might be my own opinion, however, this is the truth that how we felt at the end of our stay. There is no initiative at all. Even for the bellboy at entrance. He didnt smile to us or say goodbye to us. While he was loading our bags to the taxi, he just spoke a few words in vietnamese to the driver and the driver looked at us and smirked. Definitely not a very good impression on the stay with Majestic Hotel even though they are a 5 star hotel. Our hotel at Hanoi - Calypso Hotel which is only a 3 stars hotel definitely exhibits the quality of a 5 star hotel. The service was way better than Majestic. This all serves as an opinion. Nothing wrong about the Hotel. It was a great building, grand and with huge bed, comfortable. But theservice definitely could be improve on.

our family stayed in two rooms (deluxe with view as we booked it) on the level 8 for four nights. the room is clean and nice bathroom. the room size is adequate for our needs (a little small). breakfast included with the room is very good with choices of both western and eastern dishes, we like the eastern selection better (like beef noodle, rice congee, etc) given our heritage. the service from staff in the dinning is great, they anticipate and provide what we want before we could ask. the hotel is close to all place of interest and is next door to the ben thanh market where stalls were set up around the market street at night selling souvenirs, clothes and food till mid night. we had dinner at one stall in the night market called hai lua, the food is reasonable quality and well priced. there are other good eateries around the hotel, try quan ngon on nam ky khoi nghia st,pho 24 on nguyen du st, quan nuong (bbq garden) on le thanh ton st. there is no hassle with hotel check in, we turned up with the hotel voucher, the staff at the hotel did read my instructions in my booking and try their best to meet my requests. the concierge staff (mr huy) is very helpful to assist us to get around and finding alternative accommodation for us as they could not extend our stay. the only thing that i am not happy with is interrogation like questioning from one of the reception staff at night. we were asked if we are guests staying at the hotel when we entered the lobby, we felt very offended.perhaps the reception staff may need a little more training in dealing with expatriate guests like us. apart from this little incident, we like this establishment and will definitely give this hotel our first choice when we come back to hcmc next time.

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay at The Luxe Hotel. I booked the deluxe twin with window and was upgraded to their best room for free. To top that off, the room was available when I arrived at noon. The reception staff were lovely. The upgrade to the Family Deluxe room was incredible. The room comfortably fits 4 people and is very spacious. The room was impeccably clean, from the furniture to the bathroom, bedsheets and towels. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very impressive; contrary to a lot of hotels I have stayed in recently. The shower was spacious and water pressure was great. Lastly, what made our stay at The Luxe Hotel was the guard at the front by the name Hua Gia Hung, who was so kind in assisting with our luggage’s and opening the doors when we would arrive and leave and every time in between. He would strike up a conversation about where we’re going and the precautions we have to take to not get pickpocketed. He was the sweetest and most kindhearted man. The hotel itself is located in the heart of District 1, a short 5 minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, night markets, Pizza 4P’s, Banh Mi Huynh Hoa; all of the must visits in HCMC. I have booked to stay with The Luxe Hotel again at the end of the year. What an incredible experience.

This is the second time that I've stayed at the Grand Hotel, Saigon. these days people are spoiled for quality 5 star hotel choices in Saigon - many at very reasonable prices. Rooms at this hotel may not quite reach the standards of some of it's mighty nearby neighbours, but at a starting price of around per night, I find it hard to think how you could find a better place for a comfortable stay. Ratings of this hotel probably still suffer a bit from the time that the hotel underwent renovations. But now the hotel offers deluxe rooms with choices of regular or rain showers, premium bedding and flat screen TVs. Breakfast is great and so is the spa and gym full of brand new equipment. The roof top bar could be great if they could attract more people and add a bit more atmosphere. Even so, some of Saigon's best restaurants and bars are within stumbling distance of the hotel, so you're never short of options (perhaps this is their problem). Anyway, I highly recommend the grand in Saigon. It offers a nice mix of colonial style with a more modern hotel.

The pros: a) The pool. It is small but long enough for a weak swimmer like me (if you the lap type, maybe go somewhere else). The view is fantastic and the best in HCMC. Very beautiful! The greatest thing is to swim with your head tilting towards to the river and you will feel like you are flying. The pool is best at night because it is too hot to really swim. They just opened the bar and it's a pretty decent place to get a mojito. Also, it's not too chlorinated. That is a big plus! I love it. b) The view from the room. c) The staff. Well, it depends on who you are. I am a business traveler so I can tell a difference between a 5 to 4-star hotel. But I like these people. Generally not too fussy with you but take care of your needs. They won't bend over backward to get you everything (e.g. chargers for your devices) but are quite nice if you just want a basic hotel service. d) The location - By the river front and within walking distance to major sights. I like the river aspect of it and watching the barge floats downstream. e) Compared to the Sheraton (another good hotel in my opinion), it's much cheaper so you will get a good price/quality ratio. Also, I just think the view here is much better. The pool at the Sheraton is bigger and more tropical due to the plants but not as "cool". Also, you won't lament the money you spent here. It's a good value.

Everything is awesome. The hotel is near to Beh Thanh market and also the night market. It is less than 1 meter. It is easy to travel around as well because the VINASUN cab is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is nice, lots of choices. It is combination of local, Asian and western breakfast. The PHO is really nice. I had it as my breakfast every morning. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel also provided 2 free mineral water every day. During our stay we booked the Mekong trip and Cu Chi Tunnel trip from the hotel. The price is reasonable and the trip was really fun. On our last day of stay, we didn’t do reservation for the water puppet show as we afraid that we cannot make it. We reached hotel around 5.40pm local time and we tried to book the ticket from hotel and was informed that since we do not make reservation. They will try to help us check on this. I saw them keep on trying to call (they call many times but was no one answer the call). They ask us to have a rest in our room instead of waiting in the lobby and they will try their very best to help us getting the tickets. The show start on 6.30pm and we are able to get the ticket when we reached lobby on 6.15pm. Really thank you to Vivian, Lina and Pauline for this. Even it is a 3 star hotel but their service is really a 5 star hotel services. Surely will stay here again when I travel to HCM in future

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew we made the right choice. Duc Vuong hotel is strategically located at the tourist area of HCMC. With its prime location near to tourist spots, it offers a great way to maximize your stay by walking your way to places of interest. Ben Than market is just a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, the rooftop bar offers a way to enjoy the night without leaving the hotel. They have wide selections of vietnamese food. Although some reviews makes comments about the noise, we stayed at 5th floor and were not directly affected. Not sure about those staying at 6th floor tho. Their hotel staff is very friendly. Kudos to all of them, from the security guard, to the receptionist, and special mention to Lee who gave us the best service we received from hotel staff so far. She's very cheerful and friendly. Not to mention the surprise she gave to my partner who is celebrating his birthday, she, actually all of them, makes us feel very welcome like a family. Their travel agency partner, Tam Global Travels, also gave us the best service that we can get. Kudos to their way of reaching out to their customers by giving us the best travel service that we can get. I had a great tour of Mekong and Cu Chi. True enough we get more than what we paid for. If ill be returning to HCMC soon, for sure I will pick Duc Vuong hotel as our host and Tam Global Travels as our travel agency. Thank you for an awesome vacation. Until next time :)

You can't beat the location, and you can walk to most things in District 1. This is a true four star hotel (not all hotels which advertise themselves are such compared to international standards). Make sure you book a city view room. If you do then will get get a fantastic panorama of the city skyline, which is magical both day and night. Another must is the roof top terrace on the 14th floor, (the pool is also up here), where you can drink in the views, day or night. The beds are really comfortable and the room I stayed in , had a lovely new bathroom. Breakfasts were great, too. I have been to HCMC many times and have stayed in many Hotels, there. Bt when it comes to the combination of factors such as budget, quality of rooms (mine was a large city view on a higher floor), ease of walking access to most of the local sights and value for money, then you can't beat here.

the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and kept in great condition. however, it is on the main road, so you might want to request for rooms in tower b, which is on the inside road, where there is less traffic. nonetheless, the great location next to ben tranh market means there will be crowds and noise regardless, but it is less noisy for rooms at the back. just step out the hotel and we are just a few steps away from ben tranh market. they are open in the daytime, but some stalls open for a night market on the street perpendicular to the hotel. not as many stalls or options as the daytime main market, but it is still ok. the rooms in the hotel are kept clean and everything works, including the flat screen tv. it is good value for the money. can't beat the great location. the staff has at least one person at the front desk, who speaks english and they were all very friendly and helpful. the concierge guys were extremely helpful, as we needed to book local inter-city transportation, or to find ways to get to other cities and he spent a lot of time, making calls, and doing research for us, and to help compare and show us prices of the various traveling options of sleeper bus, train and plane. eventually we decided to book flights as we wanted to experience more of vietnam in a short duration, so save time. and the concierge guy helped sort out our plans for us in good time. we enjoyed walking in the big rectangular park in front of the hotel, and used it as a great navigation point, as we went all around exploring, and also ate great seafood and pho. the best pho stall is in ben tranh market itself, it is the corner stall facing the row of sellers of peanuts, beans and pistachio. the owner of this market pho stall wears spectacles and she looks serious, but her food (beef pho) is one of the best we've ever tasted in all of vietnam. she is unpretentious and takes her cooking seriously.

My wife and I decided to have a night "away" and checked into a Palace Signature Suite of the Palace Hotel Saigon. The room was a corner unit split into a living room and a bedroom. It had a small corner balcony and view of Nguyen Hue street, the Bitexco tower and a sliver of the Saigon River. A highlight of the room was the bathroom, that stretched the length of the living room and bedroom and included a small jacuzzi - something not found in other suites in this price range - bubble soap and view onto Nguyen Hue street through tinted windows included. Staff was extremely friendly. For example, they brought us two wine glasses within 2 minutes of our request. They even thought so far ahead and included a bottle opener despite not asking for one. We slept through breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but breakfast was included. However, given its great location, there are many options - expensive and local - to get some food or simply a coffee. The best part was the price. We were able to get the Suite for about USD 112 (non-refundable) on Agoda, which was on par with standard rooms at the other 4-star+ hotels in the area, and far below the rates for their suites.

Very cosy and relaxing wooden interior, spacious room with bathtub and kitchen(microwave and utensils). 5-10mins walk or VND30000 taxi ride to city centre/ Saigon centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Free spa included per person per night of stay, 2nights both done by the same very professional young lady, didnt expect so. I think i tipped generously. She was happy. Small gym and no swimming pool, but that's fine. Quality breakfast, free a la carte menu, didn't try, but with a variety of food options. Booked day tour to Mekong Delta with the hotel, they booked it with an agency. The van, activities and the tour guide were good. Worth doing. Only bad thing was they arranged a taxi for me to the airport at 2-3am. The taxi driver was creepy and emotionally. He honked a few times with temper, but there was no one on the road..

We had a group of 8 people that stayed in the apartment and it is extremely cheap and great value for money staying together. It is located in district 1 which is centrally located to all great food and attractions. Taxi rides will range from 20,000VND to 100,00VND. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport costing around 150,00VND (tell the driver to turn on the meter). Small selection at the buffet breakfast but its still good considering it is free of charge with the room, reception also has a tour guide (buffalo tours) which was very helpful to book flights and tours. Staff are very helpful, friendly and are not bothered when we returned to our room in the early hours of the morning. One of the best stays i have had in ho chi minh considering i have been there 5 times.

We were almost scared off after reading some bad reviews but upon arrivals we realised that most western travellers are just the type that like to complain about nothing. This hotel was and with grrat ammenaties, very friendly staff, great pool, good breakfast, convenient (free) scooter parking and a whole list of positives. Like everything in Vietnam, the attention to the super fine detail is slightly lacking, however this is easy to look past and after a few days in HCMC it becomes quite normal. I didn’t see any of the tiny defects as a problem; especially for the price! I would, and likely will stay again on my next visit to HCMC which is never soon enough.

I have been travelling to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, for many times. I have stayed in District 1 hotels like "Dragon Palace 1 Hotel", "Dragon Palace 2 Hotel", "Asian Ruby 1 Hotel". I wish to provide feedbacks to every Agoda Hotel seekers who are looking at District 1 hotels. I have always thought most budget District 1 hotels are around the same. Until I decided to try out this T.Espoir Hotel. I can say, those hotels I stayed before, has no fight with T.Espoir Hotel. Here's why..... T.Espoir Hotel is also known as Cititel Hotel. In most previous reviews by other hotel stayers, yes, they went through a renovation. I am pleased to say that the noise are no longer exists as the renovation has been completed. Right now, the contractors are doing touch-ups and cleaning of each room. Location: It is so near to Nguyen Du Galaxy Cinema, with lots of food stalls along the street, many drinking clubs... best part is... it': walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Facilities: If this hotel comes with a swimming pool or Gym Room, it will be perfect. Big lobby area. One lift with cctv in it, good security. Every floor has cctv along the walkway. Staff: Friendly staff. From Door boy, reception all the way to house keeping. They try to accomodate your request, all you need is "ask". They allow me to check out at 2pm because I check in late. Wifi: Strong. Never disconnect before. TV: have most channels except live soccer matches. Aircon: Famous brand by Daikin. Room: Very clean. Spacious. Nice concept. Newly renovated. New stuff in room. Sound Proof: Not sound proof. Basically, you can hear your neighbours making love or talking. Housekeeping: Pretty friendly lady who never fails to clean up room every morning. Best Value Hotel in HCMC ive stayed at so far !!! . After checking out reviews i picked this Hotel to stay at for the last 2 days of our holiday as our melbourne flight leaves at 9.00pm we generally book to have a base until early evening so i was looking for a more modestly priced hotel to stay the last nights . This trip we chose to stay in some of Classic Hotels in the 5 star range at HCMC ,HOI An ,Hue. i was expecting a good to mediocre hotel however The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa is now at the top of my list ticking all the boxes From arrival to departure i was totally impressed The hotel staff and managers are excellent well trained and very helpful , Taking care of things like airport transfers and phoning checking airline reservations recommending shops that actually can supply your needs . The fastest and easiest check in ever ( They actually take you to your room to complete check in which is great for weary travelers ) Room - Silverland Suite was well appointed clean and had a multi function Jacuzzi portal Location is perfect a few steps from the market and all the sights of district 1 Roof top pool and bar small but fantastic Great spa and massage. Great Breakfast Really the best value for money . Five star service at 3.5 star prices Wish we were still there !!

We heartily appreciated Miss Julie as she provide great service with professional attitude to customer, her service to us 👍. We feel glad to stay C Central Hotel as the location quite convenience to Pham Ngu Lao which could experience the Vietnamese nightlife culture, along the street have great food to enjoy. The hotel provide newly hotel with huge space room and the bathroom facilities is so wonderful as the shower water so powerful and bathtub also so clean. We definitely thanks to the management of this hotel to provide us a great clean room. We feel so touching of their caring as they even put ear plugs due to night life happening. We don't feel will affect us as the music of sound still okay for us . The breakfast also good especially their coffee has good fragrance ☕️🍵😋😋. Thanks to Miss Julie for her best service to us.

Harmony Saigon hotel had everything one could expect in a 4 star hotel -- elegant lobby, modern guest room, quality facilities, tasty food, and good location. However, what impressed me most was the considerate and professional hotel staff. It was on the second day of our stay when my wife suffered a sudden vertigo and vomiting during breakfast. As a tourist who didn't understand a single word of Vietnamese, I could only seek for the help of restaurant manager. Without any hesitation, the manager called reception to arrange transportation and contact an international hospital immediately. When he escorted us to the lobby, a cab was already waiting for us. Upon arriving at hospital, my wife was attended by a doctor immediately, thanks to the pre-registration by another hotel staff. Fortunately, after a few hours' checkup and infusion, my wife was confirmed no big issue and released home. Surprisingly, the same staff was still waiting outside for us. My heart was really touched at that moment. When we reached hotel, the general manager gave us a warm greeting, and a restaurant staff delivered porridge to our room. My wife recovered fast and we had a pleasant trip in the following days. Before checking out the hotel, we reminded the reception staff to settle the bill incurred by the emergency. I was surprised again when he told me all the cost had been waived by the general manager. I have stayed at about twenty 4 or 5-star hotels worldwide. The experience at Harmony Saigon Hotel was unique and well beyond my expectation. I would like to express my hearted appreciation to the hotel staff and wish them all the best.
