Location: At the heart of central Hat Yai. Nearby to everything else. Tuk-tuk is everywhere. Take note that most items sold here are 2x or 3x higher than other places like Kim Yong Market, Talad Sod Market (Old Market - Clock Tower). Facilities: WiFi signal was strong and fast in the room with the router located at each floor. Water pressure was 110% super strong. :D Design similar to Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel whereby you need to interchange at Lvl 6 (Lobby) before you can go to the floor of your room. As usual in Thailand, no toothpaste / toothbrush provided. Room was huge. Staff: Sweet, helpful and polite. Able to converse in fluent English. Superb service when they allowed me to check-in at 10 am because I arrived earlier than expected. Cleanliness: Hotel was kinda old but still looks clean. Value for money? Yes, I will come back to stay here next time.

I've lost count on how many times I stayed in Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel every time I visit Hatyai with my family. The room is spacious and the location is strategic, surrounding by Halal food - we do not need to travel to hunt for food. The only difficulty that sometimes we are facing was that there were few numbers of hotel staff cannot speak nor understand English. The rest are excellent.

I have a big surprise the moment I entered the hotel room. It is so spacious! I always Tune hotel room would be very small, I'm definitely wrong about Hatyai Tune Hotel. Inside the room: The bed and the pillow are comfortable, the toilet is clean, water pressure is great, hot water is functioning well. Although it is just beside the main road, but it was quite quiet at night, I had a good sleep there. For those who like to take picture, you are going to like this hotel too. It has a instant photo snap just opposite the lift. You could take the instant photo and send the picture to your email account or post it to your facebook immediately. You could keep the luggage in the hotel either by just placing in an open area near the receptionist, which is free of charge, or get your luggage stored in a locked room, where you need to pay 4 baht for one big luggage. Tips: You could combine more than a bag to make up a big luggage :) Location: It is not as crowded as Lee Garden, however, it just needs about 5-7 minutes walking distance to reach Lee Garden Plaza and all others famous tourish spot. I hardly took Tuk Tuk there as it is pretty convenience by just walking around. Robinson is the closest shopping center. You could walk there in 3 minutes. I love this hotel and would highly recommend to others. I would definitely come back again. Last but not least, thanks to Agoda to have Flash deal offer where I only paid for RM 51 for all inclusive package (24 hours air-con, towel, soap, shampoo and TV).

At first, I was hesitated to book this hotel after reading the reviews and stories about encounters with cockroaches. Yes, we saw one but it was just once so we are okay with it. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early. It's a good choice for its strategic location which is right next to Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel which I think people travelling will appreciate as it eases traveling

Location is good near to Lee Garden Plaza Hotel. 7-eleven just around the corner. Room & toilet is great. Halal food is easy to find. Railway Station is just 3-5 mins walk. For Motorcycle riders, our bike are safe to park but parking is limited. The toilet bowl is unique just like in Japan. During the day time, the reception is very good & polite. Overall I'm happy to stay at this hotel. The best thing is on weekdays I'm able to check in early. Thank you. Would come again next time. #no smoking in this hotel.

1) Online Rates are 10% cheaper than Walk in rates. 2) Located just in front of the railway station. Allowed to wait at the lobby upon train departure which is air-conditioned compare to hot weather at the station. 3) Rooms are well maintained. Smoking is not allowed in room. A fine of 2000 Baht will imposed for violators. 4) Staff are friendly and kind to assist. 5) Provides simple amenities. Good WIFI signal and speed. 6) Easy access by walking distance (5-10 minutes) to Lee Garden Plaza. 2 minutes walking to Robinson shopping mall. 10 minutes tuk-tuk ride to flea market with 20 Baht per person. (Do not pay anything offered above 20 Baht unless you are kind enough to give a tip to those honest drivers).

This is my first stay at Aloha hotel Hatyai. We usually stay at May Flower or New Season hotel at Lee garden area. Aloha hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance to Lee Garden plaza, so won't bring any trouble if we stay in Aloha hotel. Fast check in & check out. Hotel provide free WIFI in whole building & with very fast speed. Clean room with comfortable bed. Value for money & everything just fine but can be better for a three star hotel. we founded our perfect traditional Thai massage from their massage centre on third floor. Will definitely come back on Aloha hotel for my next stay in Hatyai city.

the location of this hotel is a bit far from lee garden plaza...about 10 min walking distance...during nite time is abit quiet and empty compare to lee garden plaza...but during morning time...the roads are full with stalls...because oposite the hotel is gim yong market..is walkable distance to hatyai plaza (big pasar). the hotel provide hot drinking water supply( very very very hot water) and the shower is realy the best ever...very very strong water pressure...definately will make u wanna shower few times in a day. the air cond is very very very cold...but somehow there is few water dropping down from the air cond..but just few drops on the carpet..not the bed...i will come back to stay here again

fantastic location, easy access to Lee Garden Plaza which means where all malls and hawker stalls and night market is located, walk to Lee Garden Plaza is only around 15 minutes and less then 5 minutes away from Kim Yong Market only, front the hotel entrance turn left and walk straight you will see Kim Yong market where you can find plenty of fresh fruits, vegetable and local food in the morning.

Pros- -Staff very kind, nice and helpful -Aircond very cold (reception told us the aircond just service few days before us check in) -Room very clean -we add on one extra bed, but the size will not too narrow for us, it’s still quite wide -free shuttle tuk tuk to Kim Yong market and lee garden plaza -there is a cute elephant towel on each bed when we enter the room, it’s very cute and make us happy because when we check in is a heavy rainy time quite spoil our mood (nice staffs and cute elephant make our holiday mood happy again) Cons - we book 3 massages from the reception, one of them seems like new learner not very comfortable (comment from friend) - the 3 massage girls saw us are 3 young girls and give us feeling that they are look down of us, 1 of them not polite with an angry and sour face. They can’t get the full tips from us when done massage, they show their sour faces to us and went back. (Need to improve the massage service)

The location is good. Most of the attractions (Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden Plaza, Santisuk market etc) and railway station is within walking distance. If you boarded the bus from Malaysia, most of the buses last destination (Alisan, KKKL etc) is just few mins walk to this hotel. Both halal and non-halal food were easy to find around this area. As for the room, pretty decent. Good amount of TV channel, hot shower, pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. Tuk tuks are easily available outside the hotel. The only downside is sometimes there are moldy/damp smell and the walls are thin you can hear the next door chit chatting. Check-in/out process were okey, but they INSIST to have your passport regardless you provide them with a copy. In return, you travel around with a “passport receipt” that acknowledges that they have your passport for safe keeping. This was my biggest NO. Overall its a decent hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this to others.

This is the old Lee Garden not the Lee Garden Plaza. Located not in the busy tourist centre, walking distance to the centre but doubt most Malaysian will walk. I got the renovated room, fresh coat of paint, bathroom new tiles and clean. room furniture was the unrefurbished but still functioning, no flat screen TV you get the old cathode ray TV, fridge is normal bar fridge, air-conditioning is very cold only can on or off. hot water normal temperature heat can't get the very high heat temperature. key card room access and need the card for power supply in room. Very good room size. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Assisted beyond their job by enabling me to call a local. Concierge was a very friendly elder guy, making the place more homely. Linen was a bit tired might have some tear but it is clean. To summarise, value for money, room clean, linen is clean, toilet is clean, lobby is clean, hotel looks old, furniture is old but function. staff attentive friendly, make the place welcoming. for the money you pay don't expect 5 star service, but there is good service.

This was my second time staying at Kosit. The reason why I came back for the second time was because of the hotel itself. My stay was generally very pleasant. Though the customer service could have been better, I'd still compliment the receptionist I'd interacted with as she let my mom and I check in at 9am. We drove all the way from KL, Malaysia and you can imagine how exhausted we both were. So that little gesture from her made our stay even better. Location wise, Kosit is located in the heart of Hat Yai. You're basically a stone's throw away from busy areas such as Lee Garden Plaza, etc. Value for money? ABSOLUTELY! Will I come back? Absolutely yes.

Stay 3day2night in this hotel. Everything is good especially the Location. 5 min walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza area (the most crowded areas in Central of Hatyai). If go to Central Festival Shopping Mall, you can take tuk tuk which is about 100Baht - 120Baht depends on how many person. The travel distance is about 10-15min from hotel. For the Room inside, everything is good. Comfortable Bed, Cold Aircond and Clean Toilet, and many TV Channel.

Booked the last 5 "standard double with fan" rooms available for my big family. check in was smooth. parking available only for 6 or 7 cars. location is perfect. near railway station, clock tower, lee gardens plaza. room was clean and spacious! provided : wardrobe, towel rack, hangers, box TV, drinking glass, pitcher, towels and soap. cold water dispenser available at the corridor on every floor. hot water have to request from their small cafe in the lobby. not provided : toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, iron, hot shower when i entered the room, i was a bit disappointed to see the ceiling fan is too small and afraid the room will be hot. but i was wrong, the room is so cold i had to switch off the fan in the middle of the night! just one thing i don't really like, the bed was very hard. but i still sleep on it anyway because i was too tired after a very long day exploring Hat Yai. all in all, my family and i were very satisfied with Laem Thong Hotel and i will definitely book again if i go to Hat yai.

Pros: •Cheap rate compared to other hotels with same facility. •Hotel let us checked in as early as 10 am. •Though the furnitures are dated..the room, bedding & bathroom are spotlessly clean. •Walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza, Kai Tod Decha Restaurant, Salma Restaurant, Kelantan Restaurant, Kim Yong Plaza, Railway Station, Robinson Dept Store, Seven Eleven. •Bellboy name Anuar is so attentive and he can speak Malay well. •Lots of TukTuk in front of hotel/also easy to get Grab. • Free TukTuk to & from Central Festival Mall (just let Anuar know). Cons: •Staff at receptionist speak minimal English and not quite warm & welcoming. • Pillows kind of hard (rubber material) but we slept safe n sound nontheless. •Got kettle and glass in the room but no tea or coffee sachet. •Hotel keep our passport so we better have copy of our passport with us. •Elevator to level 6 only. Have to walk to get to level 7 (highest level) but it was just a couple of steps away.

This hotel is walking distance from the railway station, bus stop to Songkla and major attractions like Gim Yong market, many other markets and Lee Gardens Plaza. I hardly use taxis during my stay. The only downside is the rooms are not all the same. I was given one with a drainage and AC problem but they were quick to give me another room. They told me there was no WiFi in the rooms but I found a number of available free networks. The hotel look respectable and it is quiet. I am a non-smoker and had to put up with someone smoking on my floor. Non-smoking signs in this part of the world (SE Asia except Singapore)generally do not mean much.

View is not gud in a daytime but the noise will come at nite from a few bars nearby. The staff were very friendly and bellboy were helpfull. Eventhough its a new hotel , they need to maintain it properly. We request to change room since light in the bathroom were not working,but when we change room,the aircond was not working due to not properly service. Dusty stuffy aircond and not cooling,always in timer mode and cannot adjust. Parking is very limited, location is about 2km from Lee Garden. Overall is good and fair.

Leelawadee Resort 2 located few miles away from Hatyai Town, this make it away from crowded and noisy places, it is recommended for those who want an quiet staying environment. The best advantage this resort is there is own car parking area right in-front of your room, ideal for those who drive own car to Hatyai. Inside room have fridge, tv, air-cond, but doesn't have cupboard, should add a cupboard in the room.

Stayed here for 3nights in April and this is a right choice for us. Located about 2km away from Hatyai town centre (Lee Garden or Centara) and suitable for those who drives on your own and preferred a little quiet neighborhood. You can ask for Tuk,Tuk service from the reception. The double bed room is nice, modern and clean. No carpets and tiles only (good for those who are allergic to dusts). Booked the room only without breakfast and is affordable and value for money. Got wifi, LCD TV, AC , bar fridge and also safe deposit. No coffee/tea facilities but is okay for us. 24hrs Tesco Lotus or 7,11 stores just about 2mins walk/500metres away and at night got local eateries places to eat. There's a good Thai massage centre nearby called Oliver Ancient Massage :) Different types of stalls and food located nearby and mostly catered for the local Thais here. Will certainly recommend to everyone who would like to try somewhere less touristic and go for some local taste.
