Find hotels in Lettuce Lake Regional Park

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Surrounded by grocery stores and numerous resturants. Less then 7 mins shuttle ride to Busch Gardens. The shuttle is free and they pull up up right on front of the park with no walking. Same with pick up. They have a free breakfast in the morning that has absolutely everything anyone could want for breakfast. The lobby area is completely remodeled and resembles high end hotels. The resturant inside has a very nice menu and the bar staff is very nice. The front desk staff couldn't keep the pool towels stocked. And was not accommodating on a late check out stating they were fully booked on a Monday, which did no seem to be true.

We arrived from Japan, following my retirement, and immediately commenced a search for a home to buy. We initially stayed at a Marriott Suites near the airport, but needed to locate an extended stay option that was affordable. This hotel was the cheapest option on Agoda, though it showed as three stars, and the pictures looked good. The external appearance of the hotel is just as it is shown in the photos - a rarity. The rooms are small, but clean, and the staff, to include the erstwhile homeless man they have given a job policing the grounds of the hotel, are all extremely friendly. Owned by an Indian family, it is most evident that they take great pride in their investment, and are investing necessary capital to improve the hotel, and maintain the property. We are now in the second week of our stay here, we have submitted an offer on a home, and are anticipating remaining here for the upcoming four to five weeks until the new home closes.

I'm not the type to write reviews, but this hotel pushed me over the top. It was the kind of night where you are checking into a hotel late and you just want to get to sleep. Walking into a room that had long black hair on the bed, in the tub and all over the bathroom floor was not what I was looking forward to. The carpet had dirty stains, one stain the size of a grapefruit. Honestly, I would've been disappointed if this was a 2 star motel it was that bad. Becareful! (BTW, this was a room on the "premium floor")

This was a last-minute one-night hotel stay. It was a good price and even though it was going through renovations, the place was clean with great customer service. My only issue is early in the morning before we left, my spouse experienced allergy symptoms. There were supposed to be no pets in the hotel. I'm highly allergic to pet dander especially cats. As I was walking out in the room next to me, there was a cat in the window. I was very upset because the hotel rules stated no pets. I can't blame this on the hotel staff as they couldn't look in each room. I/m just happy that I was leaving and didn't have to stay. I really would have felt sorry if someone that has an allergic reaction to cats or any other pets for that matter and had to stay longer.

This hotel is cash friendly for those who need a decent place to stay for short-term on a budget. The rooms are interior which was a plus except all exterior doors were broken/ open and without card reader access meaning anyone could come in LOCK YOU DOOR! They have no elevator so if they put you on the 2nd fl good luck hauling your bags up the stairs. They are having dated renovations, should have paid a designer! Things they should have paid for like mattresses-awful and old you can feel every spring-yes springs, working phones, ice machine and vending on the 2nd fl have eluded this family run business. Breakfast is abysmal! Cereal-frosted flakes or raisin bran, bread, oatmeal cups, fruit(unwrapped apples, 2018 time to plastic wrap flesh edible fruit), MAYBE apple juice. They put out a certain amount and when it's gone, it's gone- no one refills anything so come early and don't even think about waffles-this is not that type of breakfast. Clean and okay spot not good just okay.

If you want to be close to Busch Gardens this will be a satisfactory location. It's across the street from the amusement park and you can watch the rides from most of the windows. If you are just looking for a good hotel, get further away from the hustle and bustle of Busch Gardens. There is a fire station just across the street and fire trucks were responding to emergencies all night, every night. The AC units in the rooms appear to use motion sensors, so when we were out and left the dog in the room the temperature would revert back to uncomfortable. The focus of this hotel is not guest convenience or accommodation, it is on flipping the rooms. I notified them 4 days in advance that I would need a late checkout to attend a family funeral, but they were unconcerned with my schedule and ability to attend the funeral. They told me they could possibly wait until noon, but for me to "clear out of the room as quickly as you can" so they could get their staff out early.

This location is undergoing a remodeling with only the exterior completed. The room was adequate for a night or two but this location seems to have many "Full Time" occupants that made us feel uneasy. The provided breakfast was very limited although the room was bigger than most. We chose not to have breakfast there and I will seek other accommodations if we return to the area.
