Stayed here for 3d2n and believe me, this is the best experience ever.. 1. Booked a room and expected just a room but got the whole package (living room, kitchen, balcony, bath tub).. 2. Easy to find as there are signboards along the way. Located near the Lost World of Tambun and Tambun Hotsprings and not too far from Ipoh. Near a "small hill" of green trees and fresh air. Really relaxing for a getaway from city's hustle bustle life. 3. was amazed as no bugs was found in the room even though the resort is near a small jungle. The room is really clean and you can smell chlorine in the bath tub, which means they cleaned it. The resort area was clean as well. 4. super friendly staff. just ask them anything. 5. infinity pool + Jacuzzi (my fav!), stunning lake view, indoor sports area, jogging track with fresh air, sauna (found in the public bathroom), free breakfast Overall, go during off peak season and you can get all your requests fulfilled.

I have booked a Classic double room and once confirmed, I will email it to lwhreservation@sunway.com.my (excluding public holidays and schools closed on Tuesdays), shuttle service from Ipoh Train Station to Lost World Hotel . They provide shuttle service but need to pay after check-out at the counter. Easy shuttle service from Ipoh Raiway Station to the Lost World hotel is only RM 8 including luggage a adult only 30 minutes to arrive. During the stay, they gave us coupons for 2 adults (4 days, 3 days), including free access to the hot springs (6 pm to 23 pm), free breakfast, 15% discount on crystal and spa, 10% Night Park admission tickets, 10% discount Lost World of Tambun admission tickets, My room is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Friendly staff, especially Mr.Mac Loh & Ms.Shelina and Shuttle driver Mr.Shan & Mr.Kharaljit. I am here to relax, the most important thing is to treatment my body in the hot spring pool, I just came back from China, their weather is winter, so cool, I was injured. So the most important thing that I come here is treatment. After treatment, my body is good. I will come back again. Went to ipoh for an unplanned trip with the family and decided to try out this hotel. It is really new. We are considered few of the early customers. As always the room was all brand new so its in great condition n we really like how big the room was. comfortable beds and the best part of all is the surrounding facilities. The hotel is near Giant supermarket and Starbucks coffee. We went there by walk only. Very strategic location if you want to go to the lost world of tambun theme park. Only 5 minutes walking distance. It is really convenience. As also have the extreme park just opposite of hotel. Will surely go there on our next visit. All and all it was a good unplanned trip.

When we reached travelland, Fatin came out to greet us and help us with our luggage, checked us in and even offered to help us to print the Lost World of Tambun Hotspring and Spa entrance tickets! Love the "help yourself" complimentary toast bread when we were hungry. Great place to stay, and is a few minutes drive to Lost World of Tambun. We had a pleasant stay there. Great job!

The purpose of staying at this hotel is because it is one of the nearest hotel to The Lost World of Tambun which offers reasonable price. The room is extra clean and nice. Kettle is not provided but the water dispenser is near the receptionist. Wifi is also provided but starting at 8pm ++ the Internet is slow maybe due to many users. Even though breakfast is not included, there are mamak restaurants nearby ( walking distance ). Giant is just a few walks away from the hotel. Overall, we had a nice stay.
