Cleanliness scored 4.5 out of 5 due to some part of bathroom sink area (tiles & mirror) still had brushing teeth stain from previous guests. Facilities scored 4 out of 5 because for the two nights we checked in, we had to request bathroom towels due to unforeseen reason which caused us inconveniences especially for those staying with children. Also, they did not provide mat or small towel usually placed outside the bathroom. Other than that, everything else was great and for us this hotel scores the highest so far from all the hotels we have stayed in KL mainly to its location category. This hotel is inside the Campbell Complex itself. Sogo Shopping Mall, Bandaraya rail station, Starbucks Coffee, weekend bazaar, countless textiles shops, Indian restaurants, 7-eleven mart, all are nearby..

A hidden gem. Modern, elegant hotel with excellent service. Whilst the rooms are small, they are beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The roof-top pool has fantastic views over the city. The staff are eager to help, professional and friendly. Fantastic service. The hotel is a little away from things, but is only a short walk from the train station, so this did not present a problem for us. My only criticism is that there is a very loud night club a street away that does play music into the early hours of the morning and you could hear the noise from the hotel, even on the 18th floor. But I would still highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, value for money and outstanding service. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Kuala Lumpur in the future.

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, staffs were very friendly and very cooperative, services were great, and very easy access to all shopping malls and very convenient to all public transports, lrt train station is at walking distance. their coffee shop and the restaurant was great with variety of all types of dishes. its a good place for business travellers and holiday makers.

ok nice room, good service , better lift, good security, free wifi, free computer for kids to play. the hotel is very strategic place where you can find foods easily, shopping complex easily, lrt train station easily, just to name a few shopping complex, pertama complex and sogo. sogo always have sales and it is very attractive. apart from that you can find globe, kamdar, semua house, maiden and so many more. just by walking you can reach all the places. good place to stay.

I stay at this hotel a few times, thats the reason I came again. Every year during Ramadhan period, me and my family will stay at this hotel for 2nights.Each time we stay, we requested for adjoining room. This hotel nearby Haniffa supermarket, located on ground floor.Also Ramadhan Bazaar just outside the hotel. Also distance to Mesjid Jamek and Bandaraya LRT stations only 5minutes walk. Hotel location right in the middle of Jalan Mesjid India where u can find fabrics and shawls. We arrive at 10.50am and straight away was given a room.Hotel staff very helpful and polite. I will definitely stay on my next trip to KL

This hotel is located in the area where we can access for LULU MALL, MASJID INDIA, LRT Station. The people for shopping can be easily accessible to the nearest shopping centre at a walkable distance and the centre place for tourist attraction Staff are more friendly Room is perfectly designed and the atmosphere is awesome, will like each and every thing, dressing area, Chinese tea and Italian coffee machine, theme painting, view of Kl tower (new and old) the buffet breakfast is limited with very few dishes - this is the only drawback

Generally very good, modern, clean and well-managed hotel. The additional advantage is wide range of daily tours offered by the hotel' concierge with the additional charges (we had the great pleasure to take part in one of those tours). One of the best things about this hotel is also the possibility of having (from some of the rooms) the brilliant view over Kuala Lumpur skyline (with direct wiew on Petronas Twin Towers). The hotel is also well lacated, being only some 50 metres from the city-train station (thanks to which the transportation from the hotel to the city center and to the airport is really easy and fast). Also I've got nothing to complain about the hotel' service (the staff is generally very nice). The only drawback is the lack of free Internet in the rooms (but there is an easy Web' access at the hotel' lobby).

Out from building, you can shop immediately. Just a few steps, you can see "pasar malam" or sunday night market where all varieties of food and many things can be seen around. This could been seen at weekend. Transportations also easily can get. Taxis, buses, commuter train and LRT train are all in within vicinity. Just few seconds or minutes. Shopping complexes are also all very near such as Sogo, Semua House, Wisma Jackel, Globe Silk Store and many more. Maybank building and other automated teller machine (ATM) also very near.

Stayed for 2 nights. Booked twin bedroom... size is ok.. with electric kettle, tv (only 1 channel very clear - the English channel), nice bed and one pillow each. The shower room was clean with good water pressure and hot water. I love the shower room as it was very clean and just refurbished... though it can be a bit small in size. Location is the best.. 2 minutes away from monorail and lrt (Dang Wangi)... with many types of eatery surrounding it. Staff was patience - Hendry. Value for money. Tq

It was a good value of money, very near to Lrt Station but the area is pretty dark and will be quite dangerous if you are walking back to hotel alone from the lrt station. Few restaurants can be found few block away. You can also order food from grab food/food panda but there's no dining table in my room so it can be quite difficult to have your meal in the room. We are slightly unlucky as there's an event held outside the hotel in the morning so we got disturbed and forced to wake up at 7am+. Overall, the hotel is pretty clean and value for money.

This place is amazing as a base to be out and about doing things in the City. Find the nearest train station and from there you can get about to most parts of the city. Make sure you try food from one of the Mamak Stalls (open plan Indian cafes) which you'll see right outside of the hotel but take probiotics as some of the food may be a little too foreign for your stomachs if you're from, say, somewhere in the west.

New Hotel (Level 25 to 30) of the Menara MARA tower. Good city views. Easy access location near to 2 train stations (Bandaraya & Medan Tuanku-monorail). Passengers arriving by KTM trains from Singapore can alight at Bank Negara Interchange-Bandaraya Stn then walk passed Sogo to Premiera Hotel about 100m away. Very fast and courteous check-in to this New Apartment Hotel. Cosy and spacious room with very comfy King Bed. Bathroom with shower and long bath. Very clean room with excellent housemaids. Pantry with Bar fridge. Big wardrobe with Safe. Plain Shoppings nearby at Sogo, Maju and the Sports Goods Complex opp MARA Medan. Eateries at Sogo & Maju (food court). McDonald's & Old Town at next buildings. Major shopping attractions are in Bukit Bintang, 1-Utama, MidValley megaMalls etc. Best-Value New Cosy Apartment Hotel--------Highly recommended. Must try!! :D

It's a small hotel yeah but who needs a big one I mean as a traveller we'll spend most of our days outside. We're so happy bout the room service! Change of bedsheets and towels everyday.. Replenish tissues and coffee soaps and clean the floor! Woww! Location is nice few minutes walk to lrt and ktm train..rl rapid bus stops infront of the hotel itself near restaurants and yet a very quiet place to stay! The wifi is fast and the best thing that happened is when we needed assistance on printing my fiancé's visa the receptionist did it for us for free! I would highly recommend this hotel as it is still new and not overrated! Thanks Canary for the good stay!!!

Within walking distance to Medan Tuanku monorail station and Dang Wangi lrt station. Parking is available in front of the hotel but limited. Safety could be an issue as this area isn't that safe actually. Basic in-room amenities are provided - toothbrush/paste, shaver, shower foam, shampoo, soap, shower cap, towels, bathrobe, hairdryer, slippers, wifi, mini bar, tv., separate toilet, shower and sinki. Water pressure at 2nd flr is very weak. There's no fridge. Elevator works well. Wall is thin. U can basically hear whats goin on in the room if u walk along the corridor. U can hear musics and noise from the clubs nearby. Room & hotel deco is urban look and looks pretty neat. Room size is considered reasonabe for 2pax with 1kid. Room safety is acceptable. Door lock and access card availabe. Breakfast is provided.

Recommended to all traveller to stay in this hotel. Very safe and clean. When we walk in to this hotel....the smell is very nice. Very near to LRT Masjid Jamek just 3 minute walk. Iron board and iron is available in the room. The hotel is very comfortable and will come again. The hotel is also really safe for solo traveller exspecially woman traveller. Recommended purchase in the agoda rather to walk in because the price is really cheap if u buy it online. Like my room...i got for RM57 instinct of RM109. Recommended to stay in this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city - A walking distance from the LRT Jamek Mosque and to the oldest parts of KL and some historical attractions. This place is known for Indian enclave whereby lots of shops and restaurants are just around every corner. The hotel was nice, cheap and clean. Housekeeping came everyday. The only criticism would be about internet. It didn't work out at all. Seem like its been an issue to many places I have been to!

We had a very good stay at Frenz Hotel. It is very near with the train station (Bandaraya) and a mall is located nearby(Sogo Mall). Food was not a problem since a lot of good restaurants is also near as well as the street food famous Jalan Alor and Kampung Baru on just few stations away. One thing we didn't like about the hotel was the air-conditioning unit which doesn't have a proper drainage but you can ask them to clean up your room and fix the air-conditioned. The hotel was kind for an hour late check out and the receptionist was very helpful in regards with our needs and answering our questions. The hotel is very budget- friendly thus giving you the most of what you paid for. We will definitely be back and suggest it to friends. Thanks!

Great spacious rooms for a family with young kids. Our room was quite new. Super friendly staff. The hotel is in the Pakistanian dostrict. Lots of fabric and clothes stores around. Some delicious eateries around. Merdeka square is a walking distance. Different train stations are close by. If you go to Batu Caves a train station is 7 min away. Great value. Will stay here again.

It is good to stay for sleeping. Security situation is good as hotel is in front of the police station(box). I never expect to hotel service without sleeping. Internet is also very narrow to use but it is enough to use email. Agoda ask me about meal condition, how I can reply. I just check 3. It is covinience to take cheap food at hawkers with local people as my booking is without meal. My purpose to stay was seeing Merdeka events, specially parade. It is close to the place for Merdeka parade about 10 mimutes walk. I enjoyed Merdeka Eve with Malaysian till 1 am. I also found the cheapest shop in KL near hotel, where selling Indian products.
