"Masjid Jamek LRT station is two walks away. Two streets of Indian vegetarian cuisine behind, Petaling Street and little Burmese cluster also a stone's throw away. The little fold-out rack for basin laundry inside the double room was a very nice touch. Hotel staff were very chill and friendly. Do note if you're thinking of traveling to the hotel via the rail system with luggage in hand: while the station is very close by, the shophouse pavements are not on an even level, and there's a fair bit of stairs involved. There were also public pavement works during my stay, which complicates any zipping around on wheels."

"An interesting experience to stay in a outer space themed capsule hotel and the facilities and necessities at the hotel are suprisingly good. The bed is clean and comfortable as well. However, the location is a little bit walking distance from LRT station and the way to reach the hotel is quite unsafe and dark at night. The temperature of the shower is unstable so it is troublesome for me. Overall, a satisfying experience and will choose this hotel again if I am going to places around there."

"I’ll rate 11/10 if they allow me. First off, let’s start with the location. It is strategically located in the heart of chinatown, where food is abundant, just a stone throw away from petaling street and a short walk to the mrt/ lrt station. Plus you get to ride the free GoKL bus! Next, the facilities of the hostel. The hostel is equipped with A/C that turn on all day long that make your butt freeze like you’re in the Arctic but that’s okay because you’ll have that refreshing feeling when you return from a 36’c weather. When they say ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’, they weren’t kidding. Bread with various spread and healthy oats are provided-FREE! Staff of the hostel? Friendly, helpful, nice and make you feel welcome as you step into the main entrance! What more can I say? Not forgetting the hidden gem above the hostel. A quintessential drinking spot, Attic Bar to enjoy a night-view of Kuala Lumpur while sipping on the cocktail, served by the gorgeously-clad bartenders. I had only wanted to stay for a night or two but I extended my stay up to 3 weeks because this hostel just screams comfort (not a 4 star hotel sort) where travellers come together to connect and explore the beauty of Malaysia. Travelhub is not just a hostel, it is a place that brings people together. "

"I think it's quite a new hotel, run by Tamil staff. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideally situated close to LRT Pasar Seni, Central Market, Kasturi Walk, Jalan Petaling, etc. Not much character, but excellent value, clean, quiet and everything one needs. Great views over the city from window - National Mosque, etc. We booked 3 hotels in Malaysia on this trip, and Lavana was the best (the friendliest and and also the cheapest by a long way). One problem with all hotels was the snail-like Wifi, ironic as there are signs everywhere reading that Malaysia is getting up to speed, 500 Mbps - well, they have a long way to go, and that's compared to Lombok, where I live."
