"I like this hotel because it's cheap for the quality that they provided. The room is big with free mini bar's snacks and drinks. There are many power sockets everywhere so that I didn't have to worry about charging some of my gadgets. The design really suits my style. Everything made out of wood. Looks classic and elegant. You don't have to worry about car park, because you got one right in front of your door. And lastly, the place was really quite at night. The spaces between each houses is enough to isolate a noise from the neighbors."

Recall that they just launch its soft opening, they can raise a business hotel concept perfectly. Clean room, friendly staff, easy access and yummy food of course should be their strength to build a Horison image. Affordable but high class services. Well done Horison Ultima Malang!"

"Our first impression of Harris as we arrived was very pleasant because in order to reach the hotel we had to drive along the quiet green serene road. Our 3rd-floor-room was cozy with a spectacular view of the mountains, trees and swimming pool below. Very grateful that free Wifi was also available in the room though some time the connection was slow. However the wall interior had a visible spot of kid's pencil scribble and inside the hotel's guide book, these blemishes made the room felt dingy and not well maintained. We reported this right away to the receptionist so the staff wouldn't think it was our kids' doing. The swimming pool with the slide was fun, the Dino's Club was good for killing time for everyone before checking in as there was also free public Wifi for the parents along with creative activities for our kids, but too bad there was no kids' playground/play structure around for active kids. The restaurant that we chose for our luncheon was Ah Yat Chinese Restaurant, we had dim sum, it was excellent and tasty. The Harris staff was very friendly and helpful, except when we checked out the lady receptionist skipped my presence while helping another guest who came after us and stood beside me at the lobby counter. I told and asked her why but no reason was given. Just a word of advice for a better service at Harris, please appreciate guests who queued first at the lobby counter and know which one is the priority with courteous response and explanation. Overall it was an outstanding one night getaway in Malang."

"The hotel is a bit far from the city center but close to Batu and other nearby attractions like Hawaii water park and Malang Night Paradise. If you'd like to be in the city center, it's not really a good option because the traffic going to Malang city center is bad. But its good for transiting weather to the airport or to go out from the city."
