Amazing! We chose the Hilton because it was conveniently located across the road from the airport express terminal, and offered 5 star luxury. It did not disappoint. From when we first arrived off a 13 hr flight and ordered room service, we were amazed by the quality of the food, the huge portions and how cheap it was compared to Europe. The following morning, the breakfast buffet overwhelmed us - there were 9-10 food stations covering cuisine from Europe, Malaysia, India, China, Japan - and impeccable service. Later that night, we visited Chinatown (bad move!) and my wife had here purse stolen from her handbag. We didn't realise until we got back to the hotel - no problem, the concierge paid the taxi and passed the receipt to reception to charge back to our room - amazing! The excellent band, Silver Gypsies, playing the in the lobby got us back into the romantic mood with a playlist of love songs, as did the complimentary glass of Moet for my wife to help her get over the distress of being pick pocketed - big shout out to the lobby bar! The hotel pool complex was fantastic - the longest serpentine pool ever - with a fun water slide. When we checked out, we never touched our bags once - they were loaded into the courtesy van and we were whisked next door to the train station where a porter took them to airline checkin and we were booked on our flight and free to spend the rest of the day sightseeing. One tip - make sure you have everything you need for your flight beforehand - it all happened so fast we forgot to retrieve our warmer clothes for the flight! Also, the Hilton website is not very specific about how to get to the hotel - they advise you to get the airport train, but neglect to tell you what to do next - I had to make a call from the UK (three times - transferred to reservations, then concierge, finally to reception) to get the basic information to go up one level and follow the signs to the Hilton.

We had the best stay in Majestic Hotel KL in the first week in July. We stayed in two rooms with our children in one room, and my wife and I in the other. the hotel has two wings - the Colonial Majestic Wing is the original hotel with rooms and designs that harkens back to the nostalgia of the 1930s with its suites, art-deco furnishings, silver service and butlers; while the new Tower Wing is a thoroughly modern hotel with contemporary furnishings, facilities and mod-cons you find in any well appointed five star hotel. The two wings are directly connected and guests are free to wander between the various parts of the hotel. We stayed in the new Tower Wing. The customer service was exemplary, the breakfast buffet was delicious and splendid with seven different cuisines on offer, and the rooms were sumptuous with comfortable beds and a full-sized bathtub which was the central feature of the his & her bathroom. We spent our afternoons exploring the colonial wing of the hotel after a lazy breakfast. There are so many nooks and crannies in this hotel where you get the feeling of living in yester-year in places with names such as the library, the smoke house, the screening room, the drawing room, and the orchid conservatory. High Tea is a highlight of the hotel, and we enjoyed long afternoons in the Tea Lounge with English Scones served with Darjeeling or Earl Grey tea, along with sandwiches, cup cakes and meat pies. The staff in both the new wing and colonial wing were all friendly, and displayed levels of courtesy and service that made our stay all the more pleasant. Especially, Johnnie the barman at the Smoke House who took the time to help us view 1930s black & white classic movies. Located directly opposite the old Railway Station (itself a heritage building built in late 1800s in the neo-Moorish architecture style), and a 5 minute free hotel shuttle ride to the new Central Station(and the Nu Central Shopping Mall), the Majestic is smack bang in the old heart of

Overall I would stay here again for a short business hop. The food was exceptional and the room excellent - much better than many other 5 star hotels I've stayed in in KL, however I wasn't happy that my room looked straight into an office building (and vice versa), meaning I had to keep the blinds closed most of the time, as the building was very close! I could see people on conference calls and they could see me. I was also bothered by some room noise... the rooms are not well insulated from other rooms, so I could hear the TV from next door. In the end it was not bad enough to ask for another room (I was tired and I don't think it would have made much difference), but it is a bug bear of mine. If I had a light night or early rising neighbour... that could have been a bigger problem.

5-star service. All the staff were attentive and eager to assist. Location is perfect. Just cross the road and you are at NU Sentral Mall. A few feet away is KL Sentral Monorail. Cleanliness of the room is very good. Being a new hotel, everything is spick and span. Towels are new and fluffy. They diligently clean the room everyday (if staying more than a night) and replace all beddings, towels and toiletries everyday. Space is adequate. Small but that is a standard even in most hotels in the area. Bathroom is also tiny. However it is really pristine, no sign of molds and that is what is more important. There is a mini fridge and clothes rack. Cable only had local channels. Breakfast, though limited, is very tasty! They allow luggage storage if you plan to visit other places for a night or two. No complaints with this hotel. Highly recommended and we sure will be back.

So my friends and I booked a Deluxe Family Room. Regular rate is approximately USD45 (we were able to book it for $42 something) a night and everything was worth every penny! The location itself is great. There are two 24-hour convenience stores right outside the hotel . It's also right in front of a mall connected to KL Sentral (KL's transit hub, so easy access to trains, buses, taxis, etc.). The mall has a lot of food choices and shops, it's a great stroll during the night. The room itself is very spacious. I'm not sure if all of the rooms are since we were given the end-most room on the floor (room 210), but the space between the two double beds could still accommodate another double. The room is actually more spacious than the pictures in the ads. There were no closets but there was a decent-sized mirror with mounted hanger on the far corner of the wall so it doesn't look crowded. The best part was that there were outlets and light switches right beside the two beds so you can charge your gadgets even without getting out of the bed. The desk came with four complimentary water bottles and an electric water heater. The bathroom is quite small, but efficient and very clean. It came with a small sink, a decent-sized mirror, a bidet and a shower area; also came with complimentary toiletries, extra tissue rolls and a pair of bathroom slippers. The only drawback was that the shower area didn't have a curtain so there's a tendency for the shower water to splash everywhere and the bathroom door of our room was creaking loudly, we were afraid it would get unhinged. The WiFi connectivity is also good, especially since the router is mounted right outside our room. The LCD plasma we had in the room comes with a USB port so you can charge other gadgets there. The view outside the window is not very picturesque as it's technically right in front of a multi-story motorcycle parking lot but it wasn't a big deal since the curtains were big enough to obstruct the view. My party chose to stay here because, studio apartment! Bare in mind that this is also a residential building. So you won't get that holiday vibe bumping into people on their way to work in the morning. We also got a few looks when the kids in our group were a bit loud. We got the 2 bedroom suite which had just enough beds to fit us all but only a single bed was on the upper level so only one of us had the studio experience. We loved the kichenette. There's a microwave, water heater, toaster (bring bread for morning toasts! Or all day toasts), rice cooker, pans, porcelain dishes. But none of those instant coffee sachets like most local hotels so remember to BYO. The staff that handled our bookings were friendly enough, I hardly interacted with the building's staff at all. Just ask these guys anything, they will reply pretty quickly. Travel by train! Parking space is limited and I doubt they're legal or free.

The stay was above expectations. We have arrived early in the morning at 10 (we immediately got our room) Room was clean and neat! Dont forget to take your own USB movies in case you wish to play them you may use the TV to do so! Also in case you have no charger you may use the same TV USB To charge your phone from ;) Anyways, Nice room, great Bathroom Clean and neat all around. Location is the best from all, Train station is about a minute of walk, where several food courts are available, also a mall is opened till 10 pm on the other side of the station. The hotel is just besides HILTON at the KL Sentral station. 5 stops away is the Petronas Twin tower with LRT, that is a ride must take as well. Staff of hotel is helpful and it really deserves the 5 stars. WE have taken the cab in and the train out, but should have only consider the train (relevantly shorter ride (only 30 minutes) whereas the cab is double the time, and cabs in KL seemingly are wobbly and shaky, not good suspension. All in all I reccomend it to everybody for staying in KL, have stayed before in several venues but this one is the best. Oh the Pool side is amazing with its bar and little outdoor garden worth trying it, very nicely done. Enjoy your stays

Location was great - just 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral railway Station and amongst many good restaurants. The size of the room, by Asian standards, was good, and had many inclusions other hotels in this price range don't offer - 2 bottles of water per day, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, cable TV (though only one English language station), good sized bathroom, comfy bed, etc. Hotel and room were clean, staff was friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 7 nights, probably longer than most people, as it seems like a "transit hotel" where people usually stay for 1 or 2 nights. Considering how inexpensive this hotel was (and it is rated as a 2-star hotel), I was actually really impressed by every aspect. The staff are all extremely friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. Everything functioned well in the room: The safe was a decent size, it fit all my valuables including laptop comfortably; no issues with electricity, lighting, or fan/AC; the toilet, shower, and sink were all clean, good water pressure; bed linens were clean and comfortable. I asked for an iron and ironing board on my second day at the front desk and it was brought to my room immediately, and I was able to keep it there for the whole week. The location is amazing, about a 5 min walk from Nu Sentral (a new mall which is connected to KL Sentral, which is the main hub for public transportation in the city). It was fast and easy to get anywhere in KL. I came back most nights at 1 or 2am and I felt safe in the neighbourhood, it's always quite busy on the road, even very late. I added a very small additional fee to my room in order to have access to the breakfast buffet. It was worth it. The food is by no means gourmet, but it was a perfectly adequate breakfast. I had fried rice, noodles, seafood dumpling, chicken nuggets, fried egg, a bowl of fresh fruit (pineapple and watermelon), and juice every morning. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay somewhere clean, safe, convenient, and they don't have a large budget. I spent about $40 CAD a night (you can do your respective conversions), and this is certainly among the best hotels in KL for that price. I will definitely be coming back here again.

This hotel was located in a great place although the surrounding area was a bit dirty. The railway station (KL Sentral) which is the hub of the railway system is only minutes walk from the hotel. Buses and taxis are also plentiful in this area. Trains are so cheap in Malaysia except the airport train. As stated before, the are surrounding the hotel was dirty, especially behind the hotel. The rooms were small, a little bit worn, but were comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the safe boxes were in the Lobby. The aircon was quiet and efficient, and the TV which was a small flat screen had a very limited choice of channels. There was no wardrobe in the room, but some coat hangers were supplied. The bathroom was ok, and the shower in my room was good. The shower head in my friends room needed replacing. The placement of the toilet roll holder was directly behind the seat, which meant either plan your toilet paper usage and get it out before sitting down or learning how to twist yourself around 180 degrees to get the paper. The towels were white and clean and only liquid soap was supplied. The staff were and helpful, and the lift worked well. Some of the comments I have made may not sound to be positive, but you have to remember that the price I paid was quite low for Kuala Lumpur, and the location was great for transport. This hotel is recommended for budget travellers only

Located at Jln Tun Sanbathan, its a 'Little India' of Malaysia. Hotel considered Good since still looks new & Cheap with 3 single beds in a Triple room. Available for check-in after 2pm but must check-out before 12pm. Wifi with strong signal available easily on every floor & Restaurant. Window viewing is limited by opposite shop-floor building but no issue since window curtains are CLOSE at all times & we hardly spend much time in the room. Wall-mounted 26inch LCD TV is too small for a triple room, at least we are expecting 32 inch LCD TV. 'Soft-Noise' can be heard at Night from surrounding Hotel area such as shoutings & vehicle traffic but don't be bother since entire family still can sleep well in those conditions. Hotel is convenient since its 5mins walk to Sentral Monorail stn & 8mins walk to Sentral LRT/Train Station. Also, taxi stand & bus stand available at opposite Hotel Daily Breakfast appropriate since its available next door at OLD TOWN COFFEE restaurant but food & drink sets given can get bored easily if stay longer den 2 nights. Alternatively, surrounding area had many restaurants & varieties of food to eat. Highly recommended for budget travellers.

This is a great hotel to book if you are under budget. It is a great value for money. The staff is very friendly and they allowed me to leave my bags at reception, even after check out they allowed me to leave me bags. The friendly lady at the reception even printed for me my boarding pass. My view was very bad, it was a roof of an old building. They were busy with painting work in front of the hotel, but that didn't cause any issues. The breakfast was great, even though it had limited options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Prescott Hotel

The hotel is new and clean with modern design. Located in little india area. The environment is not so clean, but it really safe even for single women traveller like me (ignore my account name^^). The Indian people is very nice. From KL sentral station go to NU sentral mall, and follow the way to the monorail entrance, down the escalator, walk about 5 menit and you’re there(you can see the building a little from the mall near monorail entrance). Surrounded by Indian, Chinese and some of malayan restoran, coin laundry, telecomunication counter, and convenience store. Room condition just like agoda photo. A little bit small but OK with me. The receptionist is good and helpfull. They help me check in early and help me to get the same room to extend even in the peak seasons during Christmas holiday. Message for management/owner : invest a little to build glass partition in the bathroom to avoid the water spread all over when we’re taking a bath, and you’ll be EXCELLENT HOTEL!.

Cons- rooms we had was small, me and my husband bumped each other and got limited space to put our bags and things. Anyway it was hari raya so most of the big room was occupied.Tv has few channels and we hear noise along hallway but that was noisy guest that the hotel cant controll PROS. Room was clean and comfy. Has the necessary amenities. Towel changed every day. We leave the bed messed up and came back with beddings neatly done. Shower and toilet is clean, functioning hot and cold shower. Soap smell nice! Not the typical soap scent in hotel, wifi connection is fast and signal is excellent. Staff are warm and helpful specially the guy who is doing room service, he cleaned our room everyday during our 1 week stay and none of our things gone missing. Honest staff. We will stay again in this hotel and will book a bigger room.

this is a pretty new hotel and very close to the parent hotel my hotel @ sentral it offers most of the amenities a budget traveler will need .. reasonably priced close to the monorail "tun sambanthan station is 10 minutes away by foot" and is walking distance to kl sentral . the staff were polite and efficient check in and check out was a breeze ...stayed for 3 nights and was rewarded buy lovely sleep and amazing hot showers ..clean rooms and corridors..local food stalls right across the street...and yes free wifi in the rooms ..tv with limited cable we had star movies ,espn , and bbc world news.no toiletries provided other than soap ...coffee maker and 2 bottles of water everyday. highly recommend this hotel

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

This hotel is considered relatively cheap by the standard of KL living cost. The location is exceptional, its just walking distance away from KL Sentral, giving plenty options for interchanging of railway, LRT, MRT and monorail network...Probably a little bit quiet as its kind of hidden in a small street so be more vigilant if you are coming back at night, but still great service and hotel to stay

pretty basic, clean & cheap room. some reviews mentioned about noise. I didn't heard anything but there is a karaoke building next to this hotel. originally we thought M&M and double M is the same hotel, but found out that they own by same owner just different location. M&M has a better location eg. closer to the station & located on a quiet street so that it's easier for someone to stop their car if you expect visitors to pick you up.

This hotel is very close to KL Sentral. It is supposed to be walking distance if you can find the way. I could not so I had to get a taxi but it took only 2-3 mins. The hotel staff told me there is a way to walk to KL Sentral station in 5-10 mins. This is really more like a serviced apartments than a hotel as my room had a full kitchen, a sofa area, a desk area as well as the bathroom and sleeping area. The room was quite large and the bed was a king-size double bed. I only stayed for one night but it would’ve been comfortable to stay there for a week. There is no restaurant but breakfast is served at the café in the next building which is connected on the fifth floor. On the same floor in the Ascott building there is a nice swimming pool and a small gym as well as a washer and dryer laundry room.

Nice hotel with very affordable price. Since this is new hotel..I guess, the condition looks good, air condition was cold enough. Nice bathroom. 2 things can be improved firther : 1) The hotel name wasn't located in the GPS..have to ask around before reaching the Hotel. Hope can improve on this. 2) Since this is brickfield, you can't expect easy access to Malay restaurant except 1 at the back of the building. However, if you're coming by your own transport, this shouldn't be a problem. Overall, this is a hotel which I would recommend to anybody...any couple or any family with medium income to stay.

First of all, I have a doubt staying in the hostel (especially in city center. My mind was it would be dirty and noisy). But when the first day I enter the Hostel, the atmosphere is different. Friendly staff and Clean. I found mineral water in the room. The bed like in 3 star hotel. The tidy up your room every morning. You get free delicious breakfast. Especially, just only 5 minutes walk from KL Sentral Station. I recommended to all my friends (and you also) who wants to visit Kuala Lumpur. You get the best service with amazing price

The staff were very friendly. They were respectful (2 male Bangladesh and 1 female Malaysian). The room was cleaned everyday. Linens were changed. Purified water ( 1 liter per day) to each occupants (we're 3), soap and shampoo, toilet paper were provided. There was an elevator. There was a hair blower inside of the room and an iron outside to press clothes... And the last but not the least is the location is situated near the mrt stations ( all routes) and adjacent to very cheap food outlets/malls plus laundrynette within 15 meters away from this hotel. We're very much satisfied. It's cheap. No negative feedbacks. All are positive.

I was checked in for 3 nights and it was great. I don't have any complains. There's free drinking water, free shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping everyday. One thing I noticed before booking this hotel is that people complained about the noise, sure. The walls are definitely thin, I could hear my neighbors fighting in the next room but, its fair for the price they offer. I have had my fair share of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars hotels so don't look for luxury when you're paying for a budget hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was imagining that I saw on the pictures, they gave me something better. It was spacious. Security-wise it is pretty safe. They have the key card that specifically takes you to your floor and no where else. So if say, you want to go to another floor, you can't. It's gonna be your floor then the lobby. That's pretty safe to avoid anyone breaking in. Location-wise, it's right in front of NU sentral mall which is also connected to the KL Sentral station. We took a train from JB to KL Sentral and walked to the hotel. 10 minutes. Or maybe less. I went to Petronas Tower thru KL Sentral so it's pretty convenient when you're a solo traveller because the mrt is right there. Going to the airport is no problem as well. The bus that will take you directly to KLIA/KLIA2 is right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street via the skywalk then walk in front, 5 minutes. I guess that's where you will drop off as well if you enter KL via plane. One thing, I'd like to have though is food service. At least have chips or microwavable food available. There's a 7/11 down the street but at 3am when you get hungry, it would be much better if you can just call and order from them. So that's it, loved my stay there, I don't know yet if KL is on my travel plans in the next years but i will definitely recommend Hotel Westree to friends and family and if ever I come back, will definitely stay here.

The Sun Inns is the best 2-star hotel you can find in KL Sentral for under 100 ringgit. The queen size bed is the most comfortable for any around, the shower is fair, the rooms are clean, and, unlike most places around, the WiFi is fantastic! To me, that is just about all I need. So I'll continue to return to Sun Inns like I've been doing for a long time now. (Tip: take a train or bus from KLIA to KL Sentral, and use uber to get from the station to the Hotel. It's only a half-kilometer or so, but Uber doesn't charge a minimum fare, so the trip will only cost you 3-4 ringgit, and save you a sweaty walk with luggage. :) )

This was a pleasant surprise. I read some reviews about the internet not being that good and the food choices being limited. However, I've concluded they are just too picky. I was quite shocked to see how nice the rooms were; at least my room. Totally remodeled. Friendly staff. Food in the area was great (to me). I like eating local culture foods. This hotel is in Little India meaning most of the restaurants cater to Indian tastes. I thought the food was great. There's only one Chinese restaurant two blocks away that opens only at night. I'm planning to return next year if my schedule permits.

Totally no bad point I give. I had experienced a terrible hotel in KL before I stayed this awesome hotel. Even though the rate I give here comes from the comparison with the last bad hotel, I as a Japanese felt Royce hotel itself was very nice. E.g affordable, clean, great facilities, kind staff (speaking English nice), comprementary massage (maybe limited service) Anyway from my idea you can't expect a nice view from any room. I think this hotel is good for young coulple or friends or business persons.

The staff are amazing..I'm not sure the indian lady name in front desk are really good heart person and really take care about customer. I not really support the zen room because in middle of night I went to this hotel n they said its fully booked and my paid room not available. I don't know what to do and i have to stay out all night and sat near road. I felt really terrified.In same time not agoda company really helpful with their policy because they more bias to zen room management not customer friendly. I not blame agoda staff because some are really good and they try their level best to get some solution.Appreciate the agoda customer service stuff at least they try. But as usual they said nothing much can do because the zen room not agree and they only offer for bad quality hotel as replacement or get refund. I felt really unfair because not my fault which I booked and paid earlier. Luckily I booked the next day too.hotel staff so kind allow me early check in.. I missed interview
