Awesome hotel. Truly a 5-star experience. Unbeknownst to me... I had dropped off my wife at the ground floor for her to check in first. I then proceeded to park my car in the basement - I was then greeted at the ground floor by one of the hotel personnel leading me to the elevator which leads me to the lobby - almost to quickly I was already on the 39th floor in less than 30 seconds! The elevator was super quick and the front desk staff was friendly upon check in. We were given chocolate treats as part of Mother's day celebration 2018 as well. The room was super-fine. Clean as ever and all amenities are provided - there was even a list of stuff we could take home to enjoy! The pool area was awesome - there was a bar in which waiters would approach you and asked if you needed a drink or something in a waterproof menu! How cool is that? The kids too had their share of fun as the hotel provided some floats and some swimming gear for the kids to play around with. I'd definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Concorde, room large and staff kept it very clean, great location close to twin towers(walking distance), excellent breakfast, we travelled with an 11 month baby and hotel staff were very helpfull. Used staff to book transfer back to airport trip is 70klms cost was 170ringot ($57 australian)very cheap taxis at KL make sure you use the meter taxis, would definately stay there again, we really enjoyed our 3 days at the Concorde

Very happy with our stay - we had a paradise cabana by the pool the four poster bed was huge and v comfortable! The TV had plenty of channels to choose from. We ate in the hotel on the second night of our stay and had there buffet - and it has to be the best meal we had in KL! There was lots of choice and you choice fresh meats and seafoods to be bbq in front of you - really really friendly staff and great food service. It is one of the older hotels but considering its only a 4 star its a lot better than the 5 star Istana by a long way! Well recommended!

Great breakfast! Great buffet dinner! Very helpful staffs, very courteous and very very polite!! Excellent cleanliness!!The best hotel I've ever visited in Kuala Lumpur. Better services compare to Singapore's hotels. I remember the lady during the buffet dinner. She was very polite. Very accommodating. She deserves recognition. I talked to her while paying my dinner bill. I forgot her name. She was wearing spectacle. However I commend all your staffs. The reception ladies who met and greeted me and assisted me to check in. I commend the bell boy who carried my luggage to the room on 23 Sept. Those also assigned in the security check, they very courteous and polite. You usherettes and ushers they always greet all the people. They deserve recognition. Also your staffs during dinner and breakfast are also deserve recognition. Very clean. Your hotel is the best. I've been to number of 5 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Shangri-La is the best among them. Worth for money! You have best staffs.

Very impressed with the Pacific Regency. We stayed here for two weeks in November and will be going back next year. We had an executive room which was large and very clean. I would say its a good 4 star, not really a 5 star like the Meridien or Intercontinental. The rooms are a big plus point here compared to any other hotel I have stayed in. There was a good sized kitchen area, a big lounge and a big bedroom. The bathroom was very big and it had the biggest shower I have ever seen. The housekeepng came every day and cleaned the room very well. Full sized fridge and plates etc were supplied. The restaurant Soi 23 was excellent, we had the best Thai food in KL at Soi 23. It was also very reasonably priced and the service was very good.The hotel security was very reassuring, two guards at the front door was good to see.The hotel is a quiet street and its about 15 minutes walk to get anywhere, not to much of a problem as a Taxi was about £2 to £3 to get into the centre of town. the Monorail is about 15 minutes walk at least. The hotel do not provide a shuttle bus into town which I think they should.Taxis are easy to get from the front of the hotel, didnt have any problems. Its 150 RM to get to the airport. Hotel is highly recommended. There is a on site launderette which came in handy.About £4 for a wash and dry for a large load.

After reading the reviews, I choosed this hotel for my family short trip in KL. Booked a 3 Bedroom Premier Suite, requested for high floor and a baby cot which was given to us. The room was spacious for big family (4 Adult 6 Children) and even had room for the kids to run around playing hide and seek. Every room had prayer mat. Loved the facilities here, the swimming pool (we had a great time with the kids), sauna and not to forget the self service laundry. We tried the breakfast at the hotel. There was alot of choices but the best was the pastry! Would like to compliment the lady staff manning the lobby cafe, the lady manning the mini shop and also one of the guy from the Binjai restaurant who attended to us for IRD (Room 2506). All 3 staff was exceptional and friendly. Downside is that we had problems with thr elevator or keycards. Not once but many times. We were stuck in the lift on our 1st night for quite some time till we had to wait for the lift to go down back to lobby. Very frustrating. Receptionist wasnt very helpful till we had to request the lady to come and follow us to the lift. We observed that this issue happen when using the 1st lift on the left. It is not only us having this issue. You guys might want to check on this. Just to add on, from checking in, mid and out, the receptionist staff esp the ladies wasnt welcoming. Need to improve on this. Overall our family loved our stay here..except for the elevator and we will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

We had an amazing stay for two nights. The hotel is located just behind Renaissance. The service was superb. The one-bedroom suite we booked were spotless clean. It was huge. The best thing was, one-bedroom suite has a huge ensuite bathroom and seperate vanity area and also one guest toilet Outside, near the kitchen area. View was amazing too. I got full view of the twin tower on lvl 6. The pool area has children pool as well with water slides and colorful small balls for the kids pleasure. There was Jacuzzi as well. Also a playground for kids and indoor play area for toddlers. A very relaxing place indeed. Location was good, walking distance to shopping malls. We got complimentary parking lot as well. The security was good around the hotel.

It was a real pleasure to stay at the MO. The service was impeccable, the staff very professional and kind, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was really excellent. Any question, or request we had were immediately answered to by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was the view from the room, we booked the room with the tower view, but it is very close to the towers and they were not lit so we were really surrounded by buildings and skyscrapers (the pictures shown on the website are not accurate). Otherwise it was a great experience. If we ever return to Kuala Lumpur, MO will be our first hotel choice!

From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

We were a bit worried when we booked this hotel since previous reviews have not been so good. But we had a positive surprise! It is of course still a 5-star hotel (stars have nothing to do with how new the hotel is) with all services that a good hotel offers: restaurants, bars, swimming pool, fitness center etc. The hotel has a sky bar on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the PETRONAS Towers and the Menara TV tower. The sky bar offers free coffee / tea with cookies every night between 9 and 11 PM. The rooms are big and spacious. We asked for a room high up (got one at level 16) with King-Size Bed and a view of PETRONAS Towers. We got everything we asked for. Yes, if you look closely you can see that the hotel is a bit old, but it was still very clean and nothing was broken in our room. They do not yet have flat screen TV:s, which nowadays feel a bit strange, but they do have a fast internet connection. The location is good. There is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Monorailstation and/or to PETRONAS Towers and the KLCC subway station. The Suria KLCC shopping center at PETRONAS Towers is the best we have visited (and we visited a lot!) offering both very expensive brands and more "normal-priced" brands such as GAP, Esprit, Nike etc. The KLCC park behind the towers is absolutely beautiful. Once you are at the PETRONAS Towers, you can also take the airconditioned skybridge from the Convention Center which takes you all the way down to Bukit Bintang, where there are more shopping centers and a lot of restaurants. All-in-all it is a 25 minute walk from the Maya hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights mid year and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and modern and the breakfast simply amazing! Stayed at many 5 star properties around the world and this was one of the best breakfasts ever. It was quite cheap too The only shortfall i would say would be the location. Having previously stayed at Traders which is right next to Suria KLCC and Pavillion, Hilton is a tad far from the centre, esp if you enjoy having a casual stroll to the shops. A taxi is only a 5 minutes ride however if you wanted to walk out and about, theres not really anything around. But overall, very happy with the hotel and their service.

We booked an executive room but was upgraded to a suite (thank you Novotel kuala lumpur). The room was modern and we couldn't find any fault with it. At first before arriving I was nervous from Reading some negative reviews but I guess those guest Were placed in rooms that have not been refurbished. Novotel at Kia Peng road is very well located. Less than a minute away is a pedestrian bridge that connects you to the pavilion mall (2 mins)and klcc (10-15 mins). We didn't get to try the restaurants or room service because the pavillion has a wide range of restaurants and a huge food court. I've stayed at various hotels in kl before but find the Novotel to be one The best in terms of location. The room was also much better compared to the overpriced Dorsett hotel. The only drawback was the wifi in the room was only for one.

I was very happy with this hotel, great location as it was only up the street from The Thai Embassy. 7 Eleven across the road and Domino's! The Petronas Twin Towers and the train station wasn't too far away. Rather surprised for a Four Star hotel that they didn't have red wine! One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was for The Shuttle Service which was only one way from the hotel to 3 or 4 stops and NOT TO THE AIRPORT. I queried this and was told that the customer needs to check with the hotel first! I have never heard the likes of this before! Why would one check the hotel first? I suggest as they advertise their Shuttle Service specifying the restrictions! I have never heard of this before and I use hotels with A Shuttle Service all the time! I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness as the floor was dirty!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Chulan which had been recommended by a work colleague who stays there regularly. We had booked a Deluxe with Breakfast and was initially provided with a room for smokers. We asked for non-smoking and were upgraded to a suite. The extra space, separate living area, kitchenette and large balcony to sit out on at the end of a day of sightseeing was fabulous and I'd happily book this style accommodation in future at the Royal Chulan and recommend it to others. Porters, Reception and Dining area staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean. A good 15+ minute walk to KLCC Park and Suria Shopping Centre that includes Petronas Towers, 10 minute walk to the large Pavillion shopping complex. There's a short cut out the back of the hotel to get to Bintang Rd and Pavillion maybe a bit quicker. The only negative is that its a good 10+ min walk to the nearest light train and mono rail. I'd rate this hotel as probably one of the cleanest and best value hotels I've stayed in throughout Asia and probably anywhere else for that matter.

I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

Stayed at this hotel with my Mom for 3 nights. At first this hotel was chosen in the internet because of its amazing outdoor pool with a magnificent view on the famous twin towers - Petronas. When we arrived there late in the evening the staff at the reception was very welcoming. The room wasn’t very luxurious and a bit old but nice and cozy enough, also with a view on the Petronas towers which is very beautiful at night. We had some problems with the AC and toilet but both were fixed in a short time. The buffet breakfast offered quite a variety of tasty food and fruits and delicious cakes, and we enjoyed nice and peaceful relaxing atmosphere of the place. We were very pleased with the work of concierge Aoran. He did more than just a perfect work. Every request was fulfilled in the best way, and everything arranged in a timely manner with no delays. The location of the hotel also was very convenient. It took us only about 5-10 min walk to the Petronas towers. And several big shopping malls are also within a walking distance. There is a Monorail station just across the road from the hotel! Which is veeeery convenient when you go shopping in those malls and need to get back with a lot of shopping bags, the tickets for Monorail are really cheap. It’s also a fast and cheap way to get to the other places of KL and to watch the city around through the windows. We used it to get to the Birds Park (which is up to the last station, and then took a taxi from there to the park itself). The hotel also has Mandala Spa located in there, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it. But I know it’s very famous so next time I’m sure to stay at this very hotel and use the Spa packages.

I visited with my father and my grandmother and we decided to stay in an apartment with 2 rooms. The photos displayed on their website accurately depicts what you get unlike some other hotel websites. The design of the apartment was done very well and you can definitely tell there's constant maintenance and renovations. The daily servicing of our apartment was done promptly and with great efficiency. The breakfast though is not the best but it also depends on your taste and where you're from. The location is in the centre of KLCC which is where the business district is. We didn't end up catching the public transport much so I can't comment on the accessibility for public transport. It is right next to the Petronas Twin Towers so you can easily visit that attraction. You can also visit the Aquaria very easily as well. There is also a Suria KLCC where you can do your shopping ranging from high end brands to normal everyday brands. However, you will find things more expensive here. You're better off taking a taxi or transport to other shopping malls where you can get better bargain. Overall, I thought my stay was amazing and I wish I stayed longer. The location is amazing and the apartment itself was amazing. I'd definitely recommend it if you're travelling with a family. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was a last minute decision to book the hotel and found the location very convenient with LRT right outside and you can literally walk 10 minutes to KLCC. The breakfast was not that wide a spread but they had all the essential brekkie stuffs. Encountered a crawlie which appeared on the table and promptly informed the staff who apologised and moved us immediately. Restaurant Manager Mohd Robae waited for us to finish our breakfast before personally attending to us to apologised about the incident. Although I said it was ok he was really concerned. This gesture was followed by a plate of fruits and a personal card from him again apologising about that incident. This is the BEST service I have received and am greatly impressed with the gestures by Mohd Robae. 10 stars. Hotel room was big, big comfy bed very comfortable and business served. Will definitely come again. Especially for the location... out of the city but nearly.

Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. We came here and stayed over a week after searching Agoda for a hotel we could afford that didn't have a lot of negative reviews - it was a difficult task!! Hotel Maluri was the one we chose. It is slightly out of town, but only 10R taxi ride to KLCC. The hotel concierge was not reliable for taxis....just walk a few meters down the road and flag a taximeter. The hotel is a bit Muslim oriented, but in no way is this a negative. You can't order alcohol in the restaurant, but you can at the nice poolside tables, where you can also smoke. The restaurant food is reasonably priced and of high quality for the price, but the menu gets a bit samey after a long stay. There are many cheap eateries in the adjacent commercial block, and you can have Dominos and Macs delivered in. Our first room was a bit noisy from the aircon, when we extended our stay we asked for another room - no problem. Breakfast fine, but choice asian/muslim oriented. Wifi expensive, which is a shame, but Celcom mobile phone 3g access is cheap in KL. I connected my Laptop to the very nice wall mounted TV and we enjoyed many movies. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, Room service food available to 10-30 again very reasonable by UK standards. Each room has a small fridge which you can stock from the local shops. Bathrooms totally acceptable, bathtub a bit small, shower fine, hot water a bit patchy, but was not needed. Tea and coffee facilities very nice, ignore the card saying extra supplies at a cost, and intercept the room maids who are very nice....but don't take advantage!! Tip them. Rooms have heavy curtains and parquet wood floors - very clean. Only expect a 1 in 4 chance of a view!! The views range from not so nice street to nice trees to petronas towers. They haven't invented a one sided hotel yet!! Can't think of anything else....enjoy your stay.

The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

I stayed at Super Twin Room on 2nd-3rd December 2018. My reviews are as follows: 1.Have their own car park. Even a high star hotel don't have their own car park especially the hotel at Jalan Tun Razak. 2. One building has everything such as KFC, bowling, swimming pool and playground for kids. 3. Room with extra space for pray, pantry, tea table, aircond and tv. 4. Free breakfast (local menu). 5. Cheap price with the aforementioned facilities, kau nak apa lagi duduk le diam2.. :)

the hotel staff was polite and show a deciseve willingness to help guest solving their own problems and preocupations. the room was clean and the service good. one negative note for agoda tough. unlike all the other guests, we were not entitled to receive the daily newspaper because our booking had been made through agoda and not directly. that's a shame for agoda isn't it? i dare suggesting agoda to do something to change this negative mark. everything else is ok. i booked hotels through agoda in the last two month (june&july) and i dint's regret. i'll keep on using agoa's services in the future.

Had seen some pictures of apartment before booking and also read reviews before booking. The apartment we had 2106 was better than expected large lounge/dinning room, separate kitchen area with hob, fridge, and washing machine. Bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with a 3/4 length window overlooking city (good job we were on 21st floor). But with the glass being smoked nobody can see in (lol). When you take into account that an average hotel room will cost about the same this is far better option, with the advantage that if you wish to cook you have the facilities. All in all this was probably one of the best choices we made on our recent trip to KL. Extremely good value for money. Hotel staff? well they were very helpful at all times and very polite. I'd recommend the Somerset to anyone visiting KL. One downside (not hotels fault) breakfast is provided by a local restaurant. Good food but not enough crookery or cutlery. (we were there on a public holiday weekend so that may explain the shortage. Food was of an acceptable standard though.

Landed early in Kuala Lumpur and the hotel was able to check me in early. Went up for breakfast and I have to say that was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel breakfast. It is set up as a continental (mostly) buffet and you chose one hot mains from the menu. They bring over a very delicious bread platter (a few croissants and breads) and your juice and coffee. The breakfast staff are always around and are very courteous, ready to instantly fill up your juice, water or tea/coffee. I plan to have breakfast (and meetings) there even if not staying at the Ritz. The room, Executive Deluxe, is quite large and has a sofa, coffee table and chair on one end by the TV and the bed in the other end of the room. Separately, there is a small room where the work desk sits, which I very much appreciated. The bathroom is nice with separate bath and shower. There is also a butler to sort you out should you need anything in the room. It's more of a smaller boutique 5 star than a massive hotel which is rather impersonal. I experienced this during breakfast and interactions with the butler. Thoroughly recommend.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I’m returning again 2019. Highly recommend to booked the CLUB room ie Club Deluxe, Club premier, Club Executive or suites room. These room types entitled you to club lounge access which has afternoon snacks from 3:30pm and evening cocktails from 5:30pm. 90% of the staff here are amazing! 99% of the staff here can speak good English. One negative point but not important is the guys at the bridge section could be more friendlier, maybe standing at that post all day long can get pretty boring I can imagine. I read bad reviews written by previous guests about this hotel but in all seriousness this hotel is not that bad to what people says. You paid for what you get and some people will never be happy no matter what you do, I have stay over hundreds of hotels and consider that this hotel is only rated as 4 stars in my opinion would top (even better) than some of the 5 stars branded name hotels such as Hilton, Stamford even the Sheraton. If you haven’t heard of Grab, download and setup Grab before you get here. Grab is another form of Uber. It’s very convenience and cheap to get all over KL.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
