"I think there is not much to say except that I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I've been to worse 5-star hotels! Nothing to complain about, the restaurant downstairs was really good, live band just nice (not too loud). Too chilly to swim when I was there so didn't try the pool but it definitely looked nice. The staff is really nice as they went out of their way to try to please us. Beware of taxis in Malang: they're impossible to find! Anyway, great hotel. Would love to come back."

"A very pleasant stay. Staffs are friendly. We asked them the best way to get to Taman Safari and Mount Bromo. They suggested few options including their tour package without trying hard to sell them. We ended up taking their package. Location is strategic. However wifi is not available upstairs."
