"Room is small (18 sqm) but very clean, since this hotel just opened in December 2016. Majid Jamek LRT station is just around the corner, so it's very convenient to go to Bukit Bintang, KLCC, KL Sentral or to the airport. Merdeka square, Petaling street and Central Market all are within walking distance. No room service, not sure if there is even a restaurant inside the hotel, since I could not find any info about it in the hotel guide in the room. But there are KFC, McDonald's, and Burger King just outside this hotel. Or you can get on the LRT and go to Bukit Bintang nearby and eat at the Pavilion, which I did. No gym yet, though they say it is coming. So I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star one as they advertise, but for a good clean place to sleep at a very convenient location to go to just about anywhere in KL, this hotel is recommended. "

"It was great! I would definitely return here. We checked-in during the night and the staff was still very welcoming. We just booked one room even though there were 3 of us, and they did not charge us any extra. The bathroom is good with basic amenities, and the whole room was small but clean and well-decorated. It also has a good location since fastfood chains are just outside, and it's walking-distance to the train. You can also just walk to Merdeka Square, so it's near to the center, but not too near so it's still not too crowded. The only downside I guess was the presence of only one socket in the room. But then, you can just bring an extension cord. Overall, I really really recommend this place! I would surely come back!"

"We checked in late at around 2-3am but that was no problem because the receptionist and bellboy were wide awake and expecting us. We stayed in room 719, a standard room at the seventh floor. The room was spacious but there was no refrigerator. There was free wifi internet connection but only one device/gadget can access at one time because the signal was weak. The rest room was clean but there was no divider in the shower area so the water spills to the entire toilet area when a person showers. The place is very convenient for public transport. Central Market, shopping area for souvenirs, is just across the hotel. Kasturi Walk where there are a lot of shops, local eateries and money changers are located is also just across the hotel. There's a 7-11 convenience store in front of the hotel. Chinatown is a few blocks away (where there are a lot of guesthouses and bars). Merdeka Square,a tourist spot where the KL Gallery is located is a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, this is a great hotel for those with a tight budget. Worth every cent/Ringgit you pay for!"

"Thank you to the staff for making our two nights in KL special:) The location couldn't be better: we walked to the TV-tower and the Petronas skyscrapers, to Merdeka square and Madjid Jamek, explored the botanical garden and the national mosque, the China town and the central market - all near! We appreciated the hollywood-bollywood design, everything we needed was in the room: a great hot shower with complimetary toiletries and snow-white towels, a wardrobe, a safe, a fridge and everything for you enjoy a cup of tea by yourself;) The beds are great and the linen is of much higher quality than in a hotel we stayed at before. It's probably not the newest hotel, but everything is decent, breakfast is amazing as well, we do recommend;)"

"I booked the standard double room. It didn't have windows, and it was a bit noisy due to being behind the reception, but it was clean, didn't smell, aircon seemed fine. It also had a huge TV with YouTube which was a nice extra, though it required patience as the internet was very slow at times. The shower and toilet were in one, and you end up with water everywhere after a shower, but it's pretty common for these kinds of hotels. After having stayed in a few other places in the area in a similar price range, I can say this one is a fair choice for if you get a cheap deal online."
