"Room: small but cozy Cleanliness: sandy bathroom (not a big issue) Location: great place to stay for tourists (opposite Central Market and close to Dataran Merdeka, River of Life, Masjid Jamek & Chinatown) Amenities: basic amenities provided Facilities: nice view from the rooftop, during the stay the pool is closed due to CMCO. Staff: very helpful, during check-in (31-10-2020) staff need more practice to smile to guests Breakfast: I love their nasi lemak, the cafe staff is very nice NOTE: the surrounding area is quite dirty as there are many homeless."

"One of the best staycation we had within the vicinity of KL. The hotel is relatively new and everything is clean. The hotel service is top notch. We were provided with bath tub and potty for my kids upon request at check in. We were also offered a late check out at 4pm which we appreciated very much as we have a baby and a toddler with us. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is located just opposite merchant lane and cho cha cafe. It is also within walking distance from other cafes and the heart of petaling street. Would definitely be back. "

"Thank you to the staff for making our two nights in KL special:) The location couldn't be better: we walked to the TV-tower and the Petronas skyscrapers, to Merdeka square and Madjid Jamek, explored the botanical garden and the national mosque, the China town and the central market - all near! We appreciated the hollywood-bollywood design, everything we needed was in the room: a great hot shower with complimetary toiletries and snow-white towels, a wardrobe, a safe, a fridge and everything for you enjoy a cup of tea by yourself;) The beds are great and the linen is of much higher quality than in a hotel we stayed at before. It's probably not the newest hotel, but everything is decent, breakfast is amazing as well, we do recommend;)"

"We found the location of this hotel ideal for our needs as it seems to be in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is close to the Parliament buildings (Merdeka Square) and within walking distance to the Pertronas towers and KL tower. There is a plethora of eateries whether it's western, Chinese or Indian fayre you crave, it's all within reach. The night market is a hop skip and a jump away. The staff greet you with politeness and courtesy , always with a warm smile. Our room (standard) had a magnificent window facing sunsets that colored the city below us in memorable hues of reds and yellows. The only negative comment we have is that even today the management still allows smoking in the lobby. The hotel is not smoke free. We have stayed in many hotels in KL but this one will see us again and again and perhaps next time we go there I will speak with the manager directly about the smoking."

"Stay here for 1 night transit to Australia, I was surprised by the room cleanliness, room not big but that's enough for 2. Hotel just next to Masjid Jamek LRT station. I arrived to hotel 8.00 am morning, handsome reception guy tried to arrange our room as earlier as possible, finally we checked in at 11.00 am. I am appreciated. I highly recommand Big M to my friends. Chinatown, Central Market and Merdeka Square are just walking distance. Room rate that I book for this hotel was reasonable. Breakfast isn't a problem as McD just next to hotel and KFC just opposite. Fantastic hotel."
