It's important to know there are two towers and it's a long walk if you make the wrong choice. The reception desk (tower 3) is set up to handle crowds but the check process itself is more efficient, read quicker, than most Singapore hotels (I've stayed at almost all the 5 stars in Singapore). The elevators are easily identified (some hotels it takes a road map to find them) and there are enough of them to make the elevator wait not very long (at least while we were there). The room is very well designed - not huge, but certainly not small either. Internet was complimentary, fast with wireless and wired available. We arrived early evening but were tired from the flight so we had room service. It seemed to take longer than the 30 minutes mentioned by the order taker, but the wait wasn't excessive and when it arrived it was a pleasant surprise - my wife had mushroom soup which she declared was the best she'd EVER had - and she's had her share while my hamburger was excellent but too large for me to finish. The server was efficient and very polite - asking if we wanted him to open the beer bottle, set up the trolley where we asked for it and moved chairs around the trolley. IOW, room service was a good experience, repeated for breakfast on our last day as we needed to check out on time to make our flight. The only complaint we had was the security on the 57th floor, while not exactly not like the US TSA, wanted both of us to have the hotel issued "ID" when it was obvious we were together. I suppose some restrictions are necessary to keep the 57th floor from becoming overcrowded with non-hotel guests, but it seemed just a tad excessive. We had several lunches and dinners at the restaurants in the "mall" in the hotel but that would take another whole report - suffice to say the food was outstanding but very expensive - OTH, it's a 5 star hotel and one expects to pay for a nice experience. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Sands.

you are surrounded by all huge shopping mall.the marina square,millenia walk and suntec city. once u stepped into the hotel ,you need to look for the recept which is not located on the ground floor which i find it a hassle but is just a small issue actually.but once you are a the recept lobby you will immediately notice a very warm and beautifully decorated lobby which is one of the niciest if not the best. there is a balcony in the room as well. full height balcony doors comes with a total black out blinds as well that is controlled by a remote controlled.

If you get a Agoda super special on this Hotel just book it, ok doesn't have the best views in town as it's so low down compared to everything else, but the Hotel is based on old colonial Post office converted to Hotel. The Hotel itself is stunning, inside and outside, staff very helpful rooms maybe a little small but we had a upgrade to executive which gave us a huge bathroom never seen one so big in Hotel, with exec priveledges for breakfast, afternoon, early evening snacks and drinks. Breakfast to die for in main restaurant called the Town, the exec area breakfast bit of a let down, very basic and european in style although you got free champagne! We also had a huge Seafood buffet at the weekend which was superb, with all manors of freshly cooked seafood in front of us from all around the world. If i had know how good this hotel was i would have spent my first week here instead but then again was nice having the views from the other hotel so maybe book yourself in after a few days when you've got bored of the views and want to really pamper yourself!

I am a local and booked this hotel to watch the National Day Fireworks. Though the staff said that I would have to pay an additional amount to upgrade for the view, they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a room which faced it. I had a fabulous view of the entire Marina Bay Area! Bed was fabulous, really comfortable. Bathroom was fabulous too, good water pressure and really wonderful bathtub. Staff respond very quickly. A bit pricey, but it is a 5 star hotel, and you get what you pay for!

my colleagues and i needed to stay at a business hotel that's near city center. my colleagues regularly travel to singapore and often stays at this hotel. i decided to stay here so that we can sync up after visiting customers during the day. first is the location. the hotel is within walking distance to marina sands (the casino hotel with a space ship sitting on top of three towers), esplanade, and merlion. the hotel is also a 5 minute walk away from the nearest metro station (promenade) and two shopping centers (millenia walk and suntec city). restaurants are sprinkled around the hotel, some within a food court downstairs, and some in the two shopping centers. you are within striking distance of anything that you may need. this is a hilton brand hotel with all the trimmings. it has a nice but somewhat cozy gym. guest service is on par with what you would expect with a hilton. the hotel has two places to eat breakfast: oscar's on first floor is nice and big but a bit of a zoo in the morning. the cafe on fourth floor next to the gym is convenient and cozy; the food selection isn't as good as oscar's, but it's good enough for people on the go looking to get in, eat and get out. overall, if you have only one or two days to stay in singapore and wanted to just get a sampling of what singapore is like, conrad centennial singapore is a very nice place to stay, for business or family trip.

I booked a Deluxe Room to celebrate a friend's birthday . I called them to request for a few items and Caroline of Guest Relationship Dept did above and beyond what were requested. They decorated the room accordingly and supported the Birthday Cekebration by giving us a birthday cake and the necessities needed for the occasion . They also allocated a room on the high floor with a breathtaking Bayfront room . Through it out , they did not everything out of goodwill . Their generosity and good will extended to us is beyond what words can describe . I am touched by their kind gestures . The staff were professional and well - trained . I am impressed with their level of personalized service and hospitality . I will definitely Ritz Carlton Millenia to my friends ! Kudos to the team at Ritz Carlton Millenia ! Well done !

Even entering the lobby is relaxing. What the hell do they use for air freshener?? Probably real flowers. Or angels' sweat and tears. Fullerton bay makes it really hard for me to enjoy any other hotels anywhere in the world. The staff? Very friendly, very helpful, very attentive but NOT in a creepy, stalker-y way. The breakfast? I would eat there all day, everyday. For such a small hotel the food selections are amazing. Seriously, I'd kidnap the chefs and lock them in my basement and force them too cook the Fullerton Bay breakfast menu for me everyday for the rest of their life. PLEASE HAVE THE CROISSANT. Best croissant ever. The bed? Dont make me start on the bed. They have a vast selections of pillows, and goddamn, the pillows! I swear they're made of baby angels' butts. The sheets are so soft they have got to be made from the skin of those baby angels, too. The only downside is the price and the room availability. They never have enough rooms so you need to book way in advance for peak season. The price is definitely way up there but damn Fullerton Bay take my money!!!

Excellent hotel with fantastic customer service and in a great location. When we were greeted by a friendly Lobby Ambassador from our taxi and taken through to the front counter on our arrival - we new that they take customer service seriously. This countinued throughout our stay for 7 nights. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 13 floor - we found the room big, comfortable and welcomed the free wi-fi and daily newspapers. The location is excellent, Marina Square accessible from Level 2 and 3 of the hotel, close to 3 MRT stations (we predominantly used the Promendade accessible via the Millenia Walk Shopping centre as the closest). We briefly looked at Millenia Walk and Suntec City Shopping Centre, however Marina Square has everything you would need. We noticed most shops did not open until 11am. The hotel kindly accomodated us with a free late check out at 3pm. Very comfortable, professional and with a high level of customer service - would strongly consider returning if in Singapore again. Friends and family who live in Singapore commented on us staying in a 5* hotel - my reply was we got a great deal on Agoda. Tip - ensure you tell the taxi driver you are in the Pan Pacific Marina Bay next to Suntec City.
