Loved the staff there, so friendly and nice. We were there during the World Cup and it was fun watching the game with the guests in the lobby of the hotel! Location very good, could be slightly better but definitely not bad at all! There's a tram stop right outside the hotel where you can get to the centre with literally 2 stops.

Breakfast is included in our room charge but when we checked out; hotel charged us the breakfast fees. So ask if you find something odd in your bill. The room is enough clean and quiet, the shower is really good, good location which easily to access with tramway, but there're not many choisies of restaurant and no supermarket, should be careful when you walk in this area alone at night

After we left the train station, it s a bit difficult to find the location using the map. The neighborhood is a bit complicated and dirty. Right off tram lines stop. Good price. Room size is small but clean and quiet. Staff speaks English well and they’re helpful. Gel disposals for hand wash and shower. There are two towels for 2 persons. Not paying for breakfast (14 euros per person)

Everything we could want. I booked the room at 3pm and was in my room at 4pm on a Friday. 70 euros all included. Location is right in the middle of tourist pictures fantasy land. Staff spoke english and was awesome. Only complaint was the room was a little small....but that is being picky since every other aspect was so amazing. We stayed in room 101.

Quaint vintage hotel with friendly staff

This is the Best Hotel in the neighborhood (new business district) with a great restaurant (incl. breakfast). Highly recommended, if you manage to find a room since this hotel is in very high demand.
