Good hotel that’s within walking distance to Nagoya Train Station, 5 min walk. I got a room with 2 double beds with a sofa bed for 2 adults and 2 children which left no space for our luggages to be left open. Toilet was clean and I appreciated that the WC was separated from the shower area. Overall it’s a good place to stay, if you’re just looking for a comfortable place to sleep after exploring g out in the day. Few things to note was that - check out time was at 10am which caught me by surprised, and they didn’t give complementary bottle water during my stay.

I had a hard time to locate this hotel when first I reached at the Nagoya train station. After searching and asking, I managed to find this hotel. After knowing this hotel location and my way, I have no problem to go around. This hotel is about 12 walking distance to the Nagoya train station. Meitestu bus station its about 20 walking distance. Big shopping mall is next to the Nagoya train station. at the basement of the Meitetsu bus station there is a goodies shopping street. You could get all you Japanese goodies from here. Meitetsu Inn hotel room is not really big for the couple. I think this is the Japanese standard. But, I consider the room is bigger than the rest of the hotels nearby. Toilet is next the bed room. If you want to take a shower, you have to step into the bathtub. I have to be careful. Toiletry is ample supply, room is quiet, I have a good rest for the two nights, Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I would be back on my stay.

If you don't have a car and would like to travel by public transport within Nagoya, this hotel is the best choice! The hotel is located just above the most central station in Nagoya (i.e. Nagoya station!). From airport there is an airport express (called Mu sky) taking you directly to Nagoya station in 25-30min. No other way of transport, not even taxi, can beat this. Then the hotel is right above the station. The train station is the biggest I've ever seen. I've lived in London and HK before and never seen such scale. For surroundings you can just get the subway or taxi, for further you can take the JR train, for far like another city, you can take shinkansen which is also there. even you don't want to travel anywhere, the station itself is actually full of shops and restaurants. there are so many to choose from you don't even need to leave the building. and also if you go up the tower above the station, there are nicer restaurants and even fine dinnings. Just across the street, there is also an underground shopping street. Such well thought development and big scale infrastructure has made this place the most convenient place in the world. I still have not mentioned that the hotel itself is very nice. Staffs service is extremely good. if your room includes breakfast, you can actually choose to have it in your room too, which so many hotels no longer do anymore!

The hotel was brand new 1 month old by the time I stayed, big king size bed with excellent view of the city of Nagoya, overall the bedroom and bathroom are very nice and spacious, quiet, clean and there is nothing to complain at all, or maybe only you can hear some trains passes by sometimes because it's just near the train station but was totally acceptable! Surrounding area is very new and quiet as well, highly recommended renting a car and park in underground parking that the hotel provided.

The hotel offers relatively bigger rooms than other Japanese hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is nearest to Meitetsu Train Station. Exit Sakura dori exit from Nagoya Train Station and turn right, walk towards a tall Spira building and you will see the hotel two buildings away. It is about 5mins walk to Meitetsu Station. There is a Lawson below the hotel, a small Japanese restaurant and a deli on the ground floor where you will have your breakfast, either Japanese or Western. Japanese breakfast starts at 5am, Western breakfast starts at 630am. Don't expect a lot of varieties from the breakfast though.

My Review and over-all impression with the hotel: Pros - The details/photos in the website are highly accurate and guide infos are meticulously provided. - Very accessible, easy to find, just across the Nagoya Shinkansen Entrance Station.. - Hotel has elevator security entrance keycard. - Very near to Train and Bus Stations, restos, convenience stores, Bic Camera electronic shops, Seria, eateries, entertainment sites and drugstores. - Room has very fresh and clean amenities, thou small has ample space for luggages, convenient and comfortable. - Beds/pillows are immaculately soft and clean and bedroom is so relaxing and sleep-inducing. - good smell for a serene and restful mood. - I love the free breakfast in Yoshinoya. Cons - Couldn't complain for more.

To main Nagoya JR Station is about 15 - 20mins slow walk. They provide transport to Nagoya JR Station every 20min. Would suggest you walk to the station if your are not taking Shinkansen as the bus drop off opposite the JR which is ard 10mins walking to the local train. For those heading to legoland Japan there is a train station approximate 5mins from the hotel which is direct train to legoland Japan. Hotel staff are friendly. Don't expect the room to be huge in Japan but the room were very clean and neat.

I like the hotel very much because it located in a very good location, just a few minutes walk to NAGOYA train station, and there are a lots of retaurants, shops and shopping malls around the area so it is very convenience for eat and shopping. The staff of the hotel are very helpful, friendly so I have a very impressive staying there. The room is clean and nice, wifi is very stable and fast in room and lobby as well. Overall I give a higher mark to Castle Plaza Hotel and I must stay there again when I come back Nagoya. I noticed that there are concert dinner in the restaurant in the hotel, most of the performance are famous Japanese singers and musician, which is a very attractive events.

Very conveniently located, within a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station, near the Shinkansen exit. The free breakfast is great. Heavy luggage can easily roll across the traffic junction at road level; can walk across any corner of the traffic junction when pedestrian light is green. Around the hotel there are many local eateries. Nagoya station has many local restaurants and shops. Many buses, subways and trains also pass this station. Tourists can buy a one day pass (with temporary entry stamp on passport) at the Transport department; can enquire at tourist information office inside the station. This pass allows free use of the subways and tourist sightseeing bus.

Great location very close to Nagoya station, extremely polite and helpful staff who took us to the lift each time with a very deep bow! The room was beautifully equipped (we got an upgrade) and breakfast was excellent. The staff went out of their way to prepare something for my partner who has a gluten intolerance. Very highly recommended, one of the best hotels i've stayed in ages (and this from someone who travels 15 weeks a year).

It's a really short walk from the station in a quiet area, also close to convenience stores for late-night snacks etc. I only stayed for one night but it was very comfortable and the staff were friendly! I'm not sure how much English they speak as I stuck to Japanese, but they do provide an info sheet (checkout time etc) in English, which was very considerate. I was also able to check in a bit early, and that alone would make me recommend this hotel to anyone! This will surely be my go-to hotel in Nagoya.

I like the hotel which has a unique design. It's a round shape building and depending on your luck of your room is facing. The room I stayed happened to be facing the straight road leading to the Nagoya train station. So after mid-night I got the chance to see the other faces of Nagoya. You can also easily walk to the nearby Mic Camera Departmental Store. It's really huge and with lots of good stuff with special discount. Just next to the hotel you can also find two mini super-mart which is certainly good for travelers.

Location of the hotel is awesome. It was not very hard to find even when it was my 1st time. About 5-10 mins walk from JR Nagoya station from the exit, you can see one nice big "BIC CAMERA" building. There is convenient store right next to it and lots of great places to eat no more than a min walking distance. It can be bit troublesome to take a shower as it's located at B1 of the building and has time limit from 5pm ~ 9am. Overall it's a one of the BEST hotel that can be consider for.

The hotel is close to Nagoya station, with an underground-shopping-street (which is connected to train stations) entrance next to its door. Very convenience location, with various types of restaurant nearby. The hotel is small, but its room is neat and tidy. Bath rooms, toilets, and sinks are shared. No luxury stuffs, but all basic facilities of which backpack travelers needed are provided. Not for luxury travelers, but EXCELLENT for backpack and budget travelers.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to Nagoya train station and Meitetsu Bus Centre so it is perfect for travellers to visit various cities and sight seeing places. The twin sharing room is spacious and the breakfast choices are good. In addition it is opposite the JR Central Tower Nagoya where the shopping malls and restaurants are located. It is therefore recommended for travellers.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It’s not too far from the train station. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff there is very nice and helpful. On our way to take a local train , we met a staff from the hotel who was on his way home after his night shift . Luciano took the trouble to bring us to the station and showed us how to get our tickets and explained to us how to move around. He even accompanied us to make sure we get on the correct train. We are grateful to meet Luciano who took the trouble to walk that extra mile for the guests in the hotel. The beds in the hotel are very comfortable and breakfast was good. We highly recommend this hotel for the good service.

Hotel is near by the Nagoya train station and subeay station. it is connected shopping area,w here is underground and Takashimaya department store. Room is abit old style and small. Staff are nice but very strick to the policy, not flexible for late check out as same as many hotels. The prefer to charge at about Yen 2,500 for checking out late. Room is clean, has cable for internet, refigerator, and bath with shower. Bed is ok for single. The hotel needs to have renovation as the location is very good. Nagoya is small so it is all right to stay here and travel by subway to the other places. Go down to B1 and see lots of restaurant and shops. Room rate should includes breakfast. No Wifi service, whcih is not convenience if we compare with the other hotels in Major cities in Japan.

The room was small but clean, the location was good and plenty of eating places around the hotel. The downside was, if you don't speak or know any Japanese you won't get any help from the Front desk because non of them can speak or understand any English. I was not allowed to get into my room during the mid morning because the cleaning hour was between 10am-4pm. I tried to explain that I need to use the bathroom urgently and need to pick up something from my room. Affirmative No from the staff. I asked her to ring her Head Office, so I can talk to anyone who can speak English, she didn't know the telephone number. It was the.worse experience I ever encountered with a hotel.
