"Nice view (from corner room 1301) with one of the nicest in-room spa experience I had. Good breakfast selection (though I wished they had more variety of fruits), very friendly staff. And a nice bonus.. Internet speed is SUPER fast (not that we should be on the Internet while on vacation).. and I mean unrestricted FAST! (Super rare in just about any hotel). It’s a hotel I could spend a lot of time just chilling. There’s really not that much to see/do around Su-Ao, especially right in the middle of winter (it’s famous for cold spring).. but this hotel made all the difference! Only took one star off location, because it isn’t on the main street, so will be a bit of a walk if you intend to head to the train station"

"This hotel had a largest rooms that we've had in Taiwan. Our room was like a 2 bedroom apartment. It's a little noisy at night, but the area is OK. "

"Firstly, the staff at this location was top notch. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. This truly made our stay a 5 star experience. Secondly, the cleanliness of the facilities was amazing. How do they keep all of the pools so clean!? We enjoyed every moment we had here. We will definitely be booking a room here if ever in Taiwan again.
P.S. the double bath room was perfect!"

"The bathroom was actually outside my room and was shared with another 2-bedroom. Such arrangement was not mentioned in the description. And there was no WIFI services (not mentioned or posted anywhere, I had no WIFI at all during my stay)."

"they could clean up the shower and bath better and replace the shower heads, but everything worked and looked clean for the rest.
It's simple - don't expect too much.

"Advantages:
1. Central location, 5 mins walking from the train station.
2. Coupons for breakfast. This homestay doesn't provide breakfast but cooperates with 4 breakfast stores in Nan'ao, so that you can chooce where to have breakfast.
3. Parking lot available
Disadvantages:
1. Owner doesn't speak English.
2. Clean but small rooms. This shouldn't be a problem if you don't plan to stay in the room for the whole day."
