"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the doorman whom directed me to the front desk where I was welcomed by a wonderful staff that had me checked in within minutes. I was taken back by my spacious room and the incredibly beautiful view from the 22nd floor. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel which was perfect. When I checked out the staff was just as warm and energetic. I can guarantee that I will be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone. My visit was perfect in every way possible.."

"It was good. Pros was the hotel itself was very nice and clean. I felt that I didnt get what I requested from what I thought I was. The bathroom door was pretty heavy. A small earing table would have been nice. The customer service was great! The hotel itself was very clean and fresh! But the area / location. .. Our view was disappointing. Lookimg at a broken down building across the street. Looked like a parking garage. Pan handlers EVERY WHERE!!! Disgusting when you look out your window several times and just about each time you look out you see one urinating! And the smell when we walk around wanting to site see. I know that is all out of the hotels concern but it sure would have been alot more pleasant. But the hotel itself was good. I dont know if our price something to do with it which it shouldn't. But I would suggest anyone to make it clear to avoid that side at least. "

"My 3 daughters any myself stayed here over night for a conference that was at the American Airlines Center. Accommodations are very nice, it's very clean and staff is very friendly, but we did not have enough, towels, washcloths, hand towels, coffee cups or drinking glasses for 4. The room was set up for 2 people. It had two king size beds and they were fully aware there would be 4 people int he room, so why were there not enough of the essentials for 4? We were in there just a short time before leaving for the conference and did not make notice of the shortage and when we returned it was a little after 10. We called the front desk and someone was quick to send up more towels and coffee cups, but as it turned out they weren't towels that he brought up, but bath mats. By then it was 1 in the morning and we were tired and just made do. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and we would stay here again if we need a downtown hotel."
