"When we arrived at the hotel the staff were attentive and had great customer service skills. The valet took our car and we were ready to check in for the night. At the reception it was clear that the hotel did not have our booking. The staff member looked and when I told him that I had booked through Agoda he mentioned that they had not been sending some of the reservations through which was the case. Lucky for us there was a spare room as we checked in fairly early in the afternoon. The staff were apologetic and also arranged complimentry champagne and chocolates as my fiance was a little annoyed about the delay in check-in. We were told that if we book through the hotel we can get the same prices - without the surprise of a lost booking. I am very grateful that the hyatt was accomodating and will never book through Agoda again!! I do not want to risk when travelling overseas if there is language barrier we may have missed out completely. The room was amazing as was the promenade cafe and health club."
