We stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the best we experienced in Malaysia. The pool high above the city is amazing, the staff are respectful and helpful and the rooms are superb. We arrived late from the airport and for some reason they couldn't find our booking, but gave us a free upgrade, which was great. One key benefit of staying at this hotel is its location. It is situated right between a train station and a major bus station and is also right next to a huge shopping mall. Room service meals were great and reasonably priced. Downsides are ridiculously high internet and phone charges. Internet access is 20 MYR per hour and I was charged 3.20 MYR per minute to make a national call. It's also quite annoying having to take two elevators to get to your room as the hotel starts at the 9th floor.

old hotel but good enough for solo traveller. helpfull frontdesk personnel. easy to find and location is near to train station. near to hospital, pwtc, chow kit, istana budaya, national library. not too far from klcc and golden triangle area. the room and toilet are big. value for money. carpark available inside the hotel building but from carpark to lift is a bit scary.

We stayed in this hotel in a family room, with a young kid. The room itself was quite spacious with a queen bed and two single beds. Centralized air-conditioning was pleasant. The hotel is located in the heart of the city within 3 Kilometres from KLCC. There were plenty of eating options around the hotels, though being vegetarian, it was quite a challenge for us! There is limited car parking available in this hotel - available on a first cum first served basis. On the first day we arrived late (around 9 PM) and did not get car parking. On the second day we arrived around 7 PM, and car parking was available. There are a couple of paid parking options available in case the hotel parking is full. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 Twin room and 1 Double room connected together. The things I dislike are the toilet is a bit small. Location from the Monorail will take about 15mins walk and there is no traffic light on the way to the hotel. Other than that, the bed is very comfortable. Room space is just nice. Air con temperature is just nice. The breakfast is great. It is serving with local food. There are a few bus stops around that area. It is quite convenient if you are taking the bus. :) This hotel is good and Price is quite cheap. I give a Thumbs up for this hotel.

If you're in KL esp this part of the city, this is one of the place you'd consider. Value for money ? Yes. Facilities ? Not that much but to us it was all about location. Just next door to the National Library, Pusrawi etc. Loads of food options nearby esp in IJN opposite of the hotel during the day. Night time, you might have to go around to find food. IJN also provide place for Friday prayers if you happened to be in town on Friday. The traffic could be a hindrance though, very heavy esp during the day ..

I booked three days with separate bookings and type of room to experience myself at Tamu Hotel. And out of my 10 years staying , reviewing famous hotel in KL, I truly fall in love with Tamu & Suites Hotel. The staff very kind, polite and always smile like an angle suits with image and value behind the name of Tamu (Respected Guest). The food mmmuah so delicious. You’ll be treated like a Malaysian Warmess culture if you are also respecting and not exaggerating in demand. I do like this place very much till I signed to be vacation club without second thought. Strongly recommended to all tourist from all over the world. And I can say its far away better from Pullman KL, Grand Millenium, The Chorus, The 4 Season , Impiana KL, Mandarin KL Hotels. All of these luxury hotel is expenses , dusty room and the food are so lame

The hotel very near with LRT station, PWTC. Just walk within 5 minutes only. From the hotel, we can go to Sunway Putra Mall, PWTC easily. KFC also walk within 10 minutes from the hotel. However, it is quite noisy because it is at town where you can hear the lrt sound, people using engine, and others transportation sound. The bed sheet is a little bit of dirty where you can see at one glance. But the room that I booked is big for two people. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, the hotel is good. I give four star out of five star to the hotel. Thank you for your services.

Pros : - Room clean, new and comfortable as well. - They provide water heater and iron each level on that floor. So, can drink hot and cold water all the time. I like this... :-D Bonus : The rooftop view is awesome!!! Cons : - Room is not sound prove. I can hear my neighbor talking and laughing very loud from my room. - The staff talking a bit laud outside the room when ever they pass the my room. Feel a bit disturb for someone wants to have a rest. Overall, price super cheap for the hotel like that in kuala lumpur and good service specially the counter staff lady. served customer with smile and profesional.

Nice room with daily room cleaning service, rooms have hot water kettle with coffee and tea and 2 waters daily, air conditioner blows cold but the shower head could use an upgrade. It’s an old style hand held that’s very difficult to position on the shower wall and is pretty grungy, the hot water heater also makes a ton of noise when it’s in use, it’s the only disappointment of our stay. Hotel staff was wonderful, there’s a front door man that will open the door for you every time you arrive or depart the hotel. The breakfast buffet is terrific with a couple meat dishes, usually a Malay chicken curry and a deep fried chicken egg roll, there’s noodle soup that you assemble yourself and rice soup with condiments, there’s an omelet bar, pastries and fruits, orange juice and very good coffee, the buffet was the best part about our stay, we looked forward to it every morning. Location is half decent, a 7-11 and KFC 2 blocks away, 6 blocks away is a large shopping mall

Being a low budget hotel, there is nothing much we can comment. Everything were so fine. The only drawback is water dispenser not working at all at all floor. Can't make myself a good breakfast although I had brought own cup and 3 in 1 coffee satchel. Good location, walking distance to shopping malls, Jalan TAR, monorail station, bus station etc. Cleanliness is above satisfactory. Staff is ok. Parking available in front of the hotel.

We book a triple room. The room is spacious and clean with decent size bathroom. The water pressure for the hot shower is a bit low though. Complimentary coffee, drinking water and jug cattle is provided. There are also iron and iron board in the room, together with mini fridge and a safe. Towels and Muslim praying mat (sejadah) is also provided. WiFi is free but the signal is not strong in our room and the speed is about 4-6 Mbps when connected. TV has a lot of channels but the picture is not clear. Car park is a bit far (a cross the road) but in a designated area with their own guard on watch, also the parking is free.

Felt more like a 3 star hotel. Walking distance from Sultan Ismail LRT. but a little hidden. Wish the staffs at the reception could be more friendly and cheerful. Almost twice it happened that the staff blurted that the hotel is fully booked before i even started clarifying my situation. The staffs at swimming pool level were extremely friendly though, me and my partner requested towels for bath as we had to attend a cosplay convention at PWTC at 10am and there was no room available for early check in, the swimming pool/breakfast staffs delightfully borrowed us two towels, an accommodating attitude worth praising. We only checked in at 9.30pm on the day due to our busy schedule but it was a good sleep. Room was clean, beware that no toothbrush or toothpaste supplied, no telephone in the room, something is making the room not cold despite the air from aircon is slightly cold. Also wish the spa and massage centre looks more professional and legit , we did not try it due to first impression of the atmosphere. Overall comfortable stay, felt that price is a little on the high side and many things could be improved :)

I booked the Malaysia chain Tunehotels through Agoda, upon arrival, the systems was not updated with my booking. The staff was assuring me and bring me to the sofa area to sit while waiting, and offer to help me to keep the luggage. Fantastic. I then collected my key and check in to the room, it was clean, nice and spacious enough for the money I paid for. The aircond in the room was one of the most quietest aircond I ever sleep in. And the bed is also nice and clean. Good job.

Apart from a few small cockroaches I have seen in the bathroom , my room was nice l Large with comfortable beds .The TV only had free Malaysia channels -2 of them blur...When I asked at reception a few minute later someone came up and fixed the problem . Wifi was VERY good . Drinking water was provided .For additional hot and cold drinking water there was a dispenser. Eating in the area is good and cheap-try the big hotel across the road .The Free GOKL buses stop 50 meters away from the hotel-Monorail 5 minutes walk For the price I paid -a bargain :-D

This hotel contain a lot of things, although it seems tiny but comfortable and peacefull place to stay. The price it worth it with the service and the location is near to every sector like train station, bus station, cafe, minimarket, loundry, atm, mosque, and famous place in Malaysia like Petronas, china town and others. But maybe for the AC sometimes not working well but most of all is good and it's near with rail station so the people who don't like busy it's still have the problem but it's not a problem anymore cause the busy not going to inside the room. So recomended to people who like to visit malaysia with medium-low budget and college people because it's very good and lovely place to stay for college people who want to vacation.

Initially we had some trouble with the booking, we were frustrated when we arrived. But the front manager, I think his name is Gerald (might be wrong) came up to us and assure us that he will take care of us and sort out the bookings. He has this great smile and immediately we felt great comfort despite being distressed the night before. The bed and sleep were excellent. Our room was bit dusty but when we asked the room service and he cleaned it up beautifully and we had no trouble after that. During breakfast the service manager and staffs were so attentive and offers us smiles and services consistently. Despite being a budget hotel, there’s definite not a “budget” service. First off, this hotel is located SO close to chow kit monorail station. The monorail is the best way to connect to most places in KL and the proximity to transit was the #1 reason I picked this hotel. To arrive at the hotel, take the KL express train (35RM) and get a budget taxi from the counter at the top of the KL sentral station (should be 18RM before 12am). I see that there is a 15RM KL Sentral transfer service but I wasn't able to book it with my booking...)There's a nice little local food market outside the hotel and a few 7/11 if you need some odds and ends (ie. Ice cream, slurpies and water haha). Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind, even offering to send someone with me if I wanted to go out after dark to get food and felt scared. Breakfast in the am was nice and a great idea if you wanna head out exploring right away. The server mehdi was so kind and friendly. He met me with a smile every morning and made me feel right at home. Breakfast consists of coffee/tea, eggs (fried, omelette, scrambled) watermelon, cereal, bread to toast and orange juice. The room was average, no window but that makes for a better sleep I suppose. Clean bed, tv with movie channels if you need some white noise and reliable wifi. Oh, and air conditioning so when you're having a hot flash, you don't end up dying. The halls were super loud and echo-y when I stayed there, but again, all travellers should bring ear plugs. I enjoyed the close proximity to KL sentral station and bukit nanas station (pentronas twin towers, KLCC Centre etc.) and was super easy getting back to the airport when it was unfortunately time to leave. I'd stay here again :)

Hotel is ideal for tourist visiting the Western olden portion of KL. Near to amenities : shopping complex - Quill, Maju Junction, SOGO, Sunway Mall. Public transport : Bus stop right infront of hotel, Star LRT - 3 minutes walk, Taxi - a lot plying the main road (Jalan Raja Laut). Convenience Stores - 3 24 Hrs stores located within 1 mins ; 7Eleven, KK , 1 Malaysia outlets .

My stay as a solo traveler at Fine Hotel was a very pleasant one. The hotel is a bit out of the way (15-minute walk from the nearest LRT station) but that also meant that it is very quiet and conducive for peaceful sleep at night. I particularly liked that the room was both clean and had modern facilities. The bed was especially a delight to sleep on. The breakfast at the cafe below featured both local delights and western selection of food. The taste was great for its very reasonable price. For a perfect, no-frills stay out of the rush of the city, Fine Hotel offers a great escape.

As per I book from Agoda and when check in to the room is totally different. when we request back the room we book through Agoda and the staff told us we book the room they don't have. After that we open their company website and show to the staff there to verify again. And the staff tell us the same thing even the official website room also not available in the hotel and we like huh ??? huh ??? huh??? this is the official website we open to you is under your company... we don't let you go through Agoda picture also ... come on ... don't cheat customer please !!!after that the staff let us to visit all the room and then we found the room we want and same as the picture in the Agoda. and then thing happen we need to 'TOP up' !!! What the ... And we have made a police report ... Because we feel like been cheated from this hotel ...

The hotel has great location in the heart of the city with very nice view on the twin towers. In front is the Syrian restaurant with very nice food. Room is very clean and comfortable. Only small things they need to take care for improving: rooms supplies like shampoo and water you may need to ask then they will give, drinkinig water out of stock for two days, some light not working and so on the mirror and the balance, wifi very slow. But overall these are minor things, i still liked it so much and plan to come back again especially for its great condition and location. As an Arab the Syrian restaurant in front is very important and cheap.

It is nearer to lrt titiwangsa approximately 10- 15 mins of walking..at night parking is mostly available but morning, the place is quite busy and crowded.. I've been staying here for couple of times, at night not so noisy..the hotel security is quite secure as before going up to your room, the reception will open the automatic locked door for you..this hotel has no elevator, suitable and highly recommended for solo or couple travelers.. anyway depends on individual choices of staying..it was really a nice boutique hotel..so far I am satisfied with the room and washroom cleanliness, aircond and privacy..the person at the reception also very helpful and I would say is is worth for you to give it a stay here ..

It is located opposite of the LRT PWTC station. KTM's Putra train station: 15-20 min walk. Definitely Sunway Putra Hotel is the best choice for having connecting bridge to the LRT station and shopping spree at the Sunway Putra Mall. Anum Hotel nevertheless, is an affordable accommodation surrounded by restaurants and shops including 24/7 KFC, 24/7 Mamak, 7-Eleven convenience store, laundry shop...wifi is provided, staffs are friendly.
