"When we arrived at the hotel the staff were attentive and had great customer service skills. The valet took our car and we were ready to check in for the night. At the reception it was clear that the hotel did not have our booking. The staff member looked and when I told him that I had booked through Agoda he mentioned that they had not been sending some of the reservations through which was the case. Lucky for us there was a spare room as we checked in fairly early in the afternoon. The staff were apologetic and also arranged complimentry champagne and chocolates as my fiance was a little annoyed about the delay in check-in. We were told that if we book through the hotel we can get the same prices - without the surprise of a lost booking. I am very grateful that the hyatt was accomodating and will never book through Agoda again!! I do not want to risk when travelling overseas if there is language barrier we may have missed out completely. The room was amazing as was the promenade cafe and health club."

"We were very impressed with this experience. You are so well looked after throughout the whole time. You start off with an afternoon tea which is more of a "high tea", very high quality. You then do a tour with very knowledgeable and happy staff we then went off too our room to meet our neighbour, Hummer the giraffe whose is very cute and has eyelashes that any woman would love to own. Dinnertime, and we get to meet the most gorgeous white lion and the food is fantastic, extremely high quality courses which was a real surprise. You are then driven back to your room by once again friendly staff. Breakfast next morning is once again high quality food and service and we go on to our last tour of the zoo and meet cheeky animals and the rhino. This was truly a lot better than we ever expected."
