Pro - Hotel is very near convenience stores and near various restaurants. It is also near the Local train station which is a 5 min walk form the Hotel which will take you to Taipei main MRT station. Breakfast was also good, has various selections from breads, cereals, rice, hot soup, buns and other buffet style. Very accommodating and friendly receptionist and will help and try their best in any providing your request . Cons - room was a bit small so if you have a big luggage it will be a challenge. The hotel is a bit musty cause maybe it is a bit old hotel. Sound proofing is also not that good you can hear the conversations in the adjacent rooms.

The stay in Majesty Hotel was superb! The room given to me was so comfortable that whenever I step into my room, after some travelling and long hour shopping, all my tiredness were all gone! There were fruits and cans of cola provided in the room and instant beverages given were very nice. Everything provided by the hotel is rather good in quality compared to other budget hotels. There is even wall mounted water dispenser providing instant hot and cold water inside the room! The room is very spacious and so does the bathroom. Although the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the Taoyuan train station, it is rather easy to find its location that is behind a temple in the middle of the major road (something special to visit in Taoyuan). Actually you can take a cab from the station to the hotel as you can already save the cost to hire a cab to travel from the hotel to the airport. I would recommend to stay in this hotel on the last few days in Taiwan, especially the departure timing for your flight is during the wee hours. Best part is that the hotel also provide packed breakfast if you need to leave the hotel very early in the morning! I will certainly choose to stay in this Majesty Hotel, if I will go to Taoyuan again.

This hotel is new for its facilities and the building. The rooms are good but quite small, but it is quite comfortable and clean. It is good for business trip because they have internet lan for free use all day, and they have many car parks for business clients too. But it is not convenient for sightseeing trip since it locates a little far from night market and train station.

It's location is perfect if you want to tour around Tao Yuan without renting a car. It is around 40 minutes from the airport by bus which stops right in front of the hotel. I travelled to various attraction sites by train and by taxi. Train station is 5 minutes walk away and there are big department stores and many restaurants in vicinity. Buffet breakfast is great. There is nothing to complain about the service. The hotel is under renovation. The room I stayed in was old and carpet looked really dirty. In the first night I didn't switched on the bathroom ventilation and I was woken up by a very bad smell of thinner in the middle of the night. It's ok in the second night when the ventilation is kept on.

We only booked a night as we stopped over at Taipei for a night. The motel is near the airport (about 15 minutes drive away) and the review was great so we just booked it. When we checked in, the motel completely exceeded our expectation, definitely value for money, very modern, clean and spacious, bed is very comfy too! We wish we could stay for few more nights. Our flight is very early the next morning so we couldn't get to try the breakfast, the motel staff is very kind to pack light breakfast for us to bring to the airport, how considerate! Highly recommended!

Brief but excellent stay. definite 4 star overall. 5 star in every respect except food service. Food i rate 4 star. 5 star hotel means food service is so excellent that restaurant/bar has a strong recognized name and attract non-guests (locals and tourists and biz travelers) Bar menu "too western" needs asian options and modernize menu to more interesting items. Breakfast buffet very good asian spread; needs a little more on western selection. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

I can not find how to access this hotel by mrt. I think the location little bit far from MRT station. You need to take bus, but if you can not speak chinese/taiwanese you only have taxi as option. I took taxi from hotel to Taoyuan airport just around 25 minutes and price 410 NTD. The breakfast time start early from 6:30. If I not mistaken until 8:30 I really love the hotel because its so clean and tidy. But I hate because the location difficult to access from any MRT

My stay at the Tao Garden was pleasant. The service was prompt and the location of the hotel is good. Its located near the train station and had many small eatries to choose from. In particular, I like the room. It was clean, well lited and had a "brand new" feeling. Complimentary fruits was also available. Currently, on agoda the the rating is 7.7. I would rate it much higher if the following was improve. - Breakfast - Shower pressure - the shower pressure is too lower. When you shower in winter it can be a cold experience.

Our vacation was perfectly arranged by Peter (hotel's manager) - like great airport-hotel-airport service, wonderful tour service, perfect room location, and alot more. He is friendly, hard-working, accommodating, and easy to deal with kind of person. The hotel is lucky to have him to manage the hotel. The location of the hotel is very near the Taoyuan Train Station. Outside the hotel - you can see delicious local food stores, fruit market, and convenient shops. The room - spacious with big & comfortable beds, clean, with great facilities, with fast WIFI internet connection Bathroom- clean and comfortable. Breakfast - buffet, delicious, many choices. Staff - friendly, know how to speak English I would definitely recommend this hotel to others because it is worth the time, money, and effort. We really had a hussle-free vacation in Taiwan. Would definitely stay again and again in this hotel in the future visit. Overall rating - EXCELLENT!!!

I gave it only 4 stars for location because it was quite far from the city center or train station but the area itself is very quiet with quaint cafes and restaurants and several convenience stores and groceries. bus stop is just across the street and taxi just around the corner. really had a pleasant stay. nothing related to the hotel but our trip back from the BTS concert was a different story altogether. taxi drivers charged waaaaay too much. ended up using UBER.

We stayed for one night for our early flight in the morning. It was 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. The room is very clean, staff are very helpful as well; and more was having lots of TV channels to choose from, and they come with Chinese subtitle. We did not have time to explore the Taoyuan area, but it looks like a local community, with variety of choices of local food, with some shopping malls. Do keep in mind though, it takes around 20 mins walk to the train station, and around 40 mins train to Taipei city center on the non-express train, but then again, it is close to the airport, so depends on what you looking for.

It's about 20 minutes from the airport. The taxi ride only cost $12. So that's pretty good! Beautiful room, very comfortable bed. But the breakfast bar was the best. A good variety of things offered. It also helped that everyone spoke English, as I hardly know any Chinese. All the room controls, lights, air, and such are all located on a small panel at the head of the bed behind the pillows. They don't tell you that when you arrive. I called down to ask how to shut off the lights since there were no wall switches in the main room.

They will accommodate you with a smile on their faces. Upon our check out, which was at midnight, without us asking, the receptionist offered to call a taxi for us going to the airport. ☑️ Rooms are being cleaned, towels and bed sheets were changed and complimentary toiletries, coffee & tea, bottled water were refilled everyday. It feels nice to come back with a clean room after a tiring day of wandering. Though the room looks old (even the building), it's still good cause it's well maintained. ☑️ Breakfast buffet is just okay. Unli coffee is superb.

This hotel is close to Taoyuan Airport and train station. Bare in mind, THEY DO NOT OFFER FREE AIRPORT PICKUP FOR AGODA BOOKING, they only provide free shuttle to airport or train station on the check-out day. If you wish to enjoy their free airport pickup, please book it directly from their website to avoid disappointment. Other than that, this hotel is good for temporary stay. The staff is polite and very helpful. Another highlight, this hotel is close to a telecommunication centre. If you miss out the sim card service hour in the airport due to late night arriving, you can apply it near by this hotel, approximately 5 minutes walking distance.

This was a nice hotel for the price we paid, but we were there in the off-season. But we were disappointed having chosen the hotel based on proximity to the airport, but its niether close to the airport nor the train station, so its a bit of a cab fare to get there. if youre coming from taipei its hard to find. The agoda web page said it had an airport shuttle, but it does not, so hopefully you saved some cash for the cab to the airport.

Although the location is not near to any train or HSR station but this hotel worth the pricing. Room not consider small & it is good to come with safe box & writing table. Very comfortable bed & pillow. As its so nice that they even have a soft & normal pillow to choose from. Staff very helpful as I have problems access to my laptop, they do come to the room & help even its late at nite. Will go back to this hotel again if visiting Taoyuan. Great location as walking distance to Night Market ant 20mins & shopping centre. But to town must take taxi abt 180nt cos CNY more expensive.

took a taxi from taoyuan airport to the hotel about nt500. the hotel main entrance is in the middle of the lane with food stalls selling till late nights. the "ah mah" porridge is tasty with chinese style. there is a fruit juice stall in front of the lane. the lane does not look very clean, only walkable with both side stalls. the hotel itself is reasonable good and clean only. it is old with medium maintenance only. typical and choosy person, may not choose this. sightseeing is not in this area. but i am ok. hotel staff is good to help for taxi calling.

Zai Yan Leader Hotel is an old hotel. The most unforgetable matter is about the toilet glass door. It will make a loud "cracking" sound when it turns. It makes me feel afraid of damaging the door during the whole period of my stay. The toilet and the bathroom is in the same area. I do not like some water accumulating near the toliet after shower. The leveling of the floor is not designed very well for the leaving of the water. I think that if the hotel can spend some money on fixing the facilities in the toilet, my experience can be much better. The room and the bed is acceptably clean. The price is relatively cheap. The staff is friendly and is willing to offer help if there is a problem. They also help me to freeze my hand-dleivery package when they know that it is delivered on low tempature. In fact, the mosts of hotels in Taoyuan in Taiwan are old. The district is not well developed. It is not easy to find inexpensive, new and comfortable hotel.

This hotel is like a luxury boutique style with King sized bed with a PC in the room. It is moderately spacious and the toiletries are provided in full. The only downsides are probably the less variety in the chinese breakfast (i find it ok ), the location in the alley not very far from the main road, the drinking water is limited but you can top up in the ground lobby. Overall an excellent stay. Btw, you can take ubus 706 at outside the taoyuan train station n dept store to taoyuan international airport in just 30mins, although the hotel recommends guest to take the 5059 public bus which takes one hour which i find it appalling.
