We felt special from the moment we arrived at Da Lat to continue our honeymoon trip in Vietnam. We were shown to a lovely room with a huge balcony and beautiful old decor. It was so wonderful to stay in the hotel that has not changed since French colonial times. It felt like stepping back in time in a good way! The hush, the paintings on the walls and the calm relaxing atmosphere were perfect for a romantic few days. We particularly enjoyed the evening meals, which were top class delicious standard! The golf was amazing as well, one of the most beautiful courses my husband had ever played. The bath in the room was huge and luxurious and the in-hotel spa was excellent - I enjoyed a relaxing facial and my husband had a hot stone massage. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and kind and helpful. The only possible improvement would be the breakfast, which was not quite up to the same standard as the evening food. Otherwise we loved staying here and even tried to stay an extra couple of nights but it was so popular it was already booked! We'll definitely be coming back to Dalat and staying here when we do!

This is a very classic old hotel in a good location in Da Lat. Very clean and the superior and deluxe rooms are really very nice. The standard rooms are small, so if you can get the upgrade it is worth it. There is now a fitness center on the ground floor which is nothing special but adequate. Breakfast downstairs is not bad, though there are better options all around the area. There is a very nice little restaurant a short walk away called La Chuoi, at 21/9 Tran Phu, P.3. Da Lat. Great coffee shop right across the street, Veronica Cafe. Easy to walk to center of town and markets from here.

we stayed in da lat for three days and everyday was made easier and more romantic with ngoc lan hotel. the staff were more than happy to help with any problems we had, they also booked taxis, had a motorbike ready for our use, suggested places to go and many other helpful things. i highly recommend ngoc lan hotel to any traveler looking for a romantic getaway to da lat. beautiful views of bustling da lat will be in my memories forever.

my wife and i went to da lat for our honeymoon, and we chose to stay at this hotel. we thought it was pretty nice. the breakfast was good (vietnamese food), and we ate at the hotel pretty much every day except the day of our departure. the room was pretty nice: the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was big and nice, there was a tv with cable, and we could request hot water at any time to make tea (we brought our own tea bags). there was a coffee shop right there at the hotel, which was pretty nice because we'd go there after breakfast to get coffee/tea. sometimes the music was really loud, but they'd lower the volume when we complained. :) also, we rented a motorbike from the hotel, which was about 110,000vnd (roughly $5.50) per day. it really helped us out to get to places easily without depending on taxis or xe om drivers. all in all, we'd recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel in da lat.

A fantastic hotel located in the heart of Da Lat. A big beautiful European inspired design sitting atop a hill, it provides fantastic views. The hotel is also centrally located, which made exploring the city Centre very easy. This is a terrific hotel and it lives up to all the standards that you would expect. Staff at the front counter and the bell boys are exceptional and very friendly their English is very good. The rooms are fantastic very spacious and clean. The design of the hotel flows along with the architecture of the city. The pillows on the bed are to die for, just think of grandmas feather bed. I was on level 4 and the noise from the road was fine. The breakfast is fantastic the choices are endless (Asian and Western) first hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam that has real Juice..Apple. I travel quite a bit in Asia and I must say this hotel for the price lives up to all expectations. If you want to stay somewhere central, you cant go wrong staying at Tulip 3 Hotel..Thanks for a great Stay.

We had a great 6-day stay in the Saigon Da Lat Hotel. We had arranged airport pickup due to our late-night arrival and were met by a very professional hotel driver- well worth the price of 550,000VND! Later, the staff were more than happy to book us a really cheap taxi back to airport (only 200,000VND + our tip). Grand old rooms, very clean; lovely bathroom and shower, just one small problem in design where the shower water often flooded the floor. The buffet breakfast included in the room price was over-the-top- extensive choice and quantity, the choice of dishes changed each day, fresh pho and lovely Vietnamese coffee, pastries etc. all great! There's also a reasonably-sized swimming pool which would be fun to use in the summer heat after trekking. Very friendly helpful staff at all levels- big "Cam ong!" to the hotel staff! I will stay there again when I return for teachers' conferences.

Good and neat facilities and warm regards are everywhere. Garden is so beautiful and entirely calm and peaceful. Especially whole staffs are so kind and tried to satisfy with their customers; which moves me up to now. Personally customized trip in city program was great and thank the guide so much who drives the car for me also; There are not various menu of breakfast and few training machines in Gym; both are sole disadvantages for me. Entirely and generally it was great shelter for me in Da lat.

This is an awesome small little hotel at the heart of Da Lat. Big Beds , super comfortable bed , very clean bedsheets comparable to 5 star hotel, very spacious room and toilet. The Front Desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel on our next trip to Da Lat. Thank you Hana Da Lat Hotel. This hotel is located just a short walk from central Da Lat. Staff was lovely and dedicated, one of the girls who were there when I checked in should get a raise (she was only there that day). And they let us check in at 8AM because we were tired after the night bus. Room is awesome, we got one with a comfy bed, large windows and spacious balcony at such a sweet price for booking early. 1-day city tour is available at the reception which is worth the time if you are not sure where to go. Now I know where to stay in Da Lat next time!

we stayed in this hotel during the first time to da lat. before choosing this hotel, i read the comments of the reviewers and they were correct. this place is very nice. it is close to the da lat market and has a few nice shops nearby. the reviewers were also right about the breakfast buffet. it is less than satisfactory with not many choices to choose from. but i don't really mind. nevertheless, for this reason, i take one point off and would give the place 9 over 10. for the price, this place offers value. we will definitely come back to this place the next time we visit da lat.

Hotel Is Near To Da Lat Market (Less Than 5 Mins Walk) & Walkable Distance To Few Area Of Attraction. Hotel Do Provided Daily Tours Which Is Reasonable Amount. Hotel Room Does Come With Rotating Standing Fan...If Not It Will Be Very Stuffy In The Room At Night Even With Windows Open. Will Come Back Stay Again :)

Clean and picturesque hotel located on a "hilltop" with a good view. Good sized rooms with very comfortable beds, plus all the amenities you could imagine, except air-condition! Breakfast was ok, but no toaster available. Service was somewhat rude and below average - not 4 star worthy in any way I'd say. We came in early(6am), had called in advance and asked for available rooms - they had 1 left, but the price was above what Agoda showed in the app, so we decided to book through Agoda. When we arrived they immediately said "fully booked", we showed them the booking number and was told to wait until 2pm to check-in. Came back at 4pm after a tour and another receptionist, again, immediately said "fully booked". She was puzzled, but after a while got us checked in and we got to the room which had no air-condition(even though it was stated in the room description on Agoda) - so we called reception and asked, but was gotten a weird reply "We don't use air-condition, this is Da Lat, not Saigon!" and the lady hang up the phone.. Checked out this morning, and not a single "thanks for the stay" was given..

The hotel is slightly off the beaten track allowing for a quiet and peaceful stay yet within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are extremely helpful and have tried their hardest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We met many locals who were extremely friendly and offered us many local food and drinks, so much I ended up pretty drunk. The rooms are even higher quality than more expensive local hotels so the value for money is unbeatable. I have stopped in several places in Da Lat from budget to high end and this was as cheap as the budget hostels and higher quality than the high end hotels. I cannot recommend highly enough we have already decided to stop another night on our way back through Da Lat

This place is so peaceful, and the first impression you can feel like staying among the pine tree forest, though it's very near the center or Da Lat market (just pass one of the slope street Phan Boi Chau to reach Da Lat market or Hoa Binh area). Love this boutique at the first sight with the open pantry at your first step into the receptionist and then step into the room with the garden view which is so cozy and warming with the super comfortable bed. The most things I love here is the garden with so relaxing hammock among the pine trees with the fresh atmosphere. The ambiance is like home. Highly recommend to stay there.

It's a very good place to take a rest after your days discovering the city. The hotel is clean and the facilities are still under good condition. The staffs are friendly and very supportive. The location is super convenient, it takes 1-2 minutes to walking to Da Lat market and about 5 minutes to Ho Xuan Huong lake. The interesting part is that, in front of the hotel, there are 3 beautiful cafe. One minus point is, they don't serve the breakfast or any kind of food in this hotel. But I would rather spending my time walking around and discovering the local dishes than sitting in the hotel for a standard breakfast. I had a very good time here with my wife. And I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Da Lat.

This place was good, clean, and cozy. No air conditioning in our room but given the outside highs(23-24 Celcius) the fan was sufficient. Elevator for if a guys got heavy bags. Scooter rentals were available for pretty cheap , though we were able to walk to most places we desired to go . The room was clean. At this point we still only knew how to say "hello, goodbye, and thank you," so you will need Google translate to communicate w/staff if you're ill prepared like us. Not getting free meals for advertising, but there is a fantastic restaurant by the sinh tourist station close by (address: 26 Bui Thi Xuan , Da Lat) . The morning pho and shrimp fried rice were staples on our stay. Bed was made / bathroom tidied daily. All in all , great place for the value.

We were in Da Lat for 2 half days. The front desk couldn't speak English too well, but good enough to communicate. They offered to help us book but tickets to Nha Trang. Since it was the Mid-autumn festival the tickets were hard to find, they managed to booked us a ticket with a smaller car instead of a bus, and in fact we arrived in Nha Trang much earlier than expected. The trip took 3.5 hours instead of 5 =D Thank you the young lady at the front desk! Another very nice thing is that we left our umbrellas at the hotel when we leave Da Lat and the hotel sent them over to Nha Trang without any cost. But I booked 3 superior doubles with city view. At the end I got 2 rooms with no view (facing a small space with just walls basicly) and one facing the garden. Since we weren't in the hotel for a long time so that didnt bother me too much. But imagine someone would be there for their honey moon! Please be careful next time.

This is an good hotel, well worth the money. The daytime receptionist (a young man wearing a leather jacket) was hardworking and friendly; unfortunately, he had to apologize for the fact that, despite what I saw online, there are no bathtubs in this hotel. What it does have is delightful decor both inside and out (replete with a VW Beetle in the garage), resident family ownership (as far as I could tell), a very nice room with comfortable beds (within the Goldilocks zone: not too firm, not too soft, just right) and a great view of Da Lat from the balcony. A good "Easy Rider" tour office (ask for the 8-hour car tour with the wizened ARVN veteran) and a small shop which carries basic toiletries (along with a broad selection of baby milk) share the same driveway. You might need that shop, because you will need to provide your own toiletries (beyond toilet paper and a small amount of hand soap), but that's a good idea no matter where you go. The sink and shower are fed by the room's own hot water heater; unfortunately, the tank isn't very large, so try to shower efficiently. Also, when the horde of backpackers inhabiting the place all went back into their rooms and took showers at exactly the same time, there was a serious (but not insurmountable) lack of water pressure. The plumbing aside, I must reiterate how good this hotel is. Da Lat is for lovers (in the opinion of the Vietnamese, since it's the only tourist spot in the country with temperate weather), and my experience proved no different. I proposed marriage to my girlfriend in our room, and she accepted. I'd like to think that she would have accepted it wherever we were, but The Pink House provided an ideal setting.

If you love jogging and a quiet stay, this is just the right place for you! The hotel is atop of the hill. All rooms overlook the lake. It takes only a few steps from the hotel, crossing the street to the lake in front of the hotel. There is a good footpath around the lake that you can safely walk or jog any time, from early morning till night. After the walk/jog, you can just walk to town, which takes only 3 minutes. There are a lot of cafe and also street foods in the evening. Shopping for most items can be bargained, usually as much as 50%, lower than the original price quoted.  For sightseeing, ask the hotel to call a taxi for you. For only 40 US dollars a day, you can hire a taxi for all-day tour. You can visit as many as 8 places a day without having to hire a tour guide! Enjoy your visit to Da Lat.

I almost don't know where to begin. I loved everything about this hotel! The rooms are large, spotlessly clean, the beds are large and comfortable, a large flat screen TV with 71 channels. Free wifi and an amazing family style breakfast with eggs cooked to order, bacon, ham, fresh baguettes, a variety of fresh fruits including mango, watermelon, papaya, pineapple and while we were there, some of the most beautiful locally grown avocados I've seen in a long time. I'm going to miss those breakfasts! The owner, June, was simply fantastic. She helped us anyway she could. We had an early flight out of Da Lat and she started breakfast early so we could eat before we left. She arranged a city and countryside tour with a fantastic guide, Joseph, who spoke excellent English and was a wealth of information on Vietnam's history as well as it's political and religious history. The hotel has a Jacuzzi and steam room that accommodate 10, and sauna. This hotel is underrated, should be 4 star!

My fiance and I stayed at Pho Nui hotel for 1 night. When we arrived in Dalat, it was still early for check in, so we left our luggages with the receptionists and took a walk around the area. The hotel was very close to DaLat market and Xuan Huong lake, where we could find many local restaurants and coffee shops. We got a room on the 5th floor of Pho Nui hotel. Overall, the room was clean and had all the basic amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, hot/cold water.... What we liked the most about this hotel was the receptionists and bell men. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to our room and offered us cheap local tours. We did book a city tour with the hotel for $150,000vnd/person. The tour was guided by a local tour guy, not by hotel staffs. The tour started from 8:30-4 everyday. They took us to several famous places around the city such as Dinh Bao Dai, Nha tho Con Ga, Thien Vien Truc Lam, Thung Lung Tinh Yeu, Datanla fall. Overall the tour was decent, not good but worth the money since it would cost us more than $150,000vnd to go on taxi to visit those places on our own.
