I have only positive thoughts on Holly hotel. Arrived here late at night after 3 long haul flights, staff were very welcoming and helpful....rushing out to get my bags and a cool welcome drink was just what I needed. My room was very modern and very clean with all relevant amenities. Wifi worked well in reception and my room. I cannot comment on breakfast as I left at 6am again the next morning so not in time for breakfast, the hotel also swiftly arranged a taxi to the airport for me. I found other hotels in Myanmar to not reply to any emails I had sent to them asking basic questions such as the best way to get from airport to hotel etc...Holly hotel was the only one to reply to me and they also emailed a short time before arrival to ask if I needed any assistance. About a 10 minute drive from the airport so I would definitely recommend you stay here.

Brand new hotel - opened on Jan 1st 2017. Room is extremely clean, and well furnished. Shower Area / Toilets spacious. Staff are very friendly. Lobby is uniquely-designed. Good food - though the menu was slightly limited as I was one of the first guests and the full menu wasn't on offer at that time. Beside the hotel, there is a good thai restaurant, a very popular hot-pot restaurant, and a bar. There is a gym with the basic necessities, perfect for business travellors who just want to do a little bit of exercise to keep fit. Nothing negative really. Very good price-value ratio - actually the best value to price hotel you can book that is relatively near to the Airport. Will recommend and stay again.

really comfortable bed so had a great sleep while staying at this hotel but the room I booked was just under the gym so it was noisy so needed to change the room. Then I found another problem with shower. Not much water pressure so it was difficult to wash off the soap and shampoo..... The breakfast was very basic. Apart from these problems, everything else was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful new hotel near the airport. If you are in Yangon for a while and want to explore, it's probably not the best location because it's a bit far from the main attractions, but if you are coming/going from the airport or highway bus station it's a great hotel. It's new and the staff are really amazing. It looks like maybe they are doing some formal training program or something. They really try their best, so please be patient with them if things aren't perfect. As mentioned in other posts, there is a small swimming pool - a rarity in Myanmar, and especially at non 5-star and even most 4-star hotels. There is also a spa and small fitness center on site and the food at the restaurant was decent. Breakfast has good variety for a small hotel. It is down a small alley off the main road so there isn't a ton to do, especially within walking distance. But Grab taxi works great in Myanmar and the staff are so helpful if you want to get a taxi the old fashioned way.

At a very reasonable price, the Hotel provides good facilities, cleanliness and hospitality. Well-located. The staff members are helpful. The bathroom is clean. Complimentary breakfast provides a good selection of menu. If the hotel wants to improve, my suggestion is to give a better ambience and cleanliness to the reception counter and the lobby. I will choose this Hotel only for my next visit to Yangon.

Surprisingly very good. I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight to Naypyitaw and noticed on AGODA it had a swimming pool. If I were in Yangon for other purposes I would not stay here but as a hotel close to the airport it very good. The best thing of course is the attentiveness of the staff. I have reached the conclusion no matter how good or bad a hotel is if the hotel has good staff that is its most important attribute.

The immigration officers know this hotel as Seasons Hotel. So when filling the arrival form to clear the Immigration, mention "Seasons Hotel" and not "Seasons of Yangon International Airport Hotel". The hotel is opposite two roads and a car park that faces Yangon International Airport Terminal 2 for international flights. Try not to bring even light luggage if you intend to walk to the hotel as traffic is busy at night of arrival. I walked with small backpack and tote bag since it is only one-day trip in Yangon. By the way, it is not true that the hotel entrance is infested with many mosquitoes. The hotel staff do their best to kill the mosquitoes although one is able to see one or two mosquitoes flying near the anti-mosquito net entrance/exit to/from the rooms. I bought and brought anti-mosquito sachets and anti-mosquito repellent from Singapore for room use and therefore I was able to sleep very well in the luxurious double bedroom. Mineral water is complimentary and it is not true the staff charged guests for drinking the room's mineral water. Breakfast in the Chinese restaurant from 6 am to 9 am is tasty, not oily, and is halal. Fruit is only watermelon with orange juice, water, potatoes and a limited range of rice and noodles and chicken sausage. The restaurant also sells Burmese Chinese herbs such as Burmese moringa and others. The hotel allows late check-out till 2 pm and is suitable for those departing for outbound flights from Yangon between 9.30 am and 9.30 pm as transfer to the airport is between 7 am and 6 pm. Staff do speak English but they are very slow in email responses. I only received their email in response to airport transfers on the day that I checked-out!!! Nevertheless, they are polite, friendly and help guests to travel in Yangon easier. If I have the opportunity, I will stay here again.

Close to airport. Clean, good sized, comfortable rooms. Good views from floors 3 upwards. Nice helpful staff. Close 5 min ealk to Ocean shopping centre. Close 5 min walk to good restaurants. Good Massage nearby at 9th Hotel and across Pyay Rd from Ocean Centre. Cons: long way from downtown so need to go off peak. Nearest new large modern shopping centre is 5 or 6 km

I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport, and I had an early morning flight to catch. This worked out well, as they offer a free airport transfer and it is just five minutes drive. If you stay in the city center, the normal drive time to/from the airport is about one hour during heavy traffic. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the reception staff. They were friendly, spoke very good English, and answered all of my many questions. The room itself was immaculate, with beautiful matching furnishings and a monster 32" TV. Fold down reading lights for each side of the queen sized bed were a nice bonus. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging my gadgets. The window looked at a concrete wall about two feet away, but it did let in the natural light. Nice selection of toiletries in the very clean bathroom. Not much more than a dribble of hot water, but that was no problem, as it was very hot outside. Generous two liters of bottled water offered free each day. There is a restaurant on site, but I did not have any meals there, so I cannot comment on the food service. Not really any other choices for food nearby, other than some food stalls around the corner towards the pagoda. All in all, a very good hotel very close to the airport.

I visit Myanmar at least once a year and usually stay at Hotel Corolla when in Yangon. The staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious (variety of Myanmar buffet style dishes, omelette, toast, croissant, fruit, cereals, coffee/tea). Not sure if this is a designated non-smoking hotel or not, but have occasionally noticed smoke coming through the bathroom ventilation. Never had problem with the sleeping rooms themselves smelling of smoke when I have asked for a non-smoking room. There is a large Ocean Supermarket just 5 minute walk from the hotel which is convenient for buying drinks/snacks. Also a a bakery and 2-3 small restaurants on the bottom floor. I would have no reservations recommending this hotel to my friends.

Hotel was close to the airport for the layover period between flights. Yangoon you can get a GRAB taxi which is great to know you are not being cheated... The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!! They organised a taxi back to the airport the next morning. Would highly recommend the quality of the staff and service. (hotel is a little old - but still clean and neat)

I have stayed at 8 Mile Hotel (Yangon) for numerous occasions from 2019 to 2020. The price and quality of this Hotel are excellent compared to 4 other hotels that I stayed in Yangon previously. The room is well designed and maintained. This standard is comparable to the room for more expensive hotels in Yangon. The staff is courteous and well trained. They are very helpful in every aspect. I would like to highlight a receptionist that is really excellent at her work. Her name is hsu may sung. She is very attentive to her customers and tries to help in every situation. She always tries her very best to explain to her customers what they need to know to go about getting around Yangon. As a foreigner, I find this especially helpful to understand more about the country that I am visiting. Every time I see her she wears a wonderful smile and greets you sincerely. Serving her customers with an excellent attitude consistently is what makes her stands out. I highly recommend 8 Mile Hotel (Yangon) to anyone that wants to visit Yangon.

This hotel should not be rated with 1 🌟. My previous accommodation was at a 3 🌟 hotel and it was awful. Bad smell not clean. But the room that I ve stayed at Yangon airport Inn was clean and very big,with window and very big bathroom with new tiles and very clean. It's in a walking distance from the airport, so I would definitely recommend it for a short stay. Very convenient. Don't expect any fancy breakfast. They shouldn't even provide any, with the price that they charge!! Travelers ,don't hesitate to book that hotel !!!

"Near"the airport is definitely NOT a sufficient info. I thought it was an Airport at a walking distance from the Airport, which is DEFINITELY NOT ! it's about 4kms away from the airport so taxi is a MUST but the taxi took me at midnight to another hôtel named "Hotel 9 Mile" !!! Supposed to be 10mns away by walk from the royal Garden. At night groups of agressive dogs haut the streets there and I thought I wouldn't make it there alive. I had to jump into a taxi who didn't know where the hôtel was. He couldn't speak any English and since in the reservation, there is NOT the HOTEL Phone number (WHY ??? improve your system for god sale!!) it was a hell for me to reach destination. That's AGODA'S fault ! Not the Hotel faut... The Hotel was very clean and good but NO WAY to connect the WIFI and at over midnight, I didn't feel fighting again to solde that problem... I still recommend this hôtel but ask the address in burmese and their phone number before you go , especially if your flight lands at night !

We stayed here twice on our recent visit to Myanmar. The first time was on arrival from an international flight; we arrived early evening, ate in a cheap bar round the corner that served cheap (and strong!) Dagon beer, then had a great sleep before catching an early morning bus to Golden Rock which the hotel booked for us, even providing a boxed breakfast as we had to leave so early. We re-booked for the night before our return flight to the UK and had a wonderfully clean and modern room on the third floor. This was our second visit to Myanmar and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying overnight in Yangon before further travelling as it saves you the journey into (and out of) Yangon city centre (the traffic can be horrendous). The only minor problem with the location is that not all the taxi drivers know the hotel but I am sure this will change as it becomes more popular.

This hotel has really nice, spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. I met the owner of the hotel who was really personable, helpful and eager to do his best. He offered to help get me to a local market to buy some souvenirs and even offered to help me purchase some items to help me get a better deal. I didn't end up going but still, he was very kind to offer. The day staff allowed me to stay in my room the next day for a small fee (10,000 kyat) since my flight was in the evening and I had nowhere to go. They also got me a cab to leave and arranged the price for me so I wouldn't get ripped off. Highly recommend if you have a late arrival or early departure and need to be close to the airport. It's a bit far the downtown attractions but for traveling needs, it's perfect.

Completely as expected before arriving. I visit Yangon regularly for business purpose. The base rate of Hotel in Yangon has lifted up recently. At Stallion, I can say the price, the room and the staff all are as good as expected. One thing I likes to see that is internet of Hotel is quite good during my stay of 3 days. It did not knocked my down even 5', and surpise me with its fast connection. It takes less than 10' to reach the airport, again as my expect.
