"The room itself was pretty awesome. I really liked the high ceilings and marble floors and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. I really felt at peace in there and wish my living situation in Hawaii was more like this place - haha. I felt like the room itself is worth the price. The pool set up is great and it has swim-up bar which is pretty cool. There are outside fountain showers by the pool and a bathroom - which is great for rinsing off sand from the beach, washing hands etc. The food was excellent. You stay next to 2 really authentic and cheap local restaurants as well, which is super convenient. The beach is nearby, w/ various surf break options and what seem like hundreds of booths offering snorkeling, diving , etc. Most importantly the customer service was excellent. The ATMs on Lembongan are complete crap and would not dispense the money I tried to withdraw. To make matters worse - my bank at home thought I had received the money from these (multiple) attempted transactions. The staff at the hotel were completely empathetic towards my potential nightmare situation. They let me receive cash through swiping a credit card. I have been traveling in Indonesia 8 times now - I have been in a situation like this one before (my card got sucked into a ATM machine) and no hotel ever let me do that despite my desperate plea for help. I thought I might have been trapped on the island w/ no money but the hotel staff understood my situation and helped me through it. Overall - I greatly enjoyed my stay here. I think the only downside was the Wifi was pretty bad. But to be honest - I've yet to find good Wifi in Indonesia period. I think you have to pretty much go to internet cafes w/ cable hook ups to get anything close to speedy. "

"Everything about Sari Nusa was lovely. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the place was very clean, the pool was wonderful, and location was perfect for exploring the island. They arranged moto bikes for us right away, cleaned our room when we asked, and left it alone if not (so rare in these parts it seems - I don't need my floor mopped on the daily...), and were very accommodating for every need. Breakfast was mediocre, and there are tons of options in town, so no need to get that included. The only negative was that the water in the shower had only two temps: cold, or lava - but cold is never a bad choice on a tropical island anyway... "

"My group of 6 friends (guys and girls) stayed in 3 AC rooms, and loved our 6 nights at Pondok Jenggala. We went to Nusa Lembongan for some beach, surfing and diving, and the hotels location was perfect for that. It is right next to all the best dive schools and only 1 street away from the beach, and main surf breaks. The rooms were basic, but the AC worked well, the showers were strong enough and hot, and the beds were stiff but great after a big day of diving or surfing; the pool was also a lot of fun (although we wish the pool bar was in service). The staff were great and happy to help; they sorted out our scooters for the stay, poolside massages whenever we wanted and the boat ride back to Bali. Lastly, the breakfasts were a welcome inclusion in the price and the Indonesian food we ordered was great, Oh also worth mentioning, 2 people in our group had a gluten intolerance, but the staff in the kitchen were nice enough to substitute our friends' gluten free flour in their morning banana pancakes. "I stayed in Bima homestay in the dorm and in a double room, for a total of 4 nights. The staff is just so nice, friendly and helpful! They have a beautiful smile everyday to welcome you and ask you about your day. You can ask them whatever and they will do everything to help you! The hotel is really Nice and super clean, big room, huge bathroom and good individual exterior space, I think is the best value for money you can find on the island. Thank you so much again to the staff for everything, you made my stay in Lembongan taste much much better :) "

"An absolutely wonderful experience. First, nusa lembongan is incredible. Location of tiger Lilly's is great, right in the heart of everything, walking distance to all and pick up drop off to some restaurants on farther side. Garden and pool are beatiful, and food is great. What differentiates this property though is the service and managers. We got great recommendations, and they assisted with anything we needed including calling our boat company which was new and making sure they were picking us up at the hotel , as well as making a dinner reservation for us for which we were given the best seat for sunset at the restaurant. Truly unbelievable service that takes a very nice little hotel to the next level. You will be happy with this choice and not regret staying here. "
