Out of this reason: Location is little bit outskirt from KL downtown, the rest is totally BEST! 1. LOCATION: Quiet surrounding & perfectly to sleep well after full day outing. 2. PRICE: New hotel & is totally 5 star service provided although just pay for budget hotel price. 3. AMENITIES: Room cozy & clean, basic amenities provided: 2 btls water, hairdryer, safebox, soap, shower cap, disposible shoe, laundry bag & kettle provided, Astro TV channel (Do take note is just a budget hotel but is perfectly for us!) 4. FACILITIES: Ample carpark & have security 24hrs to take care your car, feel safe although back to hotel very late! (All security guard very politely with warmth greet all the time!) & free WiFi in room, fast & strong signal 5. Breakfast BUFFET serve from 7AM-10AM with price MYR15 per pax (Cheapest hotel buffet & ever!) MYR50 deposit in cash required when check-in & fully refund when check-out. Definitely come back again when visit to KL. No regret & super worthy! 👍🏼

This is a great hotel for short stays. Treat it as a budget/backpacker hotel and you shall not be disappointed! What I like: 1) I stayed three nights. No-frills hotel with basic services only. Bed looks clean and comfortable with Astro TV channels. Wifi speed can be quite fast but sometimes can be intermittent, which happened on the first night only. 2) Great and affordable food nearby. There is a 24-hour Indian restaurant on the ground floor but I skipped this and went to the other one (NZ Curry House) instead, which is across the road. This is because NZ Curry House comes with a menu with prices CLEARLY stated, so I know they are not making unreasonable profits from hotel guests. Try the Chinese herbal soup restaurant behind the NZ Curry House as the food quality is great and sometimes they give you desserts for FREE if you eat when it is near closing. There is also a coffee shop opposite the Chinese restaurant which offers cheap food as the place is populated with students from the local colleges. Of course, you can walk about 10 minutes to the Festival Mall shopping mall for more classy and expensive foods. 3) Easy to travel to city area by bus but you have to cross the busy Jalan Genting Kelang road in front of the hotel. Many buses go to Chow Kit where you can hop onto the Monorail to go to almost any famous attractions in the region. The journey takes about 15-20 mins only as there is only one street Jalan Pahang before turning to Chow Kit area. Go for the aircon buses which accept RM1 for the journey. So make sure you have enough small change. It is actually quite safe to travel by bus. What I do not like: 1) Very bad sound proofing or none at all. I heard people talking very loud outside the room. Thought it was the cleaners but actually it was caused by guests in the adjacent room! 2) Hotel is not very accessible as you need to take LRT to Wangsa Maju and then a cab to reach. To end, it is a good stay if you do not have string

Look inside for a better feel of the awesome facilities provided. Outside view may be deceiving as time goes by but the real comfort is internal. Great value for money and booked through Agoda is the best. Pleasant surprise is the complimentary beverage and make your own toasted bread whole day while stocks last. Better yet is the packed Nasi Lemak bungkus and Fried Meehoon available for breakfast, all served at the reception area. That is very thoughtful of the hotel owner. Cleanliness is tip top and 42 inck TV with all the bes sports channel to catch up on EPL football matches etc. Plenty of eating shops around as well as convenience stores here. Easy to travel around too. What is not so good - need to climb stairs to level 2 and 3. Not for those with knees or OKU or carrying large heavy luggage so. - parking can be challenging during evenings due to eating shops around (but a positive for foodies). Need to pay via metering boxes or be prepared to pay summons.

the hotel is a very good option at cheap prices. It is far off from the KL sentral, the main happening place, so need to spend a lot on transportation. The MRT (Metro) is nearby and can be accessed through local bus. Don't plan by roads, even taxis, to visit the city, as they are always jam struck. best way is MRT. bathrooms are too short. food is not available but can be bought at the next door restaurant at affordable prices.. Overall a very good hotel with Setapak Sentral mall just opposite to it... Happy Journey all of you...

Facilities were great, staff were also very helpful. Either you call them or walk in, the front desk staff would answer your questions nicely. The breakfast were so-so. The room and the toilet were clean as well. Even though, this hotel is near to the Wangsa Maju LRT station, but still you need to take a grab/taxi to go to the LRT station, unless if you are willing to walk (which is quite far under the scorching sun). However, the grab fare from the hotel to the LRT station is very cheap. It only costs you RM5. One more thing, the WiFi here is so fast.

I travel a lot around the world for biz in my whole life and this is my first time to encounter a world-class budget hotel in Malaysia! No wonder all my friends choose this only budget hotel as their company hotel so do I now. Staying in is believing! Beside this, I want to thank all my friends who had advised me to come to this rational choice of hotel for all my staff and choose all Kenwingston high-end affordable housing properties around Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya! It Is truthfully a National Pride of Malaysia to have such a wonderful and strong company to built and to provide international class services in hotel line to worldwide! So here I am to proof to you that this is the best budget hotel that you are lucky to have to stay and be proud to introduce to all people around the world! It exists in Malaysia just GO FOR IT! yes, its convenient and most economical, suitable for stop-over stay or even regular or irregular business person. easy access to all highway, even with the neighbouring supermarkets and shopping mall. and the best part is the wholesale and retail grocery marts, is very huge just similar to giant or carrefour,to name a few. price wise,yes, is cheap by at least 10 to 20 oints to compare with the regular friendly store. its situated right behind the said hotel, you can even see their stores from the hotel window, once you check in at room 202..........must try!!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights for my convocation at nearby university with my family. Booked two rooms for two nights. Here are some details I've experienced during the stay. Pro: - Great location. No worry about food as food stall is literally around the hotel. KFC and McD is also very near. - Not really in the city but close to it. Going to KL would be around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Very close to main highways but far enough that you won't get stuck on traffic right in front of your hotel - 24-hours front desk. As I checked out at 5 am, this I can verify the genuinity. - Friendly staff. They are always there for your inquiries. - Muslim-friendly. Qibla and prayer mat are provided and the hotel location is also very close to mosque and every food stall outside the hotel is halal. Cons: - Apparently, the Wi-Fi isnt working. The password is correct, maybe the user are too many that it cant be connected. - My room also didnt have a mirror. But another room there is - Cockroaches

We didn't expected the LRT station is right in front of our room. For next time trip to KL, i would rather to use a public transport instead of driving own car. The location is excellent, we reached to have abt 5 mins walk for restaurants/ shops/ 2mins to mosque, all at one stop. I've booked for 2 queen beds but we ended up with 2 pax instead of 4 pax. Nevertheless, it was valuable for money. The room is clean, big, comfy bed + pillows, very clean bathroom, flat screen (not very important) and awesome A/C. Well done!

Seeds hotel is a good choice if u have a budget. Overall is good. But I am a little bit angry because OYO didn't send booking details to Seeds hotel. When I need to check in Seeds hotel told me they didn't receive my booking. Then it takes me some times to solve the problem by calling agoda. But finally Agoda had solved the problem which I feel that it is very responsible.
