"I loved the staff! They were very accommodating and upgraded our room for ¥500 more. What a deal! The room was slightly larger as we had 2 large suitcases. Though we hardly spent a lot of time in the room anyway it was fine. Loved the convenience of coin laundry and it already adds soap so it was ¥200 per wash and then ¥100 per 30 minutes for dryer. The dryer wasn't very strong so it took 3 cycles for our clothes. We decided to do Takkyubin for our large suitcase to send to Yokohama, and the staff helped with that. It was so easy! The location was about 2 blocks from the station. And walking distance to Odori park. Near delicious eateries as well. Great price for the time we stayed for 2 nights. "
