You get a premier hotel at a great price. There is a pool which we didn't use, but it looks awesome, it was just a bit too cold at the time. Our room was away from the chickens, so we didn't hear much noise. Beds were comfortable, and the AC was solid. Shower water temperature was a bit lukewarm. The safe was a bit hard to access because the closet door wouldn't open all the way. About a ten minute walk to Pai walking street and the bus terminal. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and great value for the money.

Great value hotel in peaceful surroundings with a superb mountain view from most rooms (the website photos just don't do it justice), balcony to enjoy the fresh air and a swimming pool to keep the kids occupied when bored. Only 10 minutes walk from Pai Walking Street (although the hotel runs a shuttle service if that's too much - you're in the shuttle for a minute!) but far enough away to be totally quiet. Friendly staff and very reasonable rates. Perfect place to relax!

This hotel is not too close to the Pai walking street so it is quite quiet at night. However, it takes less than 5 mins to walk from the hotel to the walking street. The owner of the hotel is very nice. I got a motorcycle accident in Pai and couldn't walk properly, and the owner was so kind to return my rental motorcycle back to Aya Service on my behalf and also dropped me at the airport. Breakfast is average. Room is nice and clean.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s located right in the town not too far away from walking street at all. We could here any outside noise from our room so that was nice. The room was great, comfy bed, clean room and an amazing shower! The breakfast was okay but I preferred eating some where else. Other than that it was amazing. We will be staying here again on our next visit to pai.

I would strongly and highly recommend this hotel to everyone who intends to stay in pai. The room given to us is 5 star grade. Everything is new and clean. With beautiful views. Bathroom is big with a huge bath tub. The heater works and it feel wonderful soaking in the bath tub on a very cold weather in pai. Just 3 min walk to the pai walking street. The hotel don't provide food but who cares as once u step up of the hotels it's the walking street. They do provide free coffee and tea at the lobby..

we get to stay there for only one night. The hotel location is strategy which is 10-15 minute walking distance to the walking street. Is recommend that you can rent a motorcycle to walk around Pai. On the way from chiagmai to pai, you will pass through few tourist attractions and this hotel before u reach the minivan station in the walking street, so the hotel is easy to found. Just one thing that need to stress is the detail in agoda stated is a aircond room but we only get a fan room with the same price.Its okay to stay in a fan room since the weather there is cold but agoda should mention it clearly if it is a fan room.

Pai Laguna is a beautiful place. It is not extravagant in its decor, minimalist but suitable for the location. The huts are located along a small lake. There is a hammocks and cushions to rest on. The rooms are small, mainly for sleeping. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very airy and spacious. The rooms and grounds are very clean. The resort is on the outskirts of town and the restaurant isn't functioning so one has to travel into town for food and shopping. There is a nightly walking street full of food and goods for sale.

Friends who lived in Pai recommended BaanMai Kon Muang - and helped booked me in for the first night. I had planned to extend for two more nights, and decided to do my research for other accommodation options. Frankly I was hesitant on BMKM initially after looking at their room pictures and rating - but decided to trust my mates. They were right. BMKM is a charming, totally "under the radar" type locally owned boutique hotel in Pai. The hotel sits right next to Pai River, beautiful quiet and charming landscaping, good size and clean room, simple breakfast options (coffee/tea, toast and absolutely deliciously hot mushrooms/minced chicken porridge... yummzz). Staff, though speaking minimal English - provided personable and good service. I enjoyed meeting the lady boss, who always have local snacks handy to share with guests. BMKM is about 10 mins walk to Pai's walking street. Just turn left and start walking... you will reach Nong Beer corner after a slow 10 mins stroll, simply turn left and you have reached the famous night walking street. And if you don't fancy walking, simply get to know a regular "taxi" driver to ferry you around - cost on average Baht 30-50 per trip within the town area. If you are looking for a quiet and charming option - away from the hassle of town area, I would recommend BMKM.

Ant colony that was formed in my bungalow crawling all over my things (at least 10000 ants) and then i was told that i lived on the farm so its normal. Great, thanks for the discovery channel news. I wouldve preferred that you actually come into my cottage and see for yourself and offer me a room switch instead of educating me on nature. The cottages are nice. Mine didnt have wifi or even electrical outlets. Annoying.. No fans. Mosquito still managed to get through nets.must be ninjas.

We only booked this hotel as we were in Pai, one of our favourite destinations in Thailand, for Christmas/New Year as everything else was already booked on the internet. We took a chance as there were no reviews for the hotel. Location is poor, outside of town,about a half hour walk which we thought we would be OK with if the hotel itself was reasonable. It was over priced for what it was. The room was very dirty with rubbish and old toileteries in the bathroom. My wife and daughter were so unhappy that we found some where else. I stayed for two nights but felt it was not a secure location and the hotel refused to refund me for the nights we did not use although they promised to do so. No aspects of the hotel or staff would make we want to recommend it to anybody else.
