Had the best three days ever. We were only in Buenos Aires for three days and relied on the team for recommendations and arrangements. From picking us up in the airport, booking a small guided tour, best tango show and exchanging dollars at a competitive rate, there is nothing negative I have to stay. Thank you so much! I should also say that the breakfast service and choice was fresh. Also the rooms are spacious (ours was huge) and relaxing.

Okay value for money. But overall bad design, LED lights over bed are extremely striking but if you off the LED, the room becomes too dark. Bath room a little too small whereas room itself have decent space and design. Air condition cannot be controlled and the room becomes very warm during winter time. I had to open the windows but you can hear noises due to echo from...Okay value for money. You can expect a lot of passerby due to the location. Hotel breakfast was very basic. Nice decor and theme in the hotel but when it comes to food - really too basic. Wifi extremely slow if you need wifi all the time, you may want to reconsider. I get constantly frustrated by the slow wifi. Some staff spoke English but definitely not all. The only 5 stars I would give will be the location - which is extremely good.

i made a same day booking at ldv for 2 nights upon arrival at eze. the price was great at usd/night--grand total paid online was $. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was a basic and clean "matrimonale" style 2 twin beds pushed together. there was a nice balcony with a table and chairs, "blackout" windowshades, and a kitchenette with basic utensils f...i made a same day booking at ldv for 2 nights upon arrival at eze. the price was great at usd/night--grand total paid online was $. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was a basic and clean "matrimonale" style 2 twin beds pushed together. there was a nice balcony with a table and chairs, "blackout" windowshades, and a kitchenette with basic utensils for cooking and eating--also a hidden safe for securing my passport, etc. flights back to the us leave at night, and ldv allowed me to store my suitcases in a locked room after i checked out at 10 am and went sightseeing during the day. there is a "hidden" pool courtyard upstairs with a very attractive parlour room where i used the internet after checking out. the wireless internet service in my guest room was reliable and free of charge.

The workout room is small and the bike does not work. The treadmill is good and the weight machine is good. The included breakfast was quite good compared to other hotels in Argentina that I stayed at. The servers were also nice. There was cereal, breads, cheese, ham, croissants, lots of fruit, yogurt, orange and grapefruit juice, and even a few deserts. The room was clean, but outdated, but they are renovating. The bed was not that great, but acceptable. The bathroom was nice. There was adequate storage, 2 chairs and a desk. The curtain did a great job darkening the room. The first night was very quiet. The next two were noisier due to a screaming kid in the neighboring room. The superior rooms are better. I would stay here again because it is pretty cheap. If you are willing to spend twice the amount there are much better 4 stars to stay at in the area.

The hotel is central and the breakfast is very good.

The Emperador Hotel is very new and well located, with a grand entry and lobby, rich woods and a lush garden ... ideal for enjoying serenity with its weeping wall in the back where water slowly cascades down, feeding a variety of plants along the way. I needed a decent hotel in the centre of Bs As close to my main appointment and close to the BuqueBus terminal as I had an early departure the next morning to Montevideo (walking distance). Good bed, bathroom and AC. All I needed. I did not use breakfast, so I cannot give my opinion on it. The neighbourhood was peaceful (used to be different 15 years ago) and shopping ...I needed a decent hotel in the centre of Bs As close to my main appointment and close to the BuqueBus terminal as I had an early departure the next morning to Montevideo (walking distance). House keepers came in without knocking first. Then i went to front desk to complian and all they said was sorry ill make sure it doesnt happen again. Funny part is they never said hi to me anytime i would see them in the hallway. Is that a 5 star hotel treatment ???? I know what she was upto. They were going to steal something from me im sure. I had just arrived 2 hrs earlier. why would she come to redo the room after they had just got us in that we sat in lobby till it was ready since we had arrived early? Just make sure u put the do not disturb and set traps to know if they came In anyway. But everything else was great just never had a piece of mind so i took my expensive belongings to a friends house.

i stayed for one night only, arriving a lot earlier than the check-in time, however they found me a ready room and offered me to take breakfast that day. omellete was tasty, i totally recommend that to keep going during the day. you can walk to the main touristic shopping center in bsas and also to puerto madero which is one of the fanciest parts of the city and where ...i stayed for one night only, arriving a lot earlier than the check-in time, however they found me a ready room and offered me to take breakfast that day. omellete was tasty, i totally recommend that to keep going during the day. you can walk to the main touristic shopping center in bsas and also to puerto madero which is one of the fanciest parts of the city and where you have several cafes, restaurants, lounges and the famous "puente de la mujer". clean and tidy room. i booked a single room and got a double for no extra change. that was great. also, since i left early next morning for a meeting, i forgot some shoes at the bedroom and the cleaning lady put them into a bag together with my luggage. it was gladly surprising to get them back without even asking when i went to pick up my luggage.

I only really have one complaint, and it has to do mainly with Agoda not supplying a place where to list the names of one's traveling companions, so that hotel staff don't automatically assume that i need a triple room all to myself, which is exactly what happened. Silly, and they should have used common sense, but it passed. Breakfast was filling every day: yogurts, fresh juices and fresh fruit, a variety of cheese, meats, breads, desserts, coffee or tea made to order, cereals. The hotel was in a very central location (even though not very close to any Subte stations) - practically in Recoletta. We had about 5 hours to burn between check-out time and leaving for the airport and they were gracious enough to safely store our luggage while we did last minute walking and souvenir shopping. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I'd come back again.
