In a great location for accessing all the main sites and the happy hour deals are great value, but beware. We booked and paid in full in advance thinking this would ensure the best price. It did not! The rates by the day we arrived were less than half what we paid, and we should have cancelled and rebooked to save money.

Had the best three days ever. We were only in Buenos Aires for three days and relied on the team for recommendations and arrangements. From picking us up in the airport, booking a small guided tour, best tango show and exchanging dollars at a competitive rate, there is nothing negative I have to stay. Thank you so much! From picking us up in the airport, booking a small guided tour, best tango show and exchanging dollars at a competitive rate, there is nothing negative I have to stay. Thank you so much! I should also say that the breakfast service and choice was fresh. Also the rooms are spacious (ours was huge) and relaxing.

Okay value for money. But overall bad design, LED lights over bed are extremely striking but if you off the LED, the room becomes too dark. Bath room a little too small whereas room itself have decent space and design. Air condition cannot be controlled and the room becomes very warm during winter time. I had to open the windows but you can hear noises due to echo from...

Air condition cannot be controlled and the room becomes very warm during winter time. I had to open the windows but you can hear noises due to echo from the streets. You can expect a lot of passerby due to the location. Hotel breakfast was very basic. Nice decor and theme in the hotel but when it comes to food - really too basic. Wifi extremely slow if you need wifi all the time, you may want to reconsider. I get constantly frustrated by the slow wifi. Some staff spoke English but definitely not all. The only 5 stars I would give will be the location - which is extremely good.

The hotel staff are accommodating, and there is a lovely bar/library/lounge on the 1st floor where is it nice to relax. Just steps from the hotel you will find the Florida pedestrian shopping street, as well as San Martin Park. Retiro is a lively district, and it is close to the more upscale Recoleta neighborhood as well.

NH Crillon Hotel Buenos Aires is in a great spot 50 metres from the San Martin metro stop. The area bordering Ritero and Recoleto is also convenient to downtown BA as well, being very close to the northern end of Florida shopping street. Hotel is clean, comfy, with free wifi and a great wi-fi service, and would definitely stay here again when visiting BA.

the hotel in central place of buenos aires. the reception wellcome was very plesent during our late evening arrival. the position of hotel made easy for tourist for interesting places by public transport like buses and taxi, shopping and restorants. the hotel staff very plesent, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. we are enjoed during our stay

Walkable from Retiro and Madero bus stations, ferry port, and subway stations. Clean and spacious room with 24 hour building security and reception. The provisions in the rooms are minimal- we stayed for 3 nights and we’re provided two bath towels, shower gel and shampoo. Our booking provided an inaccurate address (910 instead of 920).

The Carles was a great find in the Recoleta district of Buenos Aires. It is a small but updated property - superior room was very spacious, very clean, and great size bathroom. The staff was very helpful - especially Latta and Fransisco. If you are a TV person, there are no English channels but the free Wi-Fi is reliable. Breakfast is good but not amazing.

very friendly, nice, helpful staff. when i booked on agoda, breakfast was included in the price. but when i got the recipt, it said not included. i checked it twice. after the first stay, i was very satisfied so i booked the hotel on my return to. same thing about breakfast. it was a good breakfast buffe, 44arg.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. My room was spacious, had a spare bed/sofa, and a balcony. I was actuallya surprised since my first stay was in one of the smallest rooms. I have stayed in other hotels in Buenos Aires and this is probably one of my favorites.

Good location. Many sightseeing and shopping attractions nearby. Close to transportation options- Subte, collectivo buses, Retiro station, Manuel Tienda Leon bus depot to airport (40 pesos), Puerta Madera ferries. Lots of restuarants and shopping in walking distance. Resturant get crowded at 9:00AM ; go earlier or later ( but not after 10:45.)

We booked this hotel via agoda.com The room I was given was in the front on a busy street and it was quite noisy. I called the desk and asked for a change of rooms and they said impossible. I then went back to the desk and asked again. This time I was given a bigger room with 2 beds on the side of the building which was quiet. The man working the desk seems disint...

I called the desk and asked for a change of rooms and they said impossible. I then went back to the desk and asked again. This time I was given a bigger room with 2 beds on the side of the building which was quiet. The man working the desk seems disinterested in helping anyone. The other staff were better. The workout room is small and the bike does not work. The treadmill is good and the weight machine is good. The included breakfast was quite good compared to other hotels in Argentina that I stayed at. The servers were also nice. There was cereal, breads, cheese, ham, croissants, lots of fruit, yogurt, orange and grapefruit juice, and even a few deserts. The room was clean, but outdated, but they are renovating. The bed was not that great, but acceptable. The bathroom was nice. There was adequate storage, 2 chairs and a desk. The curtain did a great job darkening the room. The first night was very quiet. The next two were noisier due to a screaming kid in the neighboring room. The superior rooms are better. I would stay here again because it is pretty cheap. If you are willing to spend twice the amount there are much better 4 stars to stay at in the area.

We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon and were told that the check-in time is 3 PM. We did not get our room key well after 5 pm. The reception counter seemed a bit chaotic with many people waiting in line. So our first impression of the service was bad. I needed a decent hotel in the centre of Bs As close to my main appointment and close to the BuqueBus terminal as I had an early departure the next morning to Montevideo (walking distance). Good bed, bathroom and AC. All I needed. I did not use breakfast, so I cannot give my opinion on it. The neighbourhood was peaceful (used to be different 15 years ago) and shopping ...

House keepers came in without knocking first. Then i went to front desk to complian and all they said was sorry ill make sure it doesnt happen again. Funny part is they never said hi to me anytime i would see them in the hallway. Is that a 5 star hotel treatment ???? I know what she was upto. They were going to steal something from me im sure. I had just arrived 2 hrs earlier. why would she come to redo the room after they had just got us in that we sat in lobby till it was ready since we had arrived early? Just make sure u put the do not disturb and set traps to know if they came In anyway. But everything else was great just never had a piece of mind so i took my expensive belongings to a friends house.

i stayed for one night only, arriving a lot earlier than the check-in time, however they found me a ready room and offered me to take breakfast that day. omellete was tasty, i totally recommend that to keep going during the day. you can walk to the main touristic shopping center in bsas and also to puerto madero which is one of the fanciest parts of the city and where ...

I only really have one complaint, and it has to do mainly with Agoda not supplying a place where to list the names of one's traveling companions, so that hotel staff don't automatically assume that i need a triple room all to myself, which is exactly what happened. Silly, and they should have used common sense, but it passed. Aside from that, we were well taken care of...

Silly, and they should have used common sense, but it passed. Aside from that, we were well taken care of, the rooms were clean, spacious, bathrooms were modern, with toiletries. Breakfast was filling every day: yogurts, fresh juices and fresh fruit, a variety of cheese, meats, breads, desserts, coffee or tea made to order, cereals. The hotel was in a very central location (even though not very close to any Subte stations) - practically in Recoletta. We had about 5 hours to burn between check-out time and leaving for the airport and they were gracious enough to safely store our luggage while we did last minute walking and souvenir shopping. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I'd come back again.

This hotel is in a good location in Retiro and you can walk to most of the attractions around it. The staff were very competent and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. Overall a good functional hotel that is value for money if you are able to get a good deal off of Agoda.
