Hotel was located near to many of the hotspots (e.g. Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Printemps Haussmann, Paris Opera and etc) in Paris with walking distance. Basic amenities were available in the hotel and there are convenient store within 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. However, service provided by one of the staff was not that friendly. Requested whether there is other available room after found out that the door cannot be locked properly but was being rejected without checking for the availability. Overall still satisfy with everything.

Walking distance to Pl da la Concorde, Madeleine, Palais Garnier, Opera, Les Grands Boulevards (Galleries Lafayette, Printemps Paris & many brand names...located). A few mins walk to Metro, all landmarks in Paris were easily reached & plenty of choices of restaurants. If it's not raining & you can manage to carry all your luggage, it is 10 mins+- walk to Roissy Bus Stop via Rue Godot de Mauroy & Rue Auber airport bus every 15 mins) which I believed is the best deal & most direct way to CDG airport. Front desk staffs were professional & helpful to guests. I'll have reserve if U'r a family with 2 kids or with lots of big suitcases but good for me & my son aged 14. Interior deco in rock & band theme. Everything seemed clean, just floor carpet looks worn out & I was a bit claustrophobic the first time when we used the elevator to our room, imagine sardines in a box😬. I highly recommend this hotel to business traveller or tourist to explore the city. We're quite upset of the wifi though😥

Via a booking site, I always state my needs, eg whether I'm arriving early, etc. In most cases, these requests seem to be ignored by the hotels, and so I have to mention them again upon arrival. For this hotel, they didn't ignore the request. We requested for early check-in, not expecting too much, as we arrived Paris a little past 8am, and just hoped for a bit earlier than normal check-in time. We already planned to just drop our bags first, have breakfast, a bit of sightseeing and go back to hotel for an earlier check-in. We were very delighted that upon arrival we were told that our room is ready so we can rest after our long trip ! The reception is also very warm, I always like staff who are smiling, and they helped us with our bags. And best of all, our room was upgraded ! Location wise, the hotel is very near the metro, and also just about 10 minutes walk to La Fayette Galeries, and Opera. It's about 20 minutes walk to Louvre. The surrounding of the hotel is quiet as it's near office buildings, but still easy to move around because of the metro. There's a very nice small restaurant at ground floor which prepares fresh pizza in less than 10 min, and many other restaurants around. The best thing about this hotel are the staff -- they're all very warm and very accommodating, and knows our needs.

Very convenient location. Just 8 mins walk to galeries Lafayette. We stayed here on recommendation from our friends who came here on honeymoon last year! Loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. Not necessary to have breakfast at the hotel as the nearby Midore bakery is a better deal. From Paris CDG airport, take Roissy bus EUR10 per person to Opera stop and walk to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay particularly because of the convenient location and friendly staff! Good hotel for the price you pay to stay in central Paris!

in a quiet courtyard in the 9th arrondissement, this small b&b-style property provides neat and tidy rooms within walking distance of the louvre. around the corner from the grand boulevard metro stop, the aston hotel represents a good deal on accommodation in a safe and tranquil environment. the shops of boulevard haussmann are just up the road as is opera garnier, while the louvre can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes, the seine and pont neuf just a little bit further. accommodations here are compact, clean and functional, and a continental breakfast buffet is served on site. the hotel is just on the edge of the 2nd arrondissement where traditional arched galleries offer cafes, clothes boutiques and brasseries by the score.

a budget hotel in Paris but it's comfortable, I stayed in 3 different hotels during my stay in Paris but this one just top the chart! They provided a fan, they have an elevator access! (which most of the budget hotels don;t have) the staff are very nice and helpful, and they clean the room everyday. WIFI is fast too. Location is around Pigalle and just a short walk from the Pigalle metro. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe,plenty of food choices too. Only thing was during my last day, the elevator broke and we need to use the stairs up all the way to 7th floor, but no biggie, I enjoyed my stay!

I was told by front desk that this is just a 3 star hotel and there is no such item in their hotel. 6)Only one bottle of complimentary water for first day 7)Room is very small. There is no luggage rack. We got room 405 & 417. Aircon works in 405, but the aircon is busted in 417. We were told to open heater if cold and open windows if hot for 417. 8)If you like shopping, there is none near the hotel. Champs Elysees area is better as there are hundreds of shops. Champs Elysees shopping district is between Metro George V and Metro Franklin Roosevelt near Arche de Triomphe. Although this hotel is just 2 subway stops from Gallery Lafayette, the walk is dark at night and best to take Metro. Buy the 7 days unlimted NAVIGO Metro card (Euro27.80 only).

I arrived before 8.30am after a long haul international flight and although the website said check in wasn't until 2.00pm, my room was already available and I was able to check in straight away. The staff were extremely warm and exceptionally polite as well as highly efficient. The room was light and airy and very clean and although I'd expected it to be quite small, it utilised its space efficiently so in no way felt cramped. The location was perfect and being my first trip to Paris and a little apprehensive about where to book, I could not have picked a better area. La Palais De Garnier is at the end of the street and was a delight to pass every day and the metro station is metres from the front door so access to public transport couldn't be easier. I would definitely recommend the Excelsior Opera Hotel and it will be the first place I look to book for future visits to the beautiful city of Paris.

The hotel is well located in the 9th district, within walking distance of the Opera in one direction and Moulin Rouge in the other direction. The nearest Metro station is only a couple of hundred metres, allowing easy access to the whole city. The rooms are beautifully finished with all the amenities that you need. Even though my room was on the 1st floor facing the street the area was not noisy at night. The breakfast has a good variety of food, all fresh and high quality. The main feature that sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were simply lovely. They gave me plenty of advice on where to go, things to see and how to get there (and, since it's Paris, how long you may have to queue to get in). And always greeted me with a warm 'bonjour' when I staggered back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. I cannot rate this hotel too highly. I would recommend it to any travelers visiting Paris who want a warm, comfortable place to stay that allows easy access to the city's attractions.

The whole experience is quite nice. The room is comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel is nice with lots of variety of simple restaurants to choose from. Turkish kebab, bagel shop, fruit stalls, and convenient store close by. Metro 12 is just a few steps away, but you need to walk far underground. A good 15 min walk to Hausmann blvd and Opera area. Although the hotel is comfortable, the wifi is a bit of a challange. You need to sit in the lobby or in their bar to have a good connection (free). This is a bit of a hassle especially on winter trip.

The location is great for the metro and there’s a big car park about 200m along the road. Though not cheap to park, it beats driving everywhere and worrying about the time limits on the nearby roads. We felt safe walking around in the evenings and walked to the sacre coer and sat on the steps watching the sun set and listening to a French man on his guitar, it was fab! Breakfast was served at the hotel but we were never up in time! The most special thing about this hotel is it’s roof terrace which gives you a great view of Paris. So much so, we didn’t bother going up the Eiffel Tower for the view! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. They provide towels and body wash and shampoo in one. We will definitely return, thank you.

hotel room is pretty small, but i think i cannot expect too much at this price. location: 15 min easy walk from opera house and Lafayett, can walk there if you take Roissy bus from airport even though we have a few luggage and a child in a buggy. quite a number of restaurants around and you can find a small carrefour and franpix (supermarkets) nearby. wifi was not working when we arrived but i managed to use it that night.

This place is a blast in the past! But the place is clean, location is perfect. 12mins walk to Opera where the Roissy bus & Big Bus stops. Near Gallery Lafayette department store. When we arrived and settled, we walked to Sacre Coer then buy some food on the way back. The staff are nice, special mention to Madame Bojeno. We didn't have breakfast but it seems a good selction of food. Water in the washroom is strong, no issue in our room except a sqeeky floor but it doesn't matter to me, no one complains from downstairs anyway. Aircon isn't that bad, but I prefer colder. Given that Paris hotels are expensive, this hotel overall is worth it. Book thru Agoda - they take care of their client, seriously!

The hotel is very good located. You can go on foot to the Opera, Moulin Rouge, Montmarter (all less than 30 min walk).There are good public transport connections near the hotel. The rooms were clean but small. Maybe it is standard for Paris. The breakfast was very good - typical French breakfast. And finally: free WiFi is really 24h free! Not like many other hotels 1-2 hours per day.

What a fantastic hotel. After finding ourselves in a nightmare hotel prior to this one, we managed to get a last minute booking at Timhotel. What an absolute pleasure arriving there and having friendly faces greet and help us. We were allowed to leave our luggage behind until check-in time and offered a cup of coffee before we went in search of breakfast. Rooms are super spacious - a luxury in Paris. Very clean rooms, modern and luxurious furnishings, great bathroom, very professional and friendly staff and wonderful little touches. Appreciated the fact that there was a fridge in the room for my insulin and the kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked very substantial and interesting from what we saw. Will definitely be booking there again next time we're in Paris.

So me and my girlfriend stayed at Diva Opera for three nights a few weeks ago. The location of the hotel is great, just a few hundred meters from the nearest metro station that makes it easy and convenient to travel around the city. We had a terrific room on the top floor with not one, but two lovely french balconies. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, even though i was rather small. The bed was supercomfy and everything you need is included in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Fransesca, who helped us with practically everything. She speaks fluent english and gave us really good information on how to get from the hotel to different locations. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the layed back and down-to-earth, yet professional attitude, towards the customers. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its cheap and really offers a whole lot for your money. Would definitely go again. Br. Ville and Eve

I stayed at Hotel Libertel Montmartre Opera for 6 days 5 nights. This is my first time been to Paris. The hotel is so convenient and can easily find any restaurant or bar within few foot steps. It has two Metro station , which is Pigalle & Blanche. It only takes 5mins walking to the Metro Station. There is a few Groceries shop nearby that you could grab some snack or drink too. Hotel is clean & staffs are friendly . I was very enjoyed staying here !

Metro station, Blanche is only 1 minute away from the hotel. It is quite handy to move. But you have to beware that you may run into robbers on the streets because it is next to a crime zone. The room was so clean and impressive. In addition, one of staff working at night, a tall african french guy, was so kind and helpful. He is the best hotel staff I have ever experienced.

This hotel has a good location because it is within walking distance of most attractions. Access to public transportation is convenient. Also trains and buses to CDG airport stop relatively nearby. The hotel is in excellent condition. Our standard room had a very nice design. We enjoyed the flat-screen TV with international programming as well as the complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. The room also had a mini-refrigerator and safety-deposit box. The size of the room was compact, but the bathroom had good size - and we did not have much luggage in any case. All staff members were friendly and eager to help. Because our room was not available for early check-in, we left our luggage without any problem. We would surely like to return and do recommend this hotel without any doubt because the pricing was very reasonable!

If you go to Paris for Shopping then this is the place to stay. It's a hop, Skip & Jump from Galleries Lafayette and Printemps! A short walk from Madeleine and Opera Garnier - you're in the heart of the city! Facilities include a well stocked service apartment. A clean and well thought out layout of the rooms was very much welcome. I would highly recommend this for families and larger groups who want to stay together.
