Hotels near Paradigm Mall

Was a last minute booking. Booked a king executive with breakfast for 4 adults.At check-in, was told by staff that I had to pay for 2 additional beds but breakfast for 4 is inculded for our 3-night stay. It was a little strange I thought. Staff allowed me to go up to my room to decide whether I still wanted the extra beds.The room was very large; 66sq. metres. A phone call from reception came through. The counter staff said that if I would still like to have the 2 extra beds, it would be complimentary. Of course, I opted to have the beds. The room is very clean and spacious. As we were booked into an executive room, we had access to the executive lounge; full American breakfst, high tea and evening cocktails are provided. On one of the mornings, my son needed 2AA batteries for his weighing scale. Approached concierge for it. Although the staff took quite a while to get back to us, they were very accommodating. In the end, they gave us a pack of 4 batteries. Parking at the car park is complimentary for hotel guests. The gym was definitely welcomed by my son who rated it the best for a hotel gym. AS we had a high floor room, we could see the fireworks let off on New Year's Eve. The hotel also let off a fantastic fireworks display to usher in the New Year. The staff at Hilton, from wait staff in the dining areas to housekeeping to concierge to reception, everybody was extremely polite and courteous. Service is a 5* at Hilton PJ. The only qualm we have is having to pay for bottled water at a dinner buffet we had in the hotel. The bottled water is provided free in our own rooms/executive lounge, yet we had to pay for it at dining?!

the hotel is located in between kl and pj and is strategically located. if you are planning to come here for business around the pj area. this could be a good choice of hotel. especially that it is connected to phileo damansara. dining at eastin is also pretty good and it is also near to a lot of the large malls in pj like tropicana city mall, one utama and paradigm mall.

I had my vacation there April 27 to 30 with my husband and two-year-old daughter. From the entrance i was confused for a moment where the Front desk where at but there were friendly Security Guard Name Mr. Pandry that assisted us to get to the Front office to check in. He assisted us from the Entrance of the hotel till to the 6th floor where we had to check in and get the key. Then, Mr. Snagun Snaema (front office) assisted us from 6th floor where the front office to our room. He helped us with our luggages and placed them nicely in our room. He is very friendly. Also, Mr P. Sivakumar is very friendly with us especially to my two-year-old daughter. He played and have conversation with her. Also, Mr. Gerald Morei assisted us with our luggages when we checked out. There is always a person who will assist you in case you need help when you get lost. The room was great even though it was not that big its great for a couple or with a toddler. I love the high floor that i requested and non smoking room. The Room is very clean and tidy especially the bathroom. Whatever you see in the picture, it is in the actual in person. The breakfast buffet was great they have international buffet and always refill their food. The waitstaff are friendly also. i just didn't get to go to their wonderful pool its on the top floor. The housekeeping did a great job on cleaning our room. i left a note for the housekeepers an apology because some of the mess my toddler left. For me, the price value for this hotel is great people rate it as a 3 stars hotel but for me its 5 stars. Keep up all the good work Best Western Hotel. I appreciate everything you guys do to take care of your guests.

Sheraton PJ is by far the best hotel I’ve been to in KL - high end with affordable rate. Deluxe rm 12th floor - queen bed is so comfy, the pillows are heaven I feel like I wanted to buy one from them! The sheets and covers are clean and smell freshly laundered. The view is amazing, but Armada Hotel obstructs the view a bit. if you’re on a higher floor, shouldn’t be a problem. Sunrise view was beautiful! The tub was a bit small, but clean and has a glass wall facing the bedroom. You can watch the TV while having a bubble bath. Bathroom provides toothbrushes, comb, good smelling shampoo, conditioner (separate! Thank god!), and shower gel, hair dryer, cotton bud, vanity mirror with light all around and cosmetic mirror! Separate rain shower area. Hot water takes a while to warm up. Only one robe though, for two ppl booking. It’s ok. Slippers. I didnt get a chance to leave a thank u note for arranging a special birthday decor! Very nice touch! Nice view at the infinipool area!

I immediately sensed a good stay when the 1st thing i received was a friendly smile from the chinese male staff who checked me in. The room was clean and huge. Tea and coffee was readily available. Received newspaper each morning. Flat screen tv with good channels. It also comes with a hairdrier. Parking is also free of charge. I had booked the hotel inclusive of breakfast and Ive forgotten that it was during Ramadhan(fasting month for muslims) so i thought ive wasted my money but i was surprised that the hotel provided sahur (food prepared for consuming before sunrise) for muslim customers. I only had issues connecting to the wifi that is provided free of charge but after i informed the malay lady staff at the reception just before i went out on the 1st night, the issue was solved when i got back to my room later that night and it doesnt cause me any problem after that. Another issue that is lacking is the security of the hotel. I was able to come in and out of hotel and even take the lift at any time without anyone stopping me at the entrance cause i didnt see any security personel for the 2 nights that i have stayed in. Overall ive had a pleasant stay and i would definitely stay at the same hotel if i ever visit Petaling Jaya again. Thank you to all the staffs for making my stay a pleasant and wonderful time.

Great hotel in my opinion. And if i'm not wrong there are residences from floors 5 to 18 so there's actually not a lot of hotel guests when i was there, and the place is exceptionally quiet. Next to Paradigm mall which has almost everything so a very convenient location as well. Only problem was the water temperature during bathing, as the temperature seems to switch from hot to cold frequently even if the tap was not touched. And i thought the room i booked has a bath tub but it doesn't, not that it mattered since i don't intend to use it. However, would like to say that Agoda does not give you the best price for this place, neither does it honor the best price guarantee when you find a better price. So search for options for cheaper booking when you book.

a great location to house a visiting guest overnight. Near to my workplace, convenient access to food and amenities with the Atria Galleria mall behind. The deluxe room is clean and comfortable for short stay. Receptionist is polite and accommodating. As this hotel is located in an end lot, all rooms have windows. There is a lift although it is just a 4 story hotel. A bottle of drinking water is provided. Great value for money booking through Agoda. I have no complaints. There is no food served. However there is no option for a Not Applicable Button in the compulsory field above. Kindly ignore the rating for item 1 which is Food/Beverage

We stayed at Room #108, a standard queen room. The room size is the same with the description. It is suitable for short stay only. It's located about 2 KM from Paradigm Mall, across LRT Kelana Jaya Station. There is shuttle bus from Paradigm Mall to Kelana Jaya Station. The room is clean enough but I spotted black fungus in the corner of shower. The bed sheet is white and clean but towel looks old and yellowish. The staff is ok. They will clean the room if only requested when you extend your stay. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower has very good water pressure. TV has local channel only, no Astro. WiFi is disconnected many times. There is coffee/tea maker in the room but coffee nor tea is provided. The receptionist will give 2 remote control when guest check in and this hotel required refundable deposit Rm 50. The Rm 50 deposit will be returned when guest return 2 remote control when check out. It is to get Uber / Grab in this location but not many food stalls near by.

Location in Damansara uptown was of close proximity to KLCC and Mont Kiara. Nearby towns like Puchong and Petaling was also very accessible by Grab or Car. Easy to venture around. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Just below the hotel is Starling Mall with many restaurants and Jaya Grocer (Supermarket). Shops are not as much as those in Paradigm, Bukit Bintang or IOI Malls but manageable. Many food stores across the streets especially Hokkien Mee and Zi Char. 7-11 convenience stall across the street too. Parking is free for hotel guest.

I tried to use Waze to find the hotel location but unfortunately I couldnt find it. So I have to call the hotel and check with it. The person who picked up the phone is nice and explain to me clearly. The location is nice and easy to access to most of the shopping area such as Ikea, One Utama, The Curve, Tropicana City Mall, Paradigm Mall. If you want to find a cheap and nice hotel in this area, please try this! You pay less and get a quality hotel.

(Note: Nostalgic rambling in the first paragraph) Growing up in Petaling Jaya, Shah Village Hotel formed part of what we call the "A&W" walk. That's the street you turn into to get to the hotel, or as I prefer to address it, a motel. Yes, the one direction street consists of A&W, 2 privates clubs, a multi storey parking lot cum food court and this motel. Sadly, all of them seemed to have seen better days. Well, if first impression says it all the word to best describe this motel is "tired". But let it not put you off. Parking's free and check in was also hassle free. The reception area is nice although the bar doesn't look like it's been utilized much. I booked a "standard room" which consists of a twin bed arrangements. Again, "tired" is how I would describe the room but at this price point, I'm not too fussy about it and after all, I really planned to show my foreign friend around town most of time anyway. The room was adequate. The aircond worked, the toilet was big enough. The room also comes with a TV (some satellite channels), a fridge, hot water flask, hair dryer and most importantly, an in room safe. If you can get past the "tired" way everything looks, the room is actually quite nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it's closely situated to the LRT train station, a short 5 minute walk away. A ticket to town, say, Pasar Seni (the older side of KL), is RM2 one way. Twin towers would probably be an addition ringgit, not more I think... If venturing into town is not your thing, the nearby Amcorp Mall or PJ New Town host enough shops, restaurants, banks, etc to get you going. Like spicy, authentic Malay food? The nearby food court is great but watch the chillies! Chinese, Thai, Indian? Not too far away either. Got a friend who's a local? Meet, greet and park up at the motel. The Agoda deal came with buffet breakfast, a good spread of Western and Eastern fare. Overall, a good motel at a good location.

Im Travelling alone,so I choose The big size bed. It was nice and The staff was very friendly. The room okay and The air con is good. What I like is this hotel have a water refill so I Dont Need tO buy water everyday. And have a water Boiled kettle, so it was very comfort tO drink tea Ir coffee. The bathroom also provide a hot water. So it was really comford. There dont provide a hair dryer so you solid Bring your own. And hotel initiary like comb, samphoo but they provide a soap. The staff is very friendly, The housekeeper always refill mu coffee and tea everyday. And The reception were nice. I can asking about local nyummy affordable Food, best Road and how tO get tO Some direction when it is traffic. For budget hotel, Its very affortable and recomended 😄

Cleanliness depends on who are working on that day because there's only 2 guy who clean my room very good. Channel tv on WB always same story and I don't know why 😂 I saw a few small cockroach on the table but after that no more. The room kinda small. The smallest so far I ever booked but okay to stay over 😂 Aircond sometimes I can't feel it. Just for an hour so far. Most of the time very cool and nice. Water heater fully working. Near to the Banks, Watsons, KFC, Speedmart, Texas Chicken and few more restaurant (if you not lazy to walk) The staff so far okay. (Theresa very polite and nice) But I don't like when they keep looking at me and my friend everytime we're went out. They were staring at us not looking at us to be precise. I've read some negative comments but I did not came across with those. For me, everything is perfect except the location which nothing special around there but, I don't blame the management because I might be not in their target customer. Anyway, if you have your own vehicle and a GPS @ Waze application, you can easily find this hotel. The other good thing about the hotel which they did'nt highlight is the quad room has a mini fridge which you hardly found in any 3-star hotel. There are plenty of public parking space to park our vehicle for free and the best thing is that they have a security guard outside the hotel to look after our vehicle at night. I will definitely stay here if I have another business in KL or Shah Alam.

This is a relatively new budget hotel. I had booked a premier suite with window and stayed for 3 nights. The room had a queen size bed and large people would not have much space to move about. The shower was ok. The drinking glasses were not clean when I had checked in. Front desk was ok. Location was good as it was near to my branch office and there were lots of food to eat at night. The SS2 durian stalls are about 200m away but sadly it was not durian season while I was there. Wireless access was quite good, I was able to transfer large files via VPN to and from my server in Singapore without issues. Will return to stay even if my budget allows me to stay at Armada or Crystal Crown primarily because of the location. Food/Dining is rated 5 because of location. Hotel does not have food.

Keep in mind that this is a 1-star hotel so lower all expectations n the stay will be fine. Staff is helpful & friendly. The triple room w window is perfect for our family of 3. Room is quite spacious, clean & very well-maintained for a budget hotel. Beds are comfortable, clean sheets, no smelly pillow, no itch or rashes after 2 nights. Bathroom is clean & water pressure is good. For muslim, wudhuk pipe is not available, just shower head. Aircon is strong, room has ceiling fan as well. Room Wifi is weak but you can use lobby wifi which is stronger. TV channels are really lousy unless you are in the room for long. Generally, the overall hotel security is safe, only 1 main door is open at night which requires the recep staff to monitor n open door for entry. However, room security only has a latch to it, no double lock. Location is safe, although quiet at night but they are several security staff along the pavements who guards the nearby offices. Walking distance to hypermarket. Near to Paradigm Mall (can walk but quite dangerous due to heavy traffic, suggest get hotel call a cab or drive). Parking lots are limited. Park at the backlane of the hotel and ask for a room where you can see your car from it. Driving to other malls (eg curve, one utama, sunway) is convenient as the hotel leads to nearby highway. Overall, will recommend for fellow travelers. Btw, there are 2 sister hotels of the same name, dont get mixed up.

I've booked for someone else for this hotel. But a day before that I actually walk into the hotel to inquire the price. They charge around RM128 per day for walk ins and is non negotiable. But in Agoda they only charge at RM90 all inclusive of tax. Thought that it would be cheaper for walk ins but I was wrong. Overall it should be a good stay as there is a bank just below the building and easy access to many famous eateries around. Security wise is not a concern at all.

My 2 night stay was good. We did have a misunderstanding on a 1 night booking vs 2 nights but that was quickly solved & they called me back in a few min to clarified it. So no complaint. Location was close enough to 1Utama, Kelana Jaya, SS2. Finding the hotel can be tricky unless you have GPS/Google map. It's not exactly close to main road so best if you have own transport. Ample reserved open carpark. Room was spacious and even has a fridge. Room was as exactly as shown in the hotel website pictures. Room & bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly. Didn't try dining at the restaurant next door so no comment

Double room for around RM50, what a bargain. Laundry downstairs, CIMB bank, restaurants, KFC, speedmart, Hero & Giant supermarket within walking distance. Giant mall & Paradigm mall within 5 minutes drive. Friendly staff. Television with HBO & Supersports. Hot water dispenser available. Anyway, room 206 bathroom too small, don't even have enough space to stand and take shower.
