I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

We travel to Vietnam often, but this is our first stay at this hotel. I picked it for the location, but was very pleased with all that was offered. The check in staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. All staff spoke some english and others were fluent which made everything very easy. I am disabled and was quickly accommodated with a room with walk in shower which was very modern and stunning. We loved Hotel Nikko and were sad to leave. The service was fantastic, we were there on Christmas Day and thought it would be hard being away from family but Hotel Nikko pulled out all the stops to make sure everyone had a merry few days. We were greeted in our room on the night before Christmas with a Santa sock filled with treats, although this seems like a small and insignificant gesture to some people to us it was very welcomed; not many hotels go to this much effort anymore (we stayed five star on our whole three week trip and this hotel, along with Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong,was the only one with service of this caliber). We enjoyed a buffet dinner for Christmas Dinner and it was also amazing,the selection of food was fantastic and most was freshly prepared (I wish I could say the same for Sheraton Spa and Resort in Nha Trang). The hotel also helped us to book a tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, which I would recommend doing. Overall we were very happy with out stay, the rooms were clean, the hotel is well maintained and the service was great. We will definitely we staying here again when next in Saigon.

After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! My friend and I had been booked into a '4 star' hotel on the other side of town when we didn't realise how old that rating was and how we didn't want to be in that kind of area. A desperate search online led me to The Myst and I've made only a few better decisions in my life! Such understated luxury and class - far superior to any anonymous chain hotel. We had an awesome time at this hotel. We had bad luck with the rug in the room, really smelly but the staff tried their best to help us with this problem. The bed was really comfy and bathtub was awesome. Due to the weather, we couldn't swim so our child used the tub as mini pool. We ordered some snacks at the pool and it was surprised excellent . Very nice and quiet room, listed as “no window” but it had a long rectangular valance window that flooded the room with sunshine everyday. I was expecting a dark and dreary room, but it was the total opposite; bright and pleasant. Modern room design, with ice cold A/C and plenty of hot water for showers. Staff was always there for advice, help booking tours or giving directions. The one or two blocks surrounding the hotel are under construction and are being developed so at night it’s a little desolate but safe. Don’t let that deter you, people are always around. A+ honest reviewer!

As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience...As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience in HCMC. Eden Saigon is new and there are a few minor teething problems as can be expected. The location is good but certainly not the best compared to the up market opera tourist area. But none of these matters. The management and staff has to be congratulated for the best service I have ever received in any HCMC hotels bar none beating out much better known and much more expensive high end 5 stars establishments. The architecture and design is elegantly understated by Vietnamese standards with an impressive grand lobby and 12th floor pool and bar not to be missed for the incredible views. Most importantly, the room is elegant, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs with a few extra touches that makes the difference between good and excellent....and I stayed in the lowest end room. I have no doubt Eden Saigon will flourish if they continue their impeccable service and maintain their facilities, and do not look forward to the day when their rates catch up with their reputation. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy not staying in a different hotel everytime, now that I have found the one perfect for me.

Nhat Ha 3 is in a very central location close to some great restaurants and within walking distance to major shopping centres such as Vincom, Parkson and a little further away is Binh Thanh Market. The room was clean and comfortable with the best water pressure of any hotel I have stayed in Saigon. less than 5 mins walk from the left of the hotel to ben thanh market. highland coffee 5mins away, just turn the right from hotel and cross the road at the junction. execellent services and vinasun taxi easily available as they are parked opposite the hotel. the conceige will get the taxi to drive over to the hotel whenever you need one. room extension to 6pm will cost ...less than 5 mins walk from the left of the hotel to ben thanh market. highland coffee 5mins away, just turn the right from hotel and cross the road at the junction. execellent services and vinasun taxi easily available as they are parked opposite the hotel. the conceige will get the taxi to drive over to the hotel whenever you need one. room extension to 6pm will cost additional 1.031 million dong. good breakfast buffet spread but horrible coffee. paid 52,000 for an english coffee from their espressor machine and it's still terrible, luckily the cafe supervisor offered to cancel my bill. the mocha from their bistro on the contrary is very nice. 10mins walking distance to vincom centre and saigon parkson. room lighting at the work desk is too dim though for a business traveller like me and the room door peep hole is too high for most asians which is weird for a local hotel like this.

Every day they have a different selection but if you go for breakfast at say 9am some things have run out. Best to go early. Also they had croissants one day but cut them up into tiny bits so may 1 croissant was cut into 5 or 6 bits, same for donuts. Why not put out as a whole? You have to order fried egg, but it comes out still a bit raw so not able to eat, tried everyday but always the same. You can order Vietnnese noodles but after 9am you might get half a bowl as they have run out. There is bread and a toaster but the toaster is half broken with 4 slots but only 2 work and 1 of them only works on one side. Please buy a new toaster. The breakfast could be so much better with just a few changes. These are the reasons why i didn't give it 5 stars. But the staff are great and the rooms are large and clean and the beds are very good. Not sure if I'd stay there again.

Rooms at this hotel may not quite reach the standards of some of it's mighty nearby neighbours, but at a starting price of around per night, I find it hard to think how you could find a better place for a comfortable stay. Ratings of this hotel probably still suffer a bit from the time that the hotel underwent renovations. But now the hotel offers deluxe rooms with choices of regular or rain showers, premium bedding and flat screen TVs. Breakfast is great and so is the spa and gym full of brand new equipment. The roof top bar could be great if they could attract more people and add a bit more atmosphere. Even so, some of Saigon's best restaurants and bars are within stumbling distance of the hotel, so you're never short of options (perhaps this is their problem). Anyway, I highly recommend the grand in Saigon. It offers a nice mix of colonial style with a more modern hotel.

Generally not too fussy with you but take care of your needs. They won't bend over backward to get you everything (e.g. chargers for your devices) but are quite nice if you just want a basic hotel service. d) The location - By the river front and within walking distance to major sights. I like the river aspect of it and watching the barge floats downstream. e) Compared to the Sheraton (another good hotel in my opinion), it's much cheaper so you will get a good price/quality ratio. Also, I just think the view here is much better. The pool at the Sheraton is bigger and more tropical due to the plants but not as "cool". Also, you won't lament the money you spent here. It's a good value.

There are also a good number of choices of dining outlets, bars, art and crafts shops just few steps away from the hotel. Even for first timer vacationer in that part of Ho Chi Minh city's District 1, small malls like the Z...Duc Voung hotel with its central location in District 1 is ideal for artwork/painting enthusiast as it has a number of neighboring small galleries. There are also a good number of choices of dining outlets, bars, art and crafts shops just few steps away from the hotel. Even for first timer vacationer in that part of Ho Chi Minh city's District 1, small malls like the Zen Plaza along Nguyen Trai, a local market, groceries are so conveniently accessible. Best of all, the hotel staff are so attentive and friendly. Its budget rate is best enjoyed by booking through agoda. Will love to come back and I highly recommend the hotel to other vacationers in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

The beds are really comfortable and the room I stayed in , had a lovely new bathroom. Breakfasts were great, too. I have been to HCMC many times and have stayed in many Hotels, there. Bt when it comes to the combination of factors such as budget, quality of rooms (mine was a large city view on a higher floor), ease of walking access to most of the local sights and value for money, then you can't beat here.

Unmounted flat screen tv (HBO, CNA, NHK are available). Digital safe is available too. Toilet is relatively clean.. Shower is detachable.. But my room bath tub water running is very slow.. Hence basically i would have to off the water to let it run down before resume bathing IF I DIDN'T want the water to rise up my feet.. If you are not particular like my friend, then its no issue,, Location is great!! Everything is on left side of the main entrance of the hotel. Ben Thanh and its night market, coffee bean, Pho restaurant, saigon square, parkson plaza, union square etc.. Please remember to bargain prices. The sales/tenant there are really inhuman now! Starting prices are all VND480k for clothes.. Its like equivalent or expensive than Singapore shopping mall prices! I couldnt take the annoyance at all and ended giving up shopping and spur on food, massage and nail services.. Well, thats because my bargaining power is weak.. If u are one who willing to bargain, its worth it!! Try to bargain less than 60% of the quoted price!!

A highlight of the room was the bathroom, that stretched the length of the living room and bedroom and included a small jacuzzi - something not found in other suites in this price range - bubble soap and view onto Nguyen Hue street through tinted windows included. Staff was extremely friendly. For example, they brought us two wine glasses within 2 minutes of our request. They even thought so far ahead and included a bottle opener despite not asking for one. We slept through breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but breakfast was included. However, given its great location, there are many options - expensive and local - to get some food or simply a coffee. The best part was the price. We were able to get the Suite for about USD 112 (non-refundable) on Agoda, which was on par with standard rooms at the other 4-star+ hotels in the area, and far below the rates for their suites.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily one hour massage included with my booking at no extra charge. The location is excellent, the room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily one hour massage included with my booking at no extra charge. Not just an ordinary massage…I would say the massages at the hotel spa were some of the best I have had anywhere. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was all smiles and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everyone spoke English, and they were always helpful with any questions. My arrival in Saigon started with a problem because the hotel's driver wasn't at the airport to pick me up as pre-arranged, so I took a taxi to the hotel. This seems like a complaint, but in the end it turned into a positive experience because of how the staff handled it. They were very apologetic and reimbursed me for the taxi. I will definitely stay at Fusion Suites on my next visit to Saigon.

I traveled with a scrabble friend this time. We spent most of our time playing scrabble. The ideal room for scrabble players located at the lobby area near the main entrance. We played most of our games in that cozy room - perfect for scrabblers. The only confusion during check-in : We were told that the next day breakfast venue is located at 10th Floor Restaurant. But later discovered that the highest floor that the lift could go up is Level 9. After clarification with the Front Desk, the diners have to go up to Level 9 and walk another floor up through the staircase to Level 10. This could be explained to the guests upon check-in.

After checking out reviews i picked this Hotel to stay at for the last 2 days of our holiday as our melbourne flight leaves at 9.00pm we generally book to have a base until early evening so i was looking for a more modestly priced hotel to stay the last nights . This trip we chose to stay in some of Classic Hotels in the 5 star range at HCMC ,HOI An ,Hue. i was expecting a good to mediocre hotel however The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa is now at the top of my list ticking all the boxes From arrival to departure i was totally impressed The hotel staff and managers are excellent well trained and very helpful , Taking care of things like airport transfers and phoning checking airline reservations recommending shops that actually can supply your needs . The fastest and easiest check in ever ( They actually take you to your room to complete check in which is great for weary travelers ) Room - Silverland Suite was well appointed clean and had a multi function Jacuzzi portal Location is perfect a few steps from the market and all the sights of district 1 Roof top pool and bar small but fantastic Great spa and massage. Great Breakfast Really the best value for money . Five star service at 3.5 star prices Wish we were still there !!

We definitely thanks to the management of this hotel to provide us a great clean room. We feel so touching of their caring as they even put ear plugs due to night life happening. We don't feel will affect us as the music of sound still okay for us . The breakfast also good especially their coffee has good fragrance ☕️🍵😋😋. Thanks to Miss Julie for her best service to us.

However, what impressed me most was the considerate and professional hotel staff. It was on the second day of our stay when my wife suffered a sudden vertigo and vomiting during breakfast. As a tourist who didn't...Harmony Saigon hotel had everything one could expect in a 4 star hotel -- elegant lobby, modern guest room, quality facilities, tasty food, and good location. However, what impressed me most was the considerate and professional hotel staff. It was on the second day of our stay when my wife suffered a sudden vertigo and vomiting during breakfast. As a tourist who didn't understand a single word of Vietnamese, I could only seek for the help of restaurant manager. Without any hesitation, the manager called reception to arrange transportation and contact an international hospital immediately. When he escorted us to the lobby, a cab was already waiting for us. Upon arriving at hospital, my wife was attended by a doctor immediately, thanks to the pre-registration by another hotel staff. Fortunately, after a few hours' checkup and infusion, my wife was confirmed no big issue and released home. Surprisingly, the same staff was still waiting outside for us. My heart was really touched at that moment. When we reached hotel, the general manager gave us a warm greeting, and a restaurant staff delivered porridge to our room. My wife recovered fast and we had a pleasant trip in the following days. Before checking out the hotel, we reminded the reception staff to settle the bill incurred by the emergency. I was surprised again when he told me all the cost had been waived by the general manager. I have stayed at about twenty 4 or 5-star hotels worldwide. The experience at Harmony Saigon Hotel was unique and well beyond my expectation. I would like to express my hearted appreciation to the hotel staff and wish them all the best.

I initially booked a different hotel in Ho chi minh but then after learning that the said hotel was far from the center of the city, I immediately cancelled that booking and booked Duxton Hotel instead. Oh and am I glad I did! My husband and I stayed at Duxton Hotel for 5 nights. The whole stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet spread was really good and since we booke...I initially booked a different hotel in Ho chi minh but then after learning that the said hotel was far from the center of the city, I immediately cancelled that booking and booked Duxton Hotel instead. Oh and am I glad I did! My husband and I stayed at Duxton Hotel for 5 nights. The whole stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet spread was really good and since we booked an executive room, we had access to the club lounge which offered free snacks and drinks at certain times of the day. The hotel is also centrally located in District 1. We barely hailed a cab since most of the shops and tourist sites are within walking distance. Checking in and out of this hotel was a breeze and they even stored our luggages for us for hours after we had checked out. All in all, we were completely satisfied.
