Hotels near Patong Beach

As I write this, I am still at the hotel lobby waiting for our airport taxi. Our experience here was the best. Everything was beyond our expectations. 1. The staff are all friendly and really helpful. They will always serve us with a smile. Wherever we go within the hotel compound, the staff will always say hi to us. We were especially impressed when one of the staff who were concerned about our minibar in the room if there are any alcohol once she saw me wearing hijab. So this hotel, I can say that it is Muslim friendly. 2. We booked the room with a jacuzzi, everything was perfect. The minibar is free and they will refill it everyday. My husband really loves the bed. Once he is on the bed, automatically he fells asleep. It really is comfy. The jacuzzi works wonderfully. The room were clean and modern. I just don't have any negative things to say. And wifi is good. 3. Love how they have a shuttle every hour to go to patong beach. Since we're here for our honeymoon, so we didn't have the problem to go back to the hotel before 10pm. 4. The breakfast served are also muslim friendly and all tasted good. Again, we love the happy and smiley staff that keeps on asking if everything's okay. 5. The hotel spa is cheap. We were surprised when we see the price. We had traditional thai message. Our body felt a little lighter after message. 6. The staff kept my phone safely! As we checked out, I forgot about my phone. Left it under the bed sheets. Then we left our bag at the reception while we go to patong beach. I remembered my phone when we were outside. Thank god the staff found the phone and gave it to us once we arrived back to the lobby. Overall, it was the best experience. Oh, and we also got complimentary drinks at the Mai sky from the hotel for our honeymoon. Thank you Mai Patong for the 5 star service and facilities. Will definitely come back!

My girlfriend and i stayed at the Millennium for 10 nights in late feb/early march. Great hotel and our trip was fantastic. I have never reviewed a hotel but would like to make the following observations. It is very close to bangla rd - which is great. Short walk to everything - beach is 5 mins and everything else is closer. The "Beachside" pool is great and very quiet - 10 people there tops so a great place to relax. The lakeside pool is somewhat busier and we didn't go there other than to go to the gym (which was well appointed with ample free-weights and a smith machine which is far above what i expected). Having previously stayed (and enjoyed) the Holiday Inn, this resort is its equal (and in a better location save for the beach). I can't fault it, other than... It doesn't have a happy hour or other drink promotion. While this may seem trifling, it's not for young couples, most of which enjoy an afternoon drink before dinner. I refused to pay 180 baht (plus 7% vat and 10% service charge) for a cocktail on principal, knowing I could walk to the impiana and watch the sunset over the beach (which was great) and pay 110 baht a drink. I simply assumed ever hotel in Patong had happy hour, i was wrong. Other than that, the hotel is great and i recommend it. I didn't eat at the hotel because there are so many cheap options around that i didn't bother to try the hotels offering. Breakfast was good (but not quite great). The Hotel is connected to the major shopping centre in Patong - Jungceylon, which is very very handy. If you want to shop do it here and not at Central Festival (Phuket Town) as it is much smaller.

Brand new hotel, conveniently located near Patong beach, the Main Street (Bangla) and many amenities. It’s so new that actually it still smells the paint. Simple design and basic furnishings but it’s clean and cozy. The king size bed is very comfy. Like the mesh tote bag the hotel provided, very handy when going to the beach. Rooftop pool bar is very chill with nice view overlooking the bay. Gym is also decently equipped for such a small hotel. However there are issues with the toilet which doesn’t always flush well and the shower temperature is not stable, sometimes boiling hot. Hopefully these issues will be fixed as the hotel improves. Try to avoid lower floors where some rooms have their balcony directly facing an ugly wall of an old building and the view is horribly blocked.

Location: it’s just a 10-15 min walk to Jungceylon mall, Bangla RD & Patong beach(where u can find more varieties of local foods and shoppings) for me the location was ok, as it’s always packed and noisy around central (if u are looking for a peaceful relax trip.) 👉🏻Free bus to patong 👉🏻U can also grab a “taxi bike” THB100 from hotel to patong beach/Bangla RD. And there’s a new coming night market nearby the hotel, just like Bangkok which will be more convenient if u are up to local food hunting. TIP: * if u guys can only accommodate 1 island hoppings on your holiday, don’t go to pHiphi island *best to book along the road side for tour package (u can negotiate)

We found Bliss Hotel after cancelling our reservation at the Patong Beach Hotel upon check in. PBH was unwelcoming and disclosed unreasonable "additional fees" upon check in so we changed our hotel quickly. Special thanks to "Peter" from Agoda customer service who answered my distress call and immediately negotiated with PBH a resolve to the problem. We switched to the Bliss Hotel and were so happy we did. What a nice hotel and so welcoming. All the staff and services were wonderful. I'll go there again and again when in Phuket. Once again thanks to Peter from Agoda customer service for saving my holiday.

This is one of the tallest hotel in Patong Beach with the tallest Restaurant. Breakfast is great and tasty, a good amount of selection is available. I only recommend breakfast there as there are tons of local places to eat lunch and dinner at. Swimming pool is quiet, hotel is near enough to the beach, 20 minute walk. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Not items were stolen. Safe are provided free of charge in lobby, or for a fee in the room. Of course if you come alone for the Patong Beach action, use the safe in the lobby...

We loved it! My son enjoyed the room stay. My family loved it! Our needs are complete: dental kits, soaps, shampoos, lotion, sewing kits, the pantry was also complete! The pool was still undergoing construction but we didn't notice it since we have a lot of stuff to do around the Patong area. We loved the Aircon, but the wifi is not so strong. The buffet breakfast was really worth this review ! The food choices was also amazing! I love pancakes and I was surprised that they have automatic pancake maker all complete with maple syrup, butter, whipped cream and melted chocolate! I will never forget this experience! I will definitely look forward to booking this hotel again when in Patong Beach. Thank you, Sleep with me Hotel! The staff is also amazing! Our room was also ready even before check-in time! Staff made everything as easy as possible, handed over booking details and passport sat down, drink provided 2 ins later passport and key returned went up to room, luggage followed 2 mins later, rooms good size comfortable bed,satellite TV with all languages, room overlooked the pool, car parking is limited but adequate all in all a lovely hotel for a stay in Patong beach

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel on Aug 16th for 5 days. The property sits on the side of a mountain which means there are amazing views from every room and all bars and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples, as well as family travel as it is quiet and secluded from the rest of crowded patong. If you can spend the extra cash, the suite with a private pool is definitely worth it. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and includes a soaker tub and sizable shower. The mini fridge in the room is also stocked with bottled water (free), beer, sodas, and snacks. The private pool is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The pros: Breakfast buffet (so much variety and the food was delicious) Private pool suite, view from the pool was magnificent Customer service (top notch) Latitude 98 (hotel restaurant), delicious food and open all day Free shuttle bus to Patong beach and Juncelyon Mall 6 times a day The cons: I wish the private pool was heated, the temperature of the water was really cold and unless swimming in the hot afternoon not something you want to jump into The shuttle bus should be offered more frequently and until later in the day. 8:45pm is the last pick up from Patong beach, and seems quite early for people on vacation. There are only 17 seats as well which means if you did not reserve a spot chances are the bus will be full. The distance from the hotel to Bangla rd is quite far, and tuktuks or taxis can get expensive and add up. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Thailand that we stayed in. These not only allowed us an early check-in but also made sure that our stay was a comfortable one. Staff:The staff was very friendly and helpful esp the front desk Manager Fareya, who accommodated us in the best way possible. Location: walking distance from the Patong Beach. Cleanliness: super clean roam and terrace and the maids did an awesome job with the room cleaning Food: the breakfast was a lavish one with a buffet having so many options. It was the best part of the stay and we enjoyed waking up to a yummy breakfast each day. The pool was so nice and big. They give you welcome chocolates. They provide you with many mini bar items in room including crisps, chocolates, water bottles and soda tins. Mini bar is for free. The location of the hotel is ideal as many restaurants are nearby. You can also rent a bike right in front of the hotel. The spa at the hotel is exceptionally good, me and my wife had a 2 hour massage and we really enjoyed it. ☺ ☺ Overall it is a 10/10 place to stay in Phuket.

It s a nice hotel, very clean, with helpful Front office team even if they have difficulty expresing in english. They make an effort to attend to you. The housekeeping staff are also very good. We just didn't like the person at the TOUR DESK when we were asking for a taxi to the airport. We jokingly asked "No discount" He/ she said "YOU BOOK OUTSIDE" and ignored us. (FYI, There are other taxi offers across the hotel or at the main road. They also offer tours). The hotel should take care of their people because they represent the hotel PEOPLE ARE THEIR BEST ASSET!. 1. When we were booking, the filter was for 3 nights/ 3 persons at the Gig Hotel but the finalized booking was just for 2 pax. The system should have an Extra bed rate, so we can immediately see the Total PRICE. It was a bit confusing. (In the system, it also says that the De Luxe room has 1 bed and 1 Queen,) 2. There is a van shuttle service from airport to Patong Beach 180 Baht per person. They have to fill up the van before they leave. Fyi, on the way, they will stop at their office and try to sell you tours. If not interested, just say "We will not do any tours" 3. They have a pool, gym and sauna. It is nice to just chill at the the pool area.

The hotel is located at Patong but the Patong beach is 7-10 mins walk from hotel, as well as Jungceylon mall as well. They provide shuttle to these two locations few times a day. The only drawback is there you need to pass by the garbage collection centre and there are garbage trucks park along the road and you need to tolerate the bad smell whenever you pass by. Some convenient stores are along the corner, so you can buy things conveniently. The pool is very nice, big and long, you can see lots of guests, kids will spend time in the pool. The breakfast is THB 35000 and kids is half price. However, the breakfast is not as many variety as 5 stars hotel, but it is fine. The bakery Chau Chau opens at 7am daily and the price is ok. It is fine to grab a nice breakfast as option. The hotel does not provide transport go and back from airport. Therefore, pls book your taxi upon arrival. The taxi from hotel is slightly more expensive as well.

staff was friendly and accomodative. i kove my room which hv king bed and bath tub inside our hotel.. plus shower great for honeymooners...hotel near patong beach with lots of massage parlour opposite...near bangla road.. just walk around the area for island hopping bookings... airport transfer.. easy to find food to eat especially if u are muslim, not many around walking distance but jus nice to find near beach n around area... mosque was around the area but need to talk transport...not to forget the rooftop po was also plus for the hotel..breakfast food was great. overall 5 star foeq

Stay in The Crib was good, room was clean, facilities were good enough. Breakfast wasnt tasty but it was provided. Value for money hotel. It is near Patong Beach (walk of about 10 mins). Something tourists who never been to Phuket should take note, the international airport is very far away from Patong (or Kata etc), its actually cheaper to take minibus, sharing with other people. Minibus services are largely available in whole of Patong, and perhaps in the airport. I took metered taxi on the first day to Patong, thinking thats the best, but was charged 750 baht in total. Minibus back to airport only cost 280 baht. Another thing to note is that there is a lot of construction in Phuket, and Patong is a commercialized city.

Located 5min walk from the Beach, JungCeylon shopping centre & Bangla Rd entertainment precinct the hotel is close to everything. As most others have commented, the wi-fi is not the best but there are plenty of places close by that have free wi-fi. The restaurant is only open for breakfast but the Orange restaurant next door offers great food at a very decent price. I stayed here with my 2 sons aged 16 & 18 for 10 days in the family double room & found it to be just what we were after. The housekeepers were very flexible with the cleaning time if the boys were still sleeping which was great. Overall our stay at Poppa Palace was great & I have no hesitation recommending it to anyone who is looking for a value for money stay in Patong Beach.

Hotel is located less than 250m from the center of Patong Beach. It is also only less than 10 minutes walk to the only modern mall in Patong that is Jung Ceylon which has a hypermart. You will walk pass the nightlife hub of Patong ie Bangla Street when walking from hotel to Jung Ceylon. An additional 5 minute walk from Jung Ceylon will bring you to the Muay Thai stadium where there is somewhat of a night market at the building opposite the stadium. You can find cheap Thai food, fresh fruits and also fresh seafood at this night market at a cheaper price than those nearer to the beach and Bangla Street.

Holiday Inn is one of the best hotel in Patong beach. It's located next to the beach and closed to many restaurants and pubs. I think it's better to organise the seminar here since everyone can relax after working hard in daytime. Also, the the funny nightlife. You can enjoy with good seafood and a good massage near the hotel. In the room, everything looks nice, clean and safe. If you come to Patong beach, I recommend to stay in Holiday Inn resort.

We had booked for 3 nights in the Deluxe Room. Location of hotel is good as it's in Patong area and yet not on the noisy, busy main street. It's in a small turn in alley to the hotel! 2 mins walk to a Family Mart which you can get your beers, titbits, all you need within 24 hours so super convenient. Free shuttle bus to and fro Patong Beach so it's super convenient and cost-saving. 9 mins walking distance to No. 6 Restaurant which serves super affordable, cheap and authentic Thai Food! Be prepared to Q and squeeze/share table with others. But I can tell you it's all worth it. Hotel has a reasonably size and clean pool located at level 3. A pool table where you can play too. Room is very spacious and clean. House keeping is great too! Very sweet of them to decorate the bed with orchid and balloons to make this birthday stay such an unforgettable one! They doesn't serve free birthday cake but they are so kind to help me order 1 birthday cake with wordings too! Very warm of them! Great stay and we will be back!

Sea Pearl Villa is not just perfect for the 5-star facilities but great if you are looking for something private yet near Patong beach. The location of the hotelis just splendid, high up in the mountains amidst lush greenery. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi balcony. The rooms were also well furnished, clean and sleek. As honeymooners, we were delighted to see the room decorated with flowers and swan blankets. The hotel also surprised my partner with a birthday cake. These gestures made the stay at Sea Pearl that much more perfect. We had a wonderful 5 course meal at the hotel restaurant and it was once again, splendid. There is one area that could be better improved. The shuttle service provided by the hotel to Jungcelyon and Patong should not stop at 8.00pm. There should be a final shuttle service for guest that would like to stay out late. A final service should be provided at midnight or 1am. Overall, the stay was absolutely fabulous and I would recommend Sea Pearl to anyone wanting a 5 star experience.

Stayed here from 23rd till 26th Dec and absolutely loved my stay there, we were 2 families with young children Pros : clean big rooms, very friendly staff, a huge lagoon pool besides a kids pool & also a well preiced pool bar were the major highlights of this hotel, barely a 5 minutes walk to the very famous Patong beach, and 10 minutes to the JungCeylon mall & Bangla walking street Cons : the breakfast was pretty much the same on all days & the internet connection could have been a bit better, as it has to be connected everytime u come back to the room Having said that these 2 problems are there almost there in most hotels in Thailand Final word : I am defineteky staying back over here on my next visit to Phuket

I actually upgrade the room from standard to superior room. The first time I saw this hotel, I felt so surprise knowing that this hotel is very near to Patong Beach (one of the best beach in Phuket). You'll never get both best location and best price with extra great room and service in one hand but in Rayaburi Hotel Patong. Trust me... The superior room has an open bathroom inside with bathtub and shower also. An open bathroom means there's no wall that divides the bedroom and the bathroom, only an big curtain. Quite impressed me at the first time I enter the room. For you, who don't get used to this kind of room, must not choose this room type. Just imagine... It would be a little awkward when you are laying down on the bed while your roommate do his/her 'business' in the toilet. Fortunately, I can stand that. :) Psstt, they have a series of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion with a very nice smell. Love it. The room also has one safe deposit box. One note about this, I really appreciate the staff. On the second day I stayed there, I forgot to lock the safe deposit box while all my stuff in it. When I got back to the hotel, everything's inside. The breakfast is European style. They serve ham, sausage, potato/rice, omelet with generous toppings. Around the hotel, you'll find 7/11, mini mart, Subway so you won't get hungry. If you like to try local food, you can try satay (they have chicken, squid, chicken skin, chicken liver, chicken lizard, pork meat ball). You can find them along the street on the night. Or you can also try Tom Yum soup on the day. And for you, seafood lovers, you'll be satisfied.

Pros -prime location Indian food (Madras cafe) is just 100m away, lots of Indian food joints in that lane. Less than a kilometer to Patong beach. Breakfast varieties are very good, good for vegetarians too. The staff is flexible on the checkout time by an hour. It's 2pm to 12 noon. 2 bottles of water complimentary. Good towels, shower gel etc are available in the rooms Bed isn't sift, so got some good sleep after all the snorkelling and swimming done through Marks phuketsailtours. Cons- the Thai massage is done by experienced staff but kinda average. My internet wifi issue was never addressed. Nothing major on the minus side. The hotel is worth the money and one of the initial drops when you take the shared airport shuttle to patong. Also, the staff is well mannered and can speak English to a fair bit. I will definitely book this one if I make it to Phuket again. Keep up the good work. Best, Shyam

We booked a deluxe pool room for 8 nights in January 2017, and the stay was fantastic. We brought a 2.5 year old and 0.5 year old. The pool was great for the 2.5 year old: they had a kids pool that he was just tall enough to stand in, and the rest of the pool was shallow enough that I could walk everywhere in it as he floated next to me. Lots of platforms throughout that are great for kids to jump off of as well. The pool bar was awesome, too, and they had a buy one get one special from 4 to 6 that we took advantage of a lot. They let us take the drinks from the bar over to our deluxe pool access porch, which was nice since my wife and I couldn't both be at the pool bar at the same time due to the 2 kids. Location was great for us. Across the street from the northern end of beautiful Patong Beach, and a convenience store, pharmacy, laundry, and a couple great restaurants just across the other street. It is a solid 20 minute walk to the action at Bangla road, but they do run a shuttle 3x per day (only to the town, no pickup). We were mainly there for the pool, beach, and food, so this had everything we needed. I was worried about the staff here based on some of the other reviews, but I have zero complaints. They were very helpful and prompt in responding to questions and requests, and they even held our baby when we ate breakfast every morning. The room cleaning was sometimes later in the day, but when we were out and wanted it cleaned, we just told the front desk and they took care of it before we were back. The staff's English level was not always easy to understand, but we live in Japan, and it was much easier to communicate with them than most Japanese staffs. Couldn't be happier with the staff. Breakfast was good every day. There were 6 or 7 options for eggs in the morning (scrambled, fried, omelet, eggs benedict, skillet, etc.), and several fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, breads, meats, and Thai options available. We planned this trip in a shorter than usual time, and were on a slightly tighter budget. We normally book 4-Star, but based on other reviews and rating on Agoda decided to give this 3-Star hotel a try. For me the hotel selection had to meet the following criteria: 1) Location - To be walking distance to the Patong beach, OTOP and Jungceylon shopping center. The location is perfect for us, with 7/11 and Family mart shops within 50m too. It was also very easy easy to get taxis and transport within 50m. It is also close to Banzaan market and the rear entrance to Big-C. 2) Cost - Had to be good value for money: Absolutely nothing wrong here. It was one of the cheapest 3-Star hotels in Patong, with great selection of Western and local food for breakfast, Hotel also has free wifi and very friendly staff. When we booked our ferry trip to Phi-Phi they were als very helpful to print the tickets for us at reception. 3) Clean: This is a very clean hotel and I could genuinely not fault anything.
