We chose this hotel as we anticipated that the town area and Feringgi side would be packed jam during the Chinese New Year Holiday and we are glad we made this choice as it was pretty peaceful as this side of the Penang Island. Hotel is very clean. We like that there is no carpet in the room - makes it looks cleaner. Hotel is very clean. We like that there is no carpet in the room - makes it looks cleaner. Probably because it is a fairly new hotel, so everything is still pretty new. The bed is very firm - some like it that way but some do not . We especially like the drinking bottle which is rather unique in shape. The housekeeping is good, Rooms were made up the next day even though we forgot to leave the message. Food-wise, breakfast is ok but quite limited spread. There's a 24 hours restaurant next to the hotel and a cafe just near by. The only set back is the parking, which is pretty tight to manoeuvre, especially right before the exit.

we managed to book for 2 night stay after celebration of CNY. The hotel is newly soft launch on January and thus all the furniture still new. We total 4 members with 2 king size beds have meets our requirement. The beds very comfort and soft with many type of pillows selection. The beds very comfort and soft with many type of pillows selection. The private pool and spa sauna are the best for all the family members. Kids are enjoying the pool 3m X 3 m, tank depth is approx 1.3m. is just nice to play with the water. You can swim inside the hotel pool as well. The breakfast is great with many foods. We also enjoying the outside view as well with sunset view and also typical malaysian kampong scenery. The hotel located not far from the Balik Pulau town and we drive aprrox 15 mins for the BEST Laksa in town and also the durian during the June season. we drove 30-45 mins to Georgetown if no heavy traffic. Overall the hotel is very nice and spacious. The staff very friendly and can communicate in english or malay too.

Well if you are driving parking lot would be hassle plus u need to pay addtional for it. Overall i would say 4 star out of 5 because of the parking lot, others perfectly fine. If you are travelling alone or by a couple room is just nice for two and the bathroom perfectly fit for 1 person which is quite compact. It is not too small but just fit for 2 luggage 2 person and other small bags maybe as well. Highly recommended!!

Actually, when I booked, I really don't know what's the TH..When I arrived, I just know TH is stand for Tabung Haji, I really surprised but My family and friend said that TH hotel is very nice, large & comfortable.If next time we come to Penang, we also will book again for this hotel..Thanks a lot for many services.. Its located just opposite of Setia SPICE Arena Penang. A budget place compares to big hotels nearby. Booked a triple room, which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The room is simple and decent. The shower cream is provided and there is iron facility too. Walking towards the hotel, after a very short bus ride from the airport (RM1.40 only), I saw and heard planes taking off and was terrified about getting any sleep in there. Upon entering the hotel, I was once again worried because it looked rather small even from the inside. Upon entering the hotel, I was once again worried because it looked rather small even from the inside. But once I made my way to the rather spacious room, with relatively spacious bathrooms, I didn't hear a single plane or a single child's scream for the next 3 days. It was amazing, clean and the staff were very pleasant, changing the towels when we requested and bringing us buns to eat, everyday. There are non-tourist trap eateries nearby, frequented only by locals, which are very cheap and authentic, which the staff will gladly recommend and direct you to.

If hungry, there's a chinese food court right downstairs or some malay halal food just opposite the road. 2) Really impressed by the set up of "cube rooms". Very advanced with enough USB plugs and charging docks. Would really recommend if you have no hassle about your stay as your focus is on touring around penang island. This would be a great bed to get back to, no frills.

This hotel price might be "pricey" a bit compare to normal budget hotel, due to its strategic location. But actual is, everything really worth it. Queensbay Mall just across the road, which gives you everything. Queensbay township also provides many things such as night convenience store, restaurant etc. Plus near sea view facing Jerejak Island. This hotel is one of main targetted guest who participates annual Penang Bridge International Marathon. Overall best. You try it first and you will feel the worth. This hotel is my great "Place To Stay" in Penang since 2012.

Overall, its tagline 'the best boutique hotel' said it all. It is a newly operated hotel (about four months) so the facilities are in the good condition. The staff performance is above the par and they attend to your concerns patiently. Iron and hairdryer are provided so you need not to worry about bringing these two items while traveling. The lobby staff was very friendly as i check in. The porter was very kind to carry our luggage although we only have little luggage. We stay at top floor (15th floor) but the lift was fast to reach from lobby. Room and Interiors was the best that i ever stayed in all Malaysia Hotels. Location was in the residential area in Penang Island. The view from window was magnificient. If public transport in Penang is very convenient then this hotel can be recommended or else have to have a car.
