"It's was an unforgettable experience as this was the first time I came and stayed at Putra Jaya, At first, when i was doing the booking through Agoda, I thought to myself this hotel must be expensive since it's located in Putra Jaya but i was suprised when i saw the price. We were having our APC (Excellence Award) ceremony there and to tell the truth was quite nervous and afraid there was no room available, luckily for me, the friendly staff took their time to check for room availability and i got 1 room. When i first arrived at the hotel, i thought this is an amazing place, the rooms are comfortable, the view was breath taking ( i got the park and the artificial lake view. In the evening, i went exploring to the shopping center next to the hotel, it was large and even had a cinema beside it (sadly, i didn't get to try it out). I had a wonderful time there. It was with a heavy heart that i had to go back to sarawak the next day. But I made up my mind. Someday i will return with my family and share the joy of my first experience. I'm sure the kids will love it. Thanks for the wonderful service rendered by the hotel staffs. Till we meet again."

"I booked a night (park view) for my anniversary celebration 14-15July2018. After reading all the review, im expecting an old shang ri la building with some downgrade in the services ,facilities and all. However, they proved me wrong! (as iv read all the review from booking& agoda) My check in was smooth. They upgraded my room to hill view top floor without addinng any penny. I requested for simple romantic touch for my anniversary, yet they make it look so romantic. Anniversary cake , fruits was provided as well. The room was spacious and clean. I can clearly see Perdana Putra just from my balcony. The facilities were at tip top condition. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I had a good breakfast there. Variety selection for breakfast ( Asian, continental), we came at 9am the foods still plenty. Not at once the buffet table was empty as breakfast starts at 7.30am, no such food-not re-filled. Personally i recommend the Croissant and rendang ayam . Its so delicious like its a homemade. Superb! In the morning we went for a walk around the hotel, it was very calm and relaxing to be surrounded by flowers and trees. They maintained the surrounding clean and tidy. Thankfully no mosquitoe in our room. Parking area is 50m from the entrance, have no worry a hotel buggy will always standby to pick u up. They even insisting to help put our luggage into my car. Overall, i had to say thank you Grand Pulse Hotel for making my stay memorable. Its our 2nd anniversary celebration , but 1st time not bringing our child together for the celebration. We enjoyed our stay so much. You guys prove me wrong ! Keep it up with good services!"

"Extremely new, just had the soft launch about a month ago. Some of the facilities are still not fully in place yet. Very good location for those who have business affairs nearby Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. Limited choice of restaurants, visited the Chinese restaurant eventually. It's located just "next" to the lake, can enjoy the fascinating night view of Putra Mosque. The food is something totally out of the expectation. Usually the quality of the hotel Chinese food is below average but this one could be considered as 5 STARs standard. Worth give it a try even if you do not stay in. Room is spacious. Smart consideration of separating the toilet and the bathroom. Surprise to find that the room to have installed so many types of lights and each with its own individual switch. Nice interior, good atmosphere but tiring of switching off the lights one by one. "
