Find hotels in Pertama Shopping Complex

I booked via agoda so i added a remark that the day before we stayed was my partner’s birthday and that i hoped the hotel could do something special for him. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the executive room instead of the deluxe room we booked but didn’t think much into it. After checking into our room, a guest services officer-Mr Aman came by with a birthday cake, birthday balloons and a personalized card! I was so shocked that the hotel staff actually saw my remark and did something so thoughtful for my partner! We are actually big fans of airbnb and this is one of our rare experiences of staying in a 5 star hotel, and absolutely loved everything about Hotel Stripes! The water pressure was THE BOMB, there was a coffee machine in the room(!!), and free soft drinks in the fridge! Thank you SO much for the wonderful and memorable experience!

ok nice room, good service , better lift, good security, free wifi, free computer for kids to play. the hotel is very strategic place where you can find foods easily, shopping complex easily, lrt train station easily, just to name a few shopping complex, pertama complex and sogo. sogo always have sales and it is very attractive. apart from that you can find globe, kamdar, semua house, maiden and so many more. just by walking you can reach all the places. good place to stay.

My first impression on StarPoints Hotel is wow... I thought it was an old design as I have known that location is too congested... densely populated and many vehicles especially motorbikes. I am not used to it because I am from small country, quiet and very sentimental type of our lives. At the StarPoints Hotel, my family and I really like the environment inside the hotel. My eight-year old son is really enjoying there as the room has space for him to do his exercise. Very importantly, the bathroom has big space and clean. It is well euiped with our basic necesities such as towels, shampoo etc. The hotel is centrally located for shopping activities. It only takes 5-10 minutes to SOGO and Complex Pertama. We like to go to KOPITIAM station which is located exactly next to the hotel. Every Saturday Night, there is a Bazar and people from different areas in Kuala Lumpur come to shopping, eating and spending time with families.

Out from building, you can shop immediately. Just a few steps, you can see "pasar malam" or sunday night market where all varieties of food and many things can be seen around. This could been seen at weekend. Transportations also easily can get. Taxis, buses, commuter train and LRT train are all in within vicinity. Just few seconds or minutes. Shopping complexes are also all very near such as Sogo, Semua House, Wisma Jackel, Globe Silk Store and many more. Maybank building and other automated teller machine (ATM) also very near.

Pro: Good and strategic location. Walking distance to all shopping complex at Jalan TAR such as Mydin, Semua House, Muaz, Jakel, Sogo and oth. 7 minutes walking distance to Masjid Jamek lrt station. The hotel provided simple breakfast and the nasi lemak was quite nice. Our twin room at the 5th floor and have lift. Con: its an old hotel. No water heater/hair dryer at the bathroom. The room carpet got dirt and need to change. No parking provide by the hotel. Can parking beside the swiss hotel but expensive, per day RM18.00 (If im not mistaken). But you can get parking infront of the hotel at middle of the night and morning around 7.30 or 8am you can pay your parking using DBKL Machine. Can save money and convenience when check out time. Anyway its a budget hotel so its ok for me.

The hotel location very strategic. 5 minutes walking distance to putra lrt station. Nearby Jalan TAR arked, mydin, 10minutes walking distance to Sogo, Pertama Complex, MARA building & Jackel. The hotel staff very nice and very helpfull. The deluxe twin room without window quit small, the toilet also small & not enough space for big size body to enter for shower/bath. But its clean. Easy parking (with charge) beside the hotel building only. The hotel provide only 4 cars for parking at the basement lot. Meanings that first come first serve.

Stayed for 2 nights. Booked twin bedroom... size is ok.. with electric kettle, tv (only 1 channel very clear - the English channel), nice bed and one pillow each. The shower room was clean with good water pressure and hot water. I love the shower room as it was very clean and just refurbished... though it can be a bit small in size. Location is the best.. 2 minutes away from monorail and lrt (Dang Wangi)... with many types of eatery surrounding it. Staff was patience - Hendry. Value for money. Tq

the hotel is okay but the room is small. its a new hotel with a good location which is near to bazaar masjid india and also 5 min walking distance to sogo and pertama shopping complex. the room condition is clean and have a modern & new furniture. but its quite noisy because you can hear the noise from outside of the room....i think it is a non noise-proof wall...but, so far its okay since we only stay there for 1 night.

Great location. Near to Pertama Shopping Complex, Maju Junction, Sogo and Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman where there are a lot of shop selling textiles. The room is nice with a great view of Kuala Lumpur and there is in room wifi. Check in and check out is fast. The hotel is quiet and suitable for relaxing. The reception is situated at level 25 and the rooms are up till level 30 which is the top floor of the building. There are no special lift to the Hotel and the lift is share with the offices. The hotel is adjacent to Busana shopping mall. The down point of the hotel are there are no special lift to the hotel, the coffee house is situated at level 5 and the lounge at level 8 and for me this is inconvenient.

A great stay at this boutique hotel. 7 mins walk to the Monorail and there is a shopping center nearby. Near to the famous breakfast eating place. Love the overall and interior design. Nothing to complain for the price i paid. The staffs are friendly. The room was refreshed everyday, bed was made, towels changed, water replenished and was given a free mask upon checked in.

We enjoy staying at this hotel and early check-in is available upon request. Recommended traveller of 2 persons stay at this room and for big family to utilize connecting room is advisable. Conveniently, fast food is available @ 24/7 and nearby shopping complex such as Mydin and less than 5 mins walk to Sogo shopping complex. Anywhere good location and strategic place.

It is good to stay for sleeping. Security situation is good as hotel is in front of the police station(box). I never expect to hotel service without sleeping. Internet is also very narrow to use but it is enough to use email. Agoda ask me about meal condition, how I can reply. I just check 3. It is covinience to take cheap food at hawkers with local people as my booking is without meal. My purpose to stay was seeing Merdeka events, specially parade. It is close to the place for Merdeka parade about 10 mimutes walk. I enjoyed Merdeka Eve with Malaysian till 1 am. I also found the cheapest shop in KL near hotel, where selling Indian products.
